AMC theaterThe system failed.We went to go see Richard Jewell today. This particular theater has been my favorite ever since they put in the recliner chairs, they pretty much turn into a bed. They had part goes down in the foot part comes up, they are leather and I love that.We bought our tickets ahead of time, they also had an option that we could purchase popcorn and Coke and it would be delivered to our seat.I received a text telling me the time it would be delivered. We waited but it never showed up.I had to leave my seat to go to the lobby to find out where my order was. Although there were three people working behind the counter they were way too busy having a conversation and not for filling their job. My order was just sitting there.I counted 12 people working the shift at that time we went to the show. If you are going to offer something then there is no excuse for this offer not to be for fulfill.I am NOT sure if I would order ahead of time again.

I love this theater. Very clean and all the staff is friendly. They now have reserved seating and recliner seats. I love the recliner seats!

I suppose I cant fault the movie theaters themselves for the high cost of tickets. That being said, their registers were broken, and the kiosks didnt work to take a card either, so you either had to pay in cash, or just go to a different theater/home. They handled it well considering everything, and we were able to get in and watch our movie.

A+ theater! Really like the seating and unlike other theaters that try to copy, you can move through the aisles without the need for the person reclined to put their chair up so you can get by. They also offer BOOZE! And they serve real food and will bring it to your seat! Its expensive like any theater but it is certainly better food. Great experience!

Great seating, socially distanced.

Everyone was very nice that worked there and also the people who watched the movie too. We loved the reclining seats! So comfy we both almost fell asleep. We loved that we could feel the vibration from the action of the movie in the seats.

Great movie theater! Has the comfortable recliners along with stadium style seats and plenty of room. Choosing your seat is also a plus so you already know where your going. Havent had any issues and we have been going here for a while!

Usually when we go to the movies we go to AMC24 in Highlands Ranch. Today we decided to go to Bowles Crossing because we had alot of shopping to do and its closer to our house. The theater is smaller in size. Its more on the messier side in the lobby as well as the theater itself. We noticed melted chocolate in the cup holders. The reclining seats seemed smaller. And when they are fully reclined your shoes are pressing up against the glass/wall in front of you.The staff is friendly and they have that really good ice, you know, like the sonic ice.But we were kinda reminded why we always go to the one in Highlands Ranch.Not a bad theater, there is definitely way worse.

Over 25 minutes of previews and a convenience fee to book your tickets online. Convenient for who? I called ahead to see if I could book over the phone and was told to book online and then was immediately hung up on.

We have been going here for years. Things have gone downhill lately.First, the kiosks where we normally pick up our reserved tickets were all closed. The sign said go to concessions.Concessions was very busy. We got our tickets, pop corn and soda cup.2 of the 3 Soda machines were broken. The one that was working showed not available for the flavors we wanted. My wife got ginger ale and it was undrinkable.They have disabled the signs at the theater entrances with the showtimes. We had to search out ticket in the dark lobby to find out what theater were were to go to.The theater was dirty. I have to brush off trash from my seat. The movie was good.The bathrooms were filthy. It was not a good day for AMC Bowles

As you all know, the prices of food at the movies is ridiculous!! But food was good, enjoyed the movie. Great time! Sonic was great

I love this theater. Great screens, and sound. The snack bar has a large verity of choices, and there is a full bar. Whats not to love?

Customer service disappointing. We didn’t feel welcomed or treated as customers. They would not take our gift cards due to having a new computer system. The clerk who checked our tickets and told us where the movie was showing, was sarcastic and rude in what she said to us about our group sitting together. She grabbed our tickets and spoke so fast I could not understand where she was directing us. I got the impression that she does not like her job and has a chip on her shoulder.Once in the theatre, it was comfortable and sound was good.

This is our theatre. We are here at least once a month. It’s always clean, the staff is always pretty friendly and attentive, and the theaters always smell pretty nice. I’ve never stepped in anything sticky or slimy, I’ve never sat in a seat that looked questionable, and the restrooms may not always be free of paper towel trash, but they are always clean if you get me. The food is great. We always get popcorn and a slurpee, sometimes we get candy and on occasion we’ll get pretzels or pizza. Never had any weird, dry, or burnt food. All in all, you’ll be happy you showed up.

My favorite theater but the popularity has worn it down a little faster than most.

Spacious , can see the screen no matter how tall anyone in front of you is. Comfortable recliner seats great sound.

This is probably the third 6th time I have been to this theater, I have never had a bad experience until last night.The bar closed before we got into the movie and were told it closed after the last movie started. We went to the theater and sat through another 15 minutes of previews, thats not the start of the movie.The seats were a little gross, maybe a little more clean up would be good.

Two years ago myself and two friends had a great time watching It Chapter 1 and having an adult beverage at AMC Bowles Crossing. Two years later we returned to do the same for It Chapter 2. After getting to the theater Wednesday Sept 11, at 7:35 we headed to the bar to grab cold one. To our surprise AMC had already closed the bar for the night. We were very disappointed to see this. Apparently, AMC shuts down the bar at the START of the last show of the night. The bartender informed us that we were 5 minutes late and they shut the bar down a little early anyhow. After talking with a manager we received no help. I explained the situation to him hoping he would provide some world class customer service. Sadly, that was not what happened. What I did receive was a bunch of excuses, some not even valid.I came to understand Wednesday is the slowest day at the theater. I guess AMC management think it is a good idea to shut down the bar and inconvenience the customers that do attend this theater on Wednesdays. Majorly disappointed and will not return to this theater on a Wednesday.

Great location—lots of places to eat nearby. Always clean and the seats are up to the comfy AMC standard. What sets this theater apart is the kindness and integrity of the staff. The managers do their job well.

I enjoy the movies here, occasionally there is a employee that is rude or doesnt understand what an A-List is. But always enjoy a good movie

That movie theater is on point, love the recliners and able to snuggle up during the movie. I see many more date nights in the future

Great seats, and the full bar is wonderful. Just be careful with your phone when you sit down. The seats are so huge and comfortable, they will swallow anything they can. I have had to go back 3 times to get my keys or phone.

We just moved to Littleton a month ago and it looks like this theater will be a regular destination. Love the recliner seats and after paying $15 for the yearly premium membership, we can reserve seats online for free. Combine that with $5 Tuesdays and it makes a great deal. All I need to do now is investigate a refillable popcorn bucket. I should mention a big negative being 25 minutes of previews and commercials before the movie starts. That’s ridiculous but unfortunately most everyone does it so I still have 5 stars.

I don’t usually write reviews, but wow!I came here with Karston and we watched a very new and popular movie.The movie was so good! Very interesting. One of the main characters dies and the other goes back in time to see his girlfriend?! Crazy plot twist! I bought popcorn and I shared with Karston while we watched. I love popcorn.The movie was pretty long and got kinda boring at parts, but overall it was entertaining.I will likely watch it again in the future, but maybe at home with my own, less expensive popcorn.The chairs here are nice.

Wow! This place has changed! I havent been here in a long time and theyve really upgraded. Lounger seating, order from your seat service and more. The sound in the theater was amazing. It was clean and my visit was great.

Always clean relaxed staff. Popcorn had a burnt taste to it but oh well nobody is perfect.

Love this theater, just recently found out if you buy tickets and food on line they will deliver it for you! Cost a few bucks extra but pretty neat!

I went to go see IT Chapter 2 with my friends and I loved the movie and the time. I went in the morning so the tickets were cheapest and I did spend a lot more money then I would have liked on snacks but it was still really fun.

Great reclining seats good atmosphere.

The theater is comfortable, but so loud I cant hear for an hour afterwards. And the hot mess of disorganization at the ticketing and concessions stand make me die a little inside. I feel bad for the people who have to work back there because theyre always getting the stinkeye from impatient moviegoers waiting for their pretzels. And it really shouldnt take 15 minutes after ordering to get your snack. Get there early if you want food.

Its rare for me to write negative reviews, and maybe our experience was just an unfortunate one, but we received poor customer service. The lobby is confusing as to where you are supposed to purchase tickets (at the concessions area, not at guest services as one would assume) and the young woman who then waited on us was unnecessarily rude. We purchased seats that ended up being so close to the screen when we went in, that we decided to leave and have our tickets refunded. Fortunately, they did refund us without any further issues. We just moved to the area and this theater is most convenient to us, but I am not sure I will be quick to return as the whole experience was off-putting.

Our favorite movie theater. Were dont go anywhere else. Large comfortable theaters with reclining seats for all, handicap accessible seating. The process for snacks are the typical extortion rates you find at all movie theaters. Ticket prices are reasonable.

I love the big comfy reclining seats. I also really enjoy picking my seat from home and pre-purchasing seats. Takes the stress out of arriving at the theater and hoping my family of 4 can all sit together and have an enjoyable experience. Facility is clean and conveniently located.

My best friend and I went to go see a movie that was really popular. The seats are so comfy and we got good popcorn and drinks for not that much money

Concessions close at like 8:30 pm. Won’t return. Much better service at the Cinemark theater.

No concerns, movies keep getting more expensive. Maybe I’m getting old but a night out to the movie theater shouldn’t cost this much. This theater is generally clean and I’ve no issues. Only 4 stars because it’s nothing exceptional.

I love the fact they have reclining seats, free refills on popcorn and plenty of elbow room. They also have a bar.

The seats are comfy, the screens are well kept. My only complaint was ordering food ahead. They app says they will bring it to you within a 10 minute scheduled window. They never did so I went and picked it up myself. They should give you the option to get it yourself maybe have an area for pe order.

Popcorn was excellent, seating was super reclining, big, and comfy, and the sound system was great!

The price is right for this senior / veteran the seats are the greatest the center that seperates the seats folds up , my girl friend loves that feature she likes to be close & comfey. the seats at south glenn are un comfortable that center bar does not fold up and there prices are several dollars more.

Paid for everything online including a deal where they deliver your popcorn and soda to your seats within 10 minutes of the time you request.- ofcourse for a extra fee. Nothing ever came and after holding out till the last min. asking my daughter to hold on repeatedly, I go down and ask and there like oh yea sorry bout that..just sayin- it was for my daughter that doesnt get to feel important or special as she should be. Flickering mood lighting and ya seat may be comfy, just dont shine your phones flashlight on them eeuuww.. - I sat in these? Employees all looked stoned and in on something other than their pretty simple jobs

This is a great location. The theaters are pretty small but it is reserved seating with recliners so really comfortable. Customer service is great and the place is clean. We love the option to have food delivered to our seats and it makes sending my kids there without me really easy.

The reserved seating for reclining love seats is great. This AMC is one of the few that you can order concessions beforehand and the staff will deliver it right to your seat. This is very useful when you order numerous items and dont want to drop anything on the way to the your theater. I dont drink, but it has a bar area

Love taking my kiddo (4 year old) here!! The reclining chairs are comfortable and make for a great experience! I also LOVE buying our tickets ahead of time and picking out what seats we want. Knowing theyre reserved for us makes it much less stressful!

Something to keep in mind, AMC is held by a Christian organization and as such, occasionally limits the types of movies shown at its theaters as well as offering Christian developed movies not shown elsewhere. This combination colors the previews shown in their theaters.Generally good environment and courteous staff, patrons are sometimes rude.

Been coming here for years and they have very friendly staff. Although the staff does need to learn how to not say next when they are calling us from the premier line. The people from the other line always take it that they are talking to them and beats us there. Sometimes it makes me wonder why were paying for it when we get skipped because they havent found a better way of organizing it
