Came here to see the In The Groove dedicated machine here. Its a beautiful cab thats seen some care for sure. The screen is very sharp, pads are smooth and responsive, and the audio is clear and strong. Ill definitely be by again next time Im in the area!

Had a blast used some energy with a group of great people

Staff was less than pleasant. Multiple games were broken. Soda machine was broken. My child was told to give her tokens to an associate while she played a round of tag, and then no one happened to know what happened to her tokens.

What an amazing place! My wife and I hosted our son’s birthday party there this year and everyone had a wonderful time. We decided to go with the Deluxe Package and added on the Glow Party Room. When we walked through the doors we were promptly greeted and showed to the room. The staff member that was helping us that morning was very polite and explained the whole process to us. She explained to us that we would have to go the computer and code in their names for the mission. After they came out of their first game they would get their 20 tokens.When it was time to go into the arena, one of the kids that were attending the party was scared. The referee tried to explain to him that it wasn’t as scary as it looks. After explaining everything to him, he was still scared so the referee walked out of the Briefing Room and returned with a small flashlight for him to carry around with him. After we finished our first game we walked out the arena to find that it had become very busy. Even though they had many things going on at once the staff did not forget about us.We would definitely recommend Laser Tag to anyone. We all had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

15 minutes of play time? Thats ridiculous.

We had a birthday party for my daughter there and it was great! The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The kids were never bored between games. They had lots of fun and are begging to go back. Well worth the money!

This was my first time ever playing Laser Tag. Our family went 2 rounds and we had a blast. We kept talking about it all day long. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Laser tag was fun, but my nephews laser pack didnt work so I ended up giving him mine. Other than that, just a general arcade. Some games were broken, but we still had fun in our small group.

The kids love this place.

The kids had a good time but we ordered pizza because we had a huge group and they just call Pizza hut which they didnt do until after our last game was paid for so a lot of people just left instead of waiting for the pizza.

I think they should have more actively. but its still fun to go too .

Not much selection but laser tag looked cool

The phasers were extremely inaccurate, the rules were not enforced and kids were running everywhere and following everyone, and half the arcade games were not working. Not a good experience.

Arena isnt quite as dynamic and interesting as the old Laser Quest (which has been closed for a few years now) but this place is still a nice family-friendly activity where folks of all ages can burn off calories.

Tried to reserve a group online. Received a phone call the next day that I didnt make the reservation right and that the cost would be more, which was fine and I continued to ask a few questions about group discounts since the online reservation was confusing. The man seemed very annoyed and then tried to upsell me even more from the already increased price. When I asked again what he called for since we had got off topic, he said to tell you the price would be more, bye and then HUNG UP the phone on me. I called back and asked for a manager and the man said I was talking to Paul who was the GENERAL MANAGER that called me to begin with. Extremely poor customer service and first impression, especially from a general manager of a company.

We went for a birthday party and had a great time it is a fun place to go and staff is very friendly the games do not work all the time.

The staff is friendly and we got right in. There wasnt many people there, so we played both games back to back. We also got a group discount for our youth group.

Its a really great place for lasertag, they have Lasertron equipment that keeps great track of your score and also gives good details on how you did (it tells you where you tagged people at and how many times, it also tells you how you were shot and where you were shot at so you can know what to protect, gives you an accuracy percentage, and tells you how many times youve tagged someone and how many times they tagged you). They have team and FFA (Free for All) games, also based on how you did you get a score in both game modes, you tag someone you get positive, you get tagged and you get a small reduction off your score. They used to have a bit of faulty equipment before about a year ago, but is working better and the staff are kind and are willing to help you if you are in need, the equipment rarely fails but if you do it will turn a yellow-orange and then you walk to one of the staff who help watch over the game to make sure that everyone is playing safely and that everything is working correctly. They have a lower story and an upper story level so if makes is more interesting when your playing and requires you to keep an eye out for anyone who might tag you, there are also many obstacles to hide behind and take advantage to tag someone before they get a change to tag you, and they have a few monitors in the arena to keep track of other peoples scores. The next time i go Ill try to remember to ask the staff if I can take pictures of the setup and vests, the vest have several places to get tagged (Shoulders, Front, Back, and both side of the Phaser which is your laser gun in basic terms that you tag other players with).Also try to beat my Score of 2040 (exactly 500 points above the 2nd best person that round) with a total of 204 tags against 21 other people in a FFA (game is set up for a total of 30 people. I hope you guys will enjoy this place as much as I do! So good luck, have fun, and enjoy!

Great birthday party experience#

So you have a couple price options; 15 mins for $8 a piece or 30 mins for $12. What they dont tell you is that the 15 mins is actually only two 6 min games and 3 mins of watching a video. I felt ripped off.The video games are old and youre lucky if they actually work.
