Menards is charging a fee for pick up. Their almost perpetual 11% rebate is store credit and it can not be used on purchases made online on menards. The store itself is a normal menards.

Yes, open space that is green. The open areas arent really usable. The northwest is occupied agriculture land, northern part behind Cabelas is just unused land, the southern and eastern parts also cant be used like if you want to play with kids in a field or fly kites. There is one walking/biking path that cuts through, connecting to the east with another walking/biking path, and just kind of abruptly ending on the Western side. Maybe they could make the fields more open and usable or something, or more paths or a playground. As it is, its just a lot of space around a single walking and biking path.

Nice walking/biking path, but a bit loud being next to 151. It also doesnt join up with the path going through the subdivision which I found strange.
