Ive always loved this place but this time I waited a long time for everything even for drinks. There seemed to be a lot of runners but not servers! I think was only one server, who was great but he had a lot of tables to look after. He did have a device though which worked remotely for orders which was great.

Awesome place! Herb Alperts jazz club. Cant wait to go back! Great show and food. Sat at bar and had Scampi appetizer. Delicious. Lots of dinner table seating. Acoustics are excellent. Recommend!! :))

Hey, it’s finally re-opened! Beautiful big outdoor patio in back, with raised wood floor and lovely twinkling lights overhead, that seats 100 or so, with adequate social distance between tables. Service is great, menu is small, food is delicious, drinks are prepared in a quaint trailer out back, sublime live accordionist reminds you that one day you’ll return to Paris. Perfectly romantic dining experience.

They might not be open during the pandemic but I hope they return. My wife and I have spent every anniversary dinner here for the last 16 years to enjoy the great jazz and fabulous food. It’s worth it for a great night out with someone you love.

My first time at this exquisite club. Its visual atmosphere was fantastic. The bar area is modest size but very elegant and comfortable. There is a stage for live music and an outstanding group was performing. Large art panels add to the nature of the locations atmosphere. The place was packed with happy lively people. Valet parking was available. The folks who ran the location were very friendly and warm. I wished I could have stayed longer. I will return soon.

Everything was perfect! From the super cute interior and exterior right down to the mini moscato we were served! The food was amazing! I love Italian food and this is definitely a place that I will visit when I am in town!!

The food at Vibrato Grill Jazz is extraordinary, and the service was outstanding. The decor is incredible down to every detail. Manny, Rob and Chef Paul made the evening very special for us. I cannot wait to go back. Oh, and did I mention the incredible wine list.

Beautiful place with a great music. The ambience of this restaurant is so warm, cozy and so relaxing. You are having a dinner and enjoying the performance at the same time.It’s an American food, so it has only two options for a vegan person like me. I asked to substitute grilled vegetables to a fresh salad in my dish and got what I wanted. Great customer service!Recommended 100 times to have such a great experience!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner for my best friend. Patrick was the best. He made our drinks and they were just like we liked them. We had dinner and saw the show and he took us to our table and although we had our own waiter, Patrick checked on us a few times and came over at the end of the night to thank us again, shook our had and invited us back. We will come back. Our waiter and service was above the standard and the food, I had the salmon was very delicious. We really enjoyed our special evening and they brought over a plate of select desserts for the birthday that we shared and they were delicious and just topped off our night. Simply the best.

A+ Brunch. The steak benny looked incredible, the pot roast hash was amazing, and the bottomless mimosas sure dont hurt. This place is a go-to for a filling brunch to get me going before an errand filled day.

Definitely a hidden gem! Live jazz music and such a great atmosphere! Very romantic but pricey. I will say the lamb chops were worth every penny. And the desserts are so delicious and rich and they really go out of their way to make everyone feel special. I recommend making reservations to make things easier. Definitely will be going back for some Real jazz and overall great entertainment.

This was my first time checking this place out. Ambiance was great, service incredibly nice, the band was great and very engaging, the food was good, tuna tartar was amazing, summer sea platter was ok, have had better. But overall experience pleasant. Definitely worth paying a visit.

I came here to watch Freddie Ravel perform. Ive always heard about his shows, but it was only this day, i had the opportunity to actually see him live. I highly recommend making a reservation so youre guaranteed a table. Parking is limited, but you can park down-hill also, its just a tiny walk up and through the parking lot.The fireplace may be the best place to sit for a party of two, but it might be a little too tight if you have a larger frame because you sit side by side in that area.I only had appetizers and a side, but theyre filling, and needless to say, its very delicious. My friend had the spicy tuna appetizer and the truffle fries side while i had crabcakes and and mushrooms.

You can go anywhere and get a pretty good meal. you can find a place that has good food, good drinks or a place with unique ambiance. But at the Vibrato there is more to it than filling you up. the beauty of this place is not a patina. the food is good because care goes into it from the bottom to the top. they value their staff, their team of incredible skilled workers, their artists, their presentation, and their impact on the surrounding area. it is out of a zeal and passion for contribution that the resulting experience is completely positive for anyone who goes there. the Vibrato vibes are contagious, and here you dont find just another restaurant, you find joy, and you see purpose.

Great atmosphere, live jazz, awesome food. However for the type of the place, service could be better. I didn’t expect to miss part of the performance because we were not seated on time. Our reservation was at nine, performance started on time but we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get seated. When performance was over, they were quick to ask to move to the bar.

Spectacular place for jazz and food and service. Head there allegro non troppo and maybe for a starter order the beet salad so that you can say that the beet goes on. Excellent steaks but they have seafood and vegan entrees too..... and all that jazz.

The entertainment was wonderful, however the food was awful Make sure you have a full tummy when you go there. I will never order food from there again, other than the bread the bread and butter was great. The crab cakes were awful hmm they were hot and no flavor, the Caesar salad tastes like water.

Pricey but well worth a date night. Great food and entertainment. Some shows have an additional charge which can add $100 to your bill but there are some artist where there isnt an additional charge.

I recently made a dinner reservation & booked a table to see a particular band for my daughters birthday with friends and family traveling from afar to be there. However just 2 days before it, I have received a phone call telling me that my reservation has been canceled because someone booked the entire restaurant and they will now not honor our standing reservations in favor of this person. I hope this person books the entire restaurant a lot or this is a very bad business model because regular customers like us wont be coming back.

Love this place is cozy romantic and have amazing music and ambiance. The food is worth for the price u pay and service is great. Free valet parking as well

Great atmosphere and entertainment. You’d be surprise by celebrity presence. Some say it’s pricey And you’ll be sure to spend at least $200. Cover charge is $20 per person but the food and drinks are high-end and worth it. Cocktails are roughly $20, beers are $10 each and main dishes range from $25 to $70. Sides are $12 to $18. There’s free parking and valet. Sit back, relax, enjoy your meal and drinks with great sounds.

I feel like people give places a high rating to match high prices, but this is not the case. The musicians were AMAZING. Truly stole the show. one of the managers was incredibly unpleasant. They lost our reservation for a table of four celebrating two special occasions and we had to find a table that worked for the handicap in the group. The food took a long time, and some came out wrong or dry. The staff was nice. The manager was not. Would come just to listen to musicians but wouldnt give my money until I knew I was getting an excellent night for the price.

Amazing music and atmosphere and awful food. I was here about 3 times and everytime food is sooo bad. No, if youre regular Americans youll be happy and say its awesome, its best steak I ever had. But if you are European guys you will understand that is garbage. Sorry, guys, Im really upset about food. But thanks for your music, its my favorite place in LA to listen jazz.

This place is beautiful and the ambiance very intimate. We came on a Monday night for a special engagement to see Seth Macfarlane sing with the band and what a treat it was! He started at 845 and sang all the way through after 10pm. Dinner was amazing (on the pricey side though, so come prepared) from the appetizers of yellowtail sashimi and grilled octopus to the mains of Ribeye and scallops. Only downside, and the reason I removed one star, is the fact that out in front of the stage, guests are packed in like sardines. There is very little wiggle room, nowhere to put your coats or purses and at times would bump into the table next to us when having to get up to use the restroom.Overall, great experience and everyone should visit Vibrato at least once in their life, you won’t regret it!

This was mine and my husbands first time ever dining at the Vibrato Grill. I must say that it was a very delightful evening for the two of us as we were celebrating our 19th anniversary. The entertainment was really nice and the food was good but I must say I ordered the chicken parmesan with marinara spaghetti in which the spaghettis were room temperature...would have been nice if the food was hot, nonetheless it was tasty and lets not forget the drinks. I had a Moscato because I love sweet wine and my husband had a French connection both were AWESOME!!! We traveled from the Palmdale area and really enjoyed ourselves and were planning on visiting again with several of our friends. WAY TO GO HERB

Our food was fantastic! Had the Trefito(?), Parmesean chicken, sweet potato fries, brussel sprouts. They have a nice lounge upstairs to relax in and prime seating for a small fee.The music was amazing too! Loved the all woman band and the Male trumpet player that came in to jam with them.Id definitely would be back.

Live jazz, great atmosphere. The food is amazing definitely try the broccolini. incredible!! Expect to spend about 2 to $300 per couple but worth every penny. excellent service. I keep coming here for years to enjoy live jazz music. Here are awesome vibe and great decorations. Last time weve been there we saw a Jazz show. It was just perfect but our waiter was too pushy asking us to order some food and drinks every 10 minutes. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The place offers a large range of fresh food. I liked eating here. Employees are always very friendly, rates are convenient and the place is always clean.

Arrived in Uber via the mountain way which made us nauseous. The interior of the restaurant looks really nice and the seats upfront give you a good view of the jazz band.

The place was nice, its a $$$ complimentary valet our waiter was alright he brough our bill before I asked him too I freaking cant stand that and the fact that there was a 25$ cover charge that I was not aware of it the band was good too thats why I give this place a 3 star

Ambience and decor makes you feel like you just escaped out of LA. From the lighting, decor, art on the walls and stage setting, it’s done perfectly.Music is top notch. We saw Cuban Jazz Train and they were amazing.Food is delicious but highly recommend the Tiramisu.

I went to see Carol Bach-y-Rita and this was my first time at this venue. To start off with, the show was very very good so I guess they book excellent entertainment here. I had three appetizers that I split with a friend of mine and they were also very good. I have to get used to the pricing at venues like this because they do charge more and all I can say is the music and the vibe was worth it.

Omg the bartender Kory is amazing! She was so friendly and made the best drinks! We are coming back to see her and her beautiful face.

My wife Anastasia and I saw the incredible Nan Schwartz perform some of her most beautiful music with her 17 piece orchestra. Herb Alpert was in the audience to see Nan along with several other celebrities. What a place... what a night!!! Cheers!

Had a great date night here with my husband, he doesnt really care for the live music aspect he just came for the great food so its a win win for both of us! The seats were great, there really isnt a bad seat in the place and Mike Miller was perfect diner entertainment. Its not so loud that you cant speak to each other so I liked that. I got the vegetarian coconut curry which was great and my husband got the fillet mignon which was even better! I was looking for a good whiskey drink and definitely got it with the Good Ole Boy. The only bad thing I can say is that the drink cost $18, I think thats just ridiculous but unfortunatly I guess thats just the going rate now. We came to the 6:30 show so we were able to find parking but when we got out around 8 it was completely packed and you pretty much had to use the vallet.

Love this place! Classy place for live music and dinner. Its a supper club. Check calendar to see whos playing. You will absolutely need to make reservations or you will be standing. Also, for those that are cost conscious this is not for you...2-3 drink minimum plus $20.00 door fee and if you have dinner my bill for two with 2 drinks for both was over $250.00. One last remark...its an excellent place for couples.

Great dinner and show

Was looking forward to this for a month and it was worth the wait. The band and jazz singer were as equally as delightful as my filet! Fun and exciting ambiance with a gracious wait staff. Very elegant and far from cheap but money well spent. Encore!

Wow! What a great supper club! I’ve been twice now and i will definitely return. Parking is a bit of a hassle but they do valet if you can’t find a spot. Getting there early is the trick. Have a drink relax, wait for the table at the bar. Get seated. Menu is great but does change small things. So the online menu is a guideline really. Beautiful motif. Can’t wait to go again!

I never heard of this place before my visit and I was truly blown away by the experience. The food was perfectly prepared, the service was exceptional and the musicians made the evening something to remember.

Great venue and good music. The challenge I have with jazz clubs like Vibrato Grill and the Catalina Bar and Grill is they have great music but their overall food is mediocre at best. I cannot speak for Vibrato Grill since we have only had appetizers and drinks the few times we have visited. The bussers should often take over for the wait staff since they are more attentive and more customer friendly than the waiters. We attended a Friday night early show and the waiter did not refill the water or Champagne glasses throughout the entire evening. If I wanted to serve myself and my guest I would stay at home and entertain. The Champagne selection is a strong miss for the wine and beverage director or sommelier. The wine selection is great but the bubbly is a missed opportunity. Also, if you do not charge a cover charge for the early show it is false advertising once you have my credit card to place a mandatory minimum on per person ordering. Improve your food and we would not chose to eat at home over having dinner at your restaurant. Most Brentwood, BelAir and Beverly Hills pretenders are not reliable food critics so we will not use their judgement for evaluating the food quality.

This venue, though hard to find, is worth the effort. The atmosphere was lighted and sound perfect for a Jazz Supper club. The seating could be snug to some but was intimate and cozy. The stage was in good view to everyone. The sound was well mixed and not overbearing. The food was pricey but was worth the price. And the service was phenomenal: they really look after you without being annoying. I will go again regardless of who is performing.

This is usually an excellent night club with some great jazz .Dont go there for new years eve. The band turned out to be dixieland and the music was parade music only no one was marching. We paid $590 for this party and an incorrect atmosphere of inappropriate music and left right after the main course ,luckily we made it to a really nice new years party at a deluxe hotel.
