I just moved here, but so far I love it. Just the right amount of privacy. They are currently renovating most properties, but they are doing a great job... Will update in the next few weeks.

Its a dump the owner should take and remove some of the junky trailers and clean it up a bit.Putting money back into it and showing some improvements would definitely keep people.

We moved here and had great neighbors. The manager was kind when we first moved in and the place looked nice, but we had ants so bad we couldnt keep any kind of boxed food out of the fridge or they would get in it. The owner refused to do any kind of work on the place

Theres no crime,everyone lives in peace.the fact you rent to own gives you the choice to make you trailer nice as you want.

This experience out here is fine. Its OK. There is not many people out here in the tralor park. Thats why its quite.

I was there that place is worthless and run down. I wouldnt let my dog live there. It made me give it 1 star but it should be -100 stars
