Whats the most horrible experience of my life with a home.... it would be living at Stonecrest Manor!!! They will harass you monthly if youre late and sometimes the cookie crumbles as you have to be late and when you explain that and they say they understand they should stop but it doesnt and they resell and resell and resell the same trailers for the same amount they work hand-in-hand with the people you buy the trailer from! The judge in Marion even said it was not fair whatever you do I would stay far far away from Stonecrest and the maintenance man he does the worst work in the world

Place is nasty! The manager that lives out there can do whatever she wants, but youll get kick out if you dont follow the rules. I wouldnt live there even if they paid me to!!

The staff is absolutely amazing!!!! They go above and beyond the call of managers and crew work! They actually genuinely care about their residents and our well being!!!! We are BLESSED TO have such a management team, not to mention the well kept community

Management is very friendly, the community is tidy, extremely family-friendly, and safe. I love the sense of community, and family. If I have any problems, they are handled promptly.

Typical trailer park scenarios,mostly good families, but the rest are enough to understand the reason Jerry Springer has a talkshow.

Everytime I go there to visti the cars are flying in and out if there. Ive seen this over months of visiting.

Its a trailer park community.Needs a updated playground. Not just paint.Beware of the water .. plus there is no one that actually tends to the park for emergencies. Plus if youdont have a decent 4 wheel drive or fwd you wont get up the hill.

Its quiet and the people are friendly. If you need help they are there, if you have questions they will answer and if they dont have one they will find it.
