The customer service is beyond amazing! On Wednesday I was told I needed to put together a western style luncheon for Friday. I was panicked. Its a new job and I felt I had to prove myself. I didnt know where to start. Fortunately I found Its Your Party and they helped me with the tables, chairs, music and western props -- and got it all set up this morning. We started early, planning our company holiday party. The owner was very helpful and asked about things I had never thought of. I appreciated all of the help and cant wait for them to help make my party a success!!

I hosted a fundraising event this past weekend, June 1st, called Izzy Fest. It was like a carnival we had a dunk tank, several games and prizes, raffle baskets and so much more. We were raising awareness about suicide and bullying while trying to remember the life of my 12 year old daughter who took her own life in May 2018. I contacted Its Your Party to see if they would be willing to make a donation to the event. We were elated when they offered to let us use a couple of their sports games (slapshot hockey and quarterback toss) to use for our event! The process of renting/collecting and returning the games was very easy as well! The children had an amazing time playing with the games and we will definitely be in contact again next year for our 2nd annual Izzy Fest to raise awareness and honor my Baby Girl in a special way. Thank you so much! These games really added that extra special something we needed for our event! I would definitely recommend Its Your Party to anyone!

Dont bother calling them if you dont have a large order. I called seeking some folding chairs, and was told I didnt meet the order minimum. When I questioned why they wouldnt want to rent them to me, I was told my order wasnt worth their time. Nice customer service. Just tell me they arent available.

They have great equipment for rent. Reasonable prices and lots of flexible options to have it delivered and picked up. They worked with my schedule and gave extended time for me to pick up and drop off.

Easily the best event planning place around town. Used them for my graduation party and they were faboulous! 100% would use It’s Your Party again for another event.

This is the second time we have rented tables and chairs from IYP for a graduation party. We rented 5 round tables and white folding chairs. Both times, the tables were nice and sturdy and the chairs and tables were clean and well maintained. I will rent from them again if we have the need. Thanks IYP for helping to make our graduation parties a success!

They provided catering, a DJ, games and tropical decorations for my parents anniversary party and I was thrilled. My parents loved it and are still receiving glowing reviews from our family and friends. I couldnt be happier.

Horrible customer service. They said they could do tents for our wedding but wouldnt confirm anything with me over the phone, saying they would send me an email with a quote. They took a week to email me additional questions, and when I asked about the quote they said they were still working on it... Then finally, after two weeks, they emailed but only to say they had finally gotten a hold of their tent guy and he was completely booked so they couldnt provide tents for our wedding. Why tell me over the phone that everything looks good and then wait two weeks to tell me you cant provide tents? Extremely frustrating!

Is it possible to give 0 stars? There should be an exception here. While some of the staff were friendly, the owner was beyond rude. Simple questions seem to be a waste of her time and unless you are spending thousands of dollars, your business just isnt worth their time.

ITS MY PARTY did a great job delivering and setting up the dunk tank for my daughters 16th birthday party. I would definitely use them again. Very professional, and great to work with.
