I had to give one star but if given the choice I wouldn’t have given any! Wouldn’t recommend!! Their all about the $$ and not the park community residence . And sadly the owners are not even located in this country.Be very cautious!!

Lived here for 5 years and the rent constantly goes up but the look of the community continues to go down. Only thing I loved about it was that its in Linn Mar district.

New lady in the office, not very nice. Miss the old one. Same with the manager, they aren’t very friendly anymore. Rent is way too high for how unclean everything is.

My brother lives here and its always fun. They seem to trust the area enough to let their kids go around the trailer court if that says anything.

The lady in the office was very rude, she not only ingnored is but proceeded to be on a personal call for 10 mins of us waiting in her office for our appointment then tells us she already rented the place we were there to see. Instead of calling us and letting us know or even telling us while we waited 10 minutes for her to get off her person call.

I live in Squaw Creek MHP and they have a rule that there is no parking on the street from 10pm-6am. Well, we went to the Monticello fair last night and got home at 10:37pm and our car was gone.Well, it was towed away. Which we understand it shouldnt have been on the street but when we went to get it today they charged us $294.25! Jons Towing in Robins (also owns Rescue 365 towing) towed it, but then they only towed it to Jayko Per4mance 605 51st St Ste A, Marion, IA so basically it was across the street behind Walmart 1.4 miles away.Went to pick up car at 4:30 today, 7/23/2018, at Jons Towing & Recovery and was told they do not accept credit cards or checks only cash. Wonder if they do that so they dont have to claim it on taxes? Tried to see if we could reduce the fee since it was less than 24 hours since being impounded and he refused. Had an intimidating pit bull barking in the background wearing a diaper.Towing charge was $185, labor $25, storage $40, Admin $25 and tax $19.25 for a grand total of $294. Why do they not take debit/credit or checks? Splitting the fees with Squawcreek MHP and Jayko Per4mance? Jons Towing had to call Jayko Per4mance to make sure someone would be there to help us get our car when we got back to Marion. These fees are excessive because I called for estimates on tows and on average it would be $70 with tax and labor. I would hate for other people to be sucker punched like this. The park is okay on average. Lots of police called often. No street lights, cable tv, internet, wifi or off street parking like the website claims. We have to trim our own trees and then the park complains they have to pick up the branches. Called a year ago to see how much it would cost for a 3rd parking spot, but never heard back from them. Lot rent is going up again (5th time in 4 years) in September to $380. I guess its time to move out!
