A fun little track near the airport. Fair course that isnt overly difficult. Be aware..it does have lots of standing water a few days after a big rain storm.

Manager in the pro shop tried to impersonate the owner telling us we need to tip the ladies cleaning the carts $20 a piece after making the turn at 7:40pm when he said carts need to be in by 8pm on the phone and again during check in. When asked if he was the owner he stated yes pretty much. I asked again saying your are the owner correct, he changed his tune and said no I’m basically the head manager. Again saying we needed to tip the girls cleaning the carts (due to Covid cleaning guidelines) because we didn’t come in even though it was only 7:40pm.

This course is in outstanding condition and well manicured. Greens are at right speed and true and are like glass. Have played this course a hundred times. Favorite for sure.

Great course but can become a bit water logged at times. The course layout is great and the greens are almost always in great shape.

I bought the Bucky Book specifically for the golf coupons. Regardless of the fact that the coupon reads one free round... with the purchase of the same at regular price, the pro shop guy refused to give the deal to a single golfer. Instead, he suggested that I call an attorney or forget about it.Thankfully, Kathy at Pleasant View golf course helped me use the same coupon for 18 holes at the price of 9. I will happily take my business there and will never be back to Bridges again.Outside of the wet and soppy conditions that leave every hit fairway and greenside shot plugged, Bridges golf course seems to be a hotbed for the type of douchebaggery and elitism that ruins the world of golf. If youre a fan of pleated khakis and looking down your nose at others, youll get on fine at the Bridges.

This is honestly the best public course in Dane County. The fairways and greens are very nicely maintained. They upkeep everything very well. Its a nice place to play for all levels. It isnt very narrow like many of the other courses. This is the one course that I can go to with just 3 balls and walk away with at least one of those 3 balls.

Bridges is great for the price. Granted I lose maybe 15 balls every time I play. Partly because I suck at golf, partly because its a bit challenging if you slice or shank everything. But the clubhouse and pro shop staff are super friendly. Definitely coming here again and again.

Were else can you play in November in Wisconsin. By so lots of fun getting. Easy to get your ball back when the water is frozen.

Great, cheap golf course. This is an easy course to lose balls on though it’s not an extremely challenging course. I was a beginner golfer and had a good time golfing. Golfed here on a league for the last 2 years and always had a great time.

This may be somewhat of a unfair rating due to certain factors outside of the courses control, namely heavy rains and extremely hot weather on a course with a lot of swamp/water areas and low lying ground. The only thing I wish they had done on a day like today, with carts restricted to the cartpath, is space out the tee times more than usual. That decision was necessary I understand, however it caused a large backup of play. On more than one occasion today there were 4 groups on a single hole. As a result my friend and I had to quit playing on #12 because we werent going to be able to finish our round before we needed to return to Janesville. I have played here several times in the past and always been happy. Guess I just picked a bad day to come this time.

I was there for a private function. The fish fry they serve on Fridays is excellent. Highly recommended. The golf course is one of the unknown courses in Madison. They have done a nice job over the years in developing the course into a hidden gem.

Great Friday night fish fry. Decent beer selection. Would prefer a few more choices but at least they have more selection than Bud and Miller.

Absolutely amazing golf range with good quality range balls. You can hit off the grass on most days which is nice for real practice. The bar is great too.

It is always wonderful and the staff are always so nice.

Just not a great course and worth the cost. No improvements, must get better.

Ive never golfed here. I have just eaten lunch. They have a good selection of salads and sandwiches.

Great value. Not at all crowded when I was there. Course nicely maintained and staff very friendly. Theres a lot of water, and most fairways are bordered by marsh. Lost a lot of balls!

Worst experience on a golf course of my life. The course is in decent shape, aside from the standing water after no rain for a couple days, and the fact that people here do not repair ball marks.Why the worst round? Well, on the 7th green, there is a bike trail right beside it and 8 children ride through the course and on the greens. When we hit our shots onto the green, the kids ran out and stole the balls. They then followed us to the next hole and snuck up behind us and stole our golf cart while we were hitting our tee shots. I chased the little kid down and retrieved our golf cart. After that, they followed us around the course throwing rocks from the woods. After calling the clubhouse 2 times and not getting anyone out, we eventually called the police, and the police arrived onto the course and even out to our location on the course BEFORE the clubhouse sent anyone out. We skipped 3 holes due to this, and when I requested a rain check for the front 9, I was denied. Apparently the fact that I booked a full price tee time for 4:15 in the afternoon meant I was not entitled to any rain check for any reason.I can understand kids being idiots, I was a kid once, even though this was a little much. But the fact that the employee in the pro shop knew about it, never sent anyone out, and denied me any sort of rain check is completely unacceptable. I will not be back. There is a much nicer course 10 minutes north of here.

Not sure what happened to The Bridges, price was alright ($45 for 18 w/ cart mid-July, Saturday), but for a 11:20 AM tee time, there was no one around in the clubhouse...bar was empty, the one person I could find inside who was working didnt know why a local radio station was broadcasting from there, and no one working the bar that I could see.I remember this being one of the nicer courses in Madison, but seems that isnt the case any longer. I was last at this location in 2014. Just doesnt look like they take care of the place really, the course itself was in alright shape considering how much rain we had in July, but outside of that, the experience was very meh. I would suggest another course if youre looking to play, theres many other nicer locations providing a much better experience.

Nice course, prices are ok with cart, great prices if you walk. Well maintained, Driving range is adequate has a large practice green and separate chipping/sand practice area. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to golf in Madison.

The course is a bit of a challenge, but the food and drinks available at the club house are well worth the visit.

Good course. Bring extra balls as water, marsh or tall grass are in play on most holes. Conditioning could use some work on a few holes.

Incredibly buggy, course is not maintained, pricey for what it is. On top of it they refused to refund my card when they charged my three times because they were not sure if it went thru the first time. Worse experience golfing ever.

Great, challenging course.The Big O Burger is one of the best burgers in town! Cheese, Egg, bacon, jalapeños, and a side of Curley fries.One of the best things about coming to the Bridges Golf Course and eating at Platas Restaurant.

Over priced for what it is. Loud cars, planes always flying over head lousy Fairways and greens if it was maintained it would be nice. Food is horrible & overpriced go somewhere else.

If I ever want to go planespotting at MSN, Id play a round here while at it. Overall very nice course. They could possibly put a camera or whatever on 13 since you cant see where your ball lands from the tee anywhere on that hole.
