Fun little track to get your golf fix. Holes are all unique and challenging. Nice elevation changes and fairways and greens in great shape on a weekday July morning. Perfect for getting a quick round in before work.

This is a great short course, perfect for everything except big drives. Its well designed and appropriately forgiving.

I read a comment saying that Glenway was not child-friendly because their family was forced to play quickly. I think the staff at Glenway are pretty normal in that regard. There are rules related to the pace of play at every golf course.Glenway was great and played very well in late August 2019.

Best public course in Wisconsin

Glenway is a nice and well manicured short executive course with a quaint and relaxed atmosphere. The course is always well maintained regardless of the time of year. Unfortunately, the design of the course does lead to very slow play most of the time.The clubhouse is old, dilapidated, and uninviting. The outside patio is the most comfortable area of the clubhouse.The pro shop is limited to mostly tees, gloves, and balls.The concession stand is limited to a few sugary and salty snacks, a moderate selection of sodas and sports drinks, and a small selection of beers. Glenway does not offer wine, liquor, or hot food. Beverage cart service is only available on weeknights during league play.All together the course is mainly for kids, college students, retirees, and the elderly who are looking to play a leisurely and easy round for a cheap price.

This was an awful experience. We were told this course was one that welcomed kids but in truth we were yelled at and belittled for taking our time and giving each other tips on our technique. In audition while golfing we were crowded by groups of other golfers who came so close we were almost hit. This is most definitely not the place to go to have fun and they do not tolerate children. This is the worst golf course I have ever played.

From what Ive seen, its always kept and manicured. Ive never golfed here, but if I were to, this would be a top on my list. Seems very professional, and well maintained so obviously its a must I visit soon.

Great student discount, always well maintained. Great course for beginners or mediocre players since there isn’t many chances to lose your ball. It is an executive course, so a little shorter than normal. One of my favorite golf courses in the Madison area, along with Odana Hills.

Short Course. More par 3s than usual. Good deal for college students at $10. The course seems in fairly good condition. For a community course. Its fairly good. Make sure to use the driving lights. These lights let you know if the people in front of you are out of driving range on certain holes where you cant see people in the fairway due to a hill.

Pound for pound best track in the county. Easy to walk or ride. Staff does an excellent job with conditions and service. One of Madisons best kept secrets.

We bring the dog here in the winter time and he loves romping around in the snow. Also a great sledding hill. Ive never golfed here.
