Very much a place that is full of families. Not a bad place, not a high end place. Just a cheap mobile home park

Reasonable space rental, older mobile homes, seems to be quiet the several times Ive been.

Pretty well kept.

Its not the Ritz but definitely not the trailer park that used to be buying the gas station in Phoenix either

Convenient location, nice staff, and reasonably priced spaces
