Fun little bridge with great views. We went for a walk from main street, crossed the river at Cottage Street and then walked along Lakeglen, before crossing back to main street over this bridge.

This new pedestrian bridge offers up some great views of the city and river. It reminded me a bit of Switzerland as I walked along it.

Lovely covered bridge in the quaint town of Littelton, New Hampshire. The bridge spans a nice stream and offers a view of a water wheel. There is a nice pathway with plenty of flowers alongside one bank of the river.

This is a good place for a quick walk with the family. We started at the covered bridge which was pretty cool, but short. We walked around to Main Street, where there are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants to visit.

The covered foot bridge connects Littletons Riverfront Park to the River District and Downtown. So many beautiful places to explore here.

Just beautiful and fun to walk around.

Fabulous place for a full day of walking, eating and shopping. Only minor complaint is some places were so uninterested in a sale they passed instead of doing some extra service. Their loss, plenty of small service oriented establishments. My favorite, Bella Funk and Page woohoo owns/works there.

It led me to a great farmers market at the end. The bridge was beautiful to walk over and experience fresh air of NH.

Stunning views if the river. The bridge is beautifully maintained and a great spot for one of a kind pictures. It is well worth the trip to wander behind the shops on Main Street.

This bridge is beautiful.. Covered.. Plus a straight shot.On both sides you get a full view of the gale river.. They decorate Halloween and Christmas ..something worth seeing..take pics at night. Its lighted.The start is by ..the mill restraunt. Ends by the senior living facility to the left.

Its a very peaceful serene place to walk & sit or stand & watch the water, you can go down & lay in the sun on what we call the flat rocks & you can go swimming, fishing, watch the sunset, take very nice pics or video. Around Halloween they have an event & put pumpkins on the bridge, along the riverwalk & down on the rocks and people dress up for Halloween & they have a haunted walk etc, its really fun. Absolutely love it. Beautiful. My son dresses up in a red robe & very scary mask & stands on the bridge, people think hes a statue & when they cone close, he scares the heck out of them. Hilarious.

We park in a back parking lot just so we can walk over this bridge to get to Main Street.. slowly... and just enjoy the water below and people sun bathing on the large rocks and smell all the smells..

Such a beautiful place

It may be a newer covered bridge, but its still super cute. On one side of the river is an old water wheel that helps with the whole ambiance of a covered bridge.

Very pretty & scenic downtown Littleton

Very nice covered bridge. On a Sunday you can easily walk from Littletons main street across the bridge to a very nice farmers market. Every Sunday 10am-1pm.

While walking across the bridge there are very nice views up and down the river. There is a water wheel that due to the low water was not operating.

It is a beautiful covered bridge. One can view the river from a safe spot and not get wet when it is raining.

If you are in Littleton this is a must. A beautiful old covered bridge with a recently improved walking path let’s you explore the river through Littleton.

Oh what a treat. Farmers market on one side, Brick Store, with handmade goods, food and smoke house specialties on the other. One lane drive across for cars.

The Littleton Riverwalk is a great area to stroll along the Ammonoosuc River and visit local shops. The covered bridge spans the river near the old mill buildings (now housing restaurants and other businesses), one with the water wheel still attached. The bridge has a solid wood floor, good for pets and I would think wheelchairs. I have walked this route during the Winter and Spring months and it provides good protection from inclement weather.
