A good experience with kind and helpful people running the place.

Super fun place! We did the Military Espionage escape room and it was definitely a lot more in-depth and complex than other rooms weve done around town. I cant say too much without giving something away, so Ill just say it was CHALLENGING but a lot of fun.There were also a lot of little puzzles outside of the rooms to solve, most involving a little combo lock underneath a picture that gives you the clues to solve it. I thought this was a really nice touch, and my family and I had a lot of fun playing with those after we were done with our room.It would be tough to beat this experience, but I really like what theyre doing here so I would love to return try another room!

Just tried the Bank Heist room and failed to escape, but had a lot of fun. Would highly suggest going with more than three people for the added brain power! Facility was nice, and employees were friendly. Would definitely go back with a larger group to try out the other rooms sometime.

We have done a lot of escape rooms and I dont think Ive ever done one that felt so boring.We did the bank heist room and there was a lot of problems with the room itself, but the experience started badly before we even got in. The lobby felt unfinished and we were informed of the room being partially broken. The employee that led us in to the room and explained the rules reeked of marijuana.The room itself was huge, which sounds like it would be cool, but it was largely empty. For all the space there was there wasnt much to do. Things like buttons and keypads didnt always have a tactile feedback to confirm inputs. It was sometimes unclear whether an input registered, which compounds badly with the final puzzle.The final puzzle in this room is awful. Without spoiling anything there is an instant fail puzzle. You get one try to get it right or you fail. Ive seen these before and seen them done well but this one was not. The room is filled with red herrings, making the final puzzle a guessing game. When the answer was explained to us, we didnt feel like we missed something, it was just we picked the wrong combination of a bunch of different possibilities. Honestly the end experience would have been way better if the instant fail was gone. I would have enjoyed being in the last section trying different combinations and tests, but that wasnt an option.I understand that the price is not one of a premium escape room, and this is clearly a lower budget location, but there just wasnt anything that we really liked about the room. The practice sample locks in the lobby were a cool way to familiarize people with different locks such as a directional lock, but then the room didnt use anything like that at all. It was all tech locks where the puzzle was just finding the code written down. I guess thats a benefit of youre not good at handling traditional locks.For large groups I can see this being an OK experience because of the rooms size, but theres much better places to go if youre looking to do an escape room.

Loved it. We had so much fun, it was something different. It was nice for the whole family to interact with each other with no phones, we really enjoyed it

My brother and I had such an amazing time at the virtual reality arcade! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were able to try all the available set ups and we got tips on what the best games to play were. I would recommend this to anyone! Such a great experience :)

The gamemaster was very nice and didnt give away too much when we asked for clues. The clues were progressive but not always clear as to why it mattered. I guess none of us were bank robbers.

The guy who works there and gives hints, I think his name is Kristian, he is super friendly and helpful! I was able to meet the owner too. She was a very nice lady, helpful and smiling the whole time! My daughter wants to book her birthday party there now!

Once we got into the puzzle we had fun. The guy running it was nice enough.

Great set up. Place looks small but it is not. Great customer service. Clever clue locations. We had a blast and will do it again soon. Thanks guys!

One item was missing a battery so we had to get an answer/clue because of that. The mad scientist room was otherwise good, could have had more decor. The entryway/waiting area could be more engaging. Staff were friendly, but could have shown more excitement and been more clear in explaining how to get clues.

This place is AMAZING! Neither of us had ever tried Virtual Reality. It was absolutely amazing. I do wish they had 2 hour packages because we would definitely pay for that in the future. I would not recommend anyone do a 20 or 30 minute VR package. We did the 60 minute and it flew by. I forget the name of the guy working there, but he was awesome. He really knew his stuff and was helpful to us as we have no experience with VR. I dont think Ive had that much fun in a long time. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place for out birthday party. Easy to find, easy to check in. Used a Groupon to save 1/2 off. Pretty straightforward stuff.

Id give a higher rating but, two or three of the puzzles were broken. We nearly escaped but messed up because the last thing was in the wrong spot. They give you lots of clues, so dont be to prideful to ask for clues. You might also see my face on their Facebook page . It was a very fun experience.

I was looking for something fun to do and I found this escape room place. I was looking at how to book and it said to call, and the person I talked to told me a list of times. I called about 5 minuets later and the same lady told me there were only 1 of the times available. So in 5 minutes about 4 hours of bookings were booked in 5 minutes. The lady on the phone also gave us the wrong room. So its 9 oclock we are at this place and they ask us what and when we booked etc. She tells us what room we will be doing, the room she booked us with wasnt the one the lady on the phone gave us. So they were very unorganized. Even with the bad customer service set aside the website says $30 thats it just $30. They charged us $30 a person the site doesnt say $30 a person. So we think about it and do it anyways. They make us start late and we ended a little later so that was good. So I was really impressed with the room. We had a struggle going through but it was fun. We got to the end and the bomb was turned off so we didnt get the full effect. So other than the fact it was insanely expensive and we didnt get the full effect I really like the room.

Staff was great getting us in for my birthday - the girl I reached on the phone called me back when she was able to get a staff member to get us into a room in the evening for just two of us.The gentleman at the building was top notch and really made the birthday celebration perfect. He was funny and very helpful and informative whenever we needed a clue.We didnt make it out on time but he let us do the last couple of puzzles to see how much longer we would have needed. We did the Bank Heist room and will definitely be back to try the other rooms.To top off a great experience, the gentleman had a puzzle box on the counter for me to try to solve after our escape room adventure. It took me awhile but it was worth it, as he had put in an extra special birthday present for me that definitely went above and beyond.Highly recommend this place!

My family loved this place great fun just for hanging out with friends and well, staff was excellent,the virtual arcade was mind blowing. I strongly suggest that ever should experience this type of enjoyment.

OMG the virtual reality was AMAZING! 200% recommend doing it. They have a bunch of different VR equipment with a bunch of different games and simulations on it. I recommend going for at least an hour or longer as once you strap on the VR headset, time flies by super quick. It felt like I was there for 20 minutes but it was an hour. Will definitely be back!

We had scheduled our room a few days in advance. The door was locked when we arrived for our appointment. Dude ended up 10 minutes late, and then had to set the room up (another 10 minutes). He didnt really give us any instruction when we went into the room. Some clues were almost irrational, and some of the things in the room didnt work, or werent plugged in. The attendant had to come in the room multiple times. I didnt like that there wasnt a visible countdown timer, and the fact that the room looked like they put it together with $50 of goodwill finds. 2 stars only because we beat the level, and because your attendant was friendly.

Had tons of fun, priced reasonably and the gentleman at the front counter was the best!!

I gave this location a 4 Star because the idea and themes are excellent for curious and team building activities. My entire team from work came here and we did the Bank Heist and we all loved it. The place is still under construction and probably once it is all done it will definitely get a 5 star.

This place was awesome! We had 20 people in our group and the staff were so helpful and nice with everything from reservations to taking our group pictures at the end. Clean place and everything worked as intended in the 2 rooms we used. A very fun large group activity. We all would recommend My Escape Mission on Stoughton Road!

This was by far my favorite escape room! The staff was super friendly and and always paying attention and watching if we needed clues.

Perfect for 2 people, my mom and I had a great time! Doesnt look like much until you start finding clues and it gets overwhelming very quickly. Ended up getting a little extra time because we had the combination correct on a lock but it was a bit fiddly so keep that in mind! Definitely worth it :)

After doing ones in the dells, this seemed a little blah. We got too many hints, we needed them though!

Military Espionage is the best room ever for level of difficulty, but I really had fun in the Mad Scientist room. My Escape is great for team building or having family fun. Totally recommend it!

Did the mad scientist room today with my 9 year old daughter and 10 year old niece and was very happy. The staff was so polite and friendly the entire experience. They offered hints when asked and the puzzles were a good challenge. They suggested we check out the VR room they have and so glad we did. Worth the extra fee to play the games. I usually get sick with VR, but this was not the case. The man that attended us couldnt have been nicer and showed us each of the games and helped us out. Definitely will be back to try other rooms and the VR gaming a gain!!!

It was wildly entertaining! it was challenging, but not too difficult as to cause frustation. great for family or team building! 100% recommend! incredible staff!my family solved it with the second fastest time behind a team of engineers.

The room seemed so basic when we came in and then they started the timer. This is a must try and the perfect group activity!

Love the rooms here! Great staff and a fun challenge. Andre was very helpful and accommodating for a family get together. Love that we are not made to book with other groups of strangers.

We had the pleasure of bringing a bachelor - bachelorette party to My Escape Mission where 20 of us got to try all 3 escape rooms. It was an escape room first for 18 of us. The comments were: fun, entertaining, awesome, enjoyable, fastastic. It was truely a unique expierience and out of 9 room adventures 8 were successfully completed. Great 3 and 1/2 hours of fun. Thanks My Escape Misson.

Very friendly staff but half of the puzzle wasnt set up and we were still charged full price. Otherwise it would have been great.

Not worth $30 whatsoever...it was just a random room with locks in it. The man running it came in and gave us blatant answers to unlock the locks and it took us about 30 min. Overall completely not worth the money taken to put some locks in a room.

We had a great time at the regent street site. Cant wait to check out newer facility on Stoughton as well. We had 2 11 year olds and 2 14 year olds...everyone loved it! Not often we find stuff that whole family enjoys. Love Oz at this site as well!
