I took my VCR in for repair Monday and had it fixed PERFECTLY very quickly. They seem busy with all of the equipment in the store, but turn around equipment extremely quickly with excellent work. Not only this, but theres an excellent warranty on their workmanship. This is the best place to get your VCR repaired. I brought in a relatively-rare Panasonic desktop editing VCR and not only did the technician repair it, but spoke with me twice and also spoke to me like an absolute professional. I will bring anything here that I cant fix. Wonderful experience from someone very adept with technology themselves.

Brought my gummed up turntable here to get it fixed. As I walked in, the owner seemed a little off to me, but I wasnt too worried about it because it was my first time there. He said they would fix my turntable and would get to it in about 5 days at a reasonable price and give me a call when I could pick it up. On day 9 I call to see how it was going, havent started on it. I call back on day 15, still hadnt started on it. Day 20 I finally get a call from an employee who gave me an update and he let me know that he started on it and had a few questions on what I wanted done - he was really polite. Day 27, I have a missed phone call from the owner. So I call back thinking that the turntable is done, the owner answered and then hung up on me. On day 33 the turntable was finally fixed. I actually ended up taking it somewhere else afterwords who actually took it completely apart and fixed it entirely rather than just giving it some lubrication.The price was reasonable and fair, but the customer service was terrible. Bottom line, the owner was extremely rude, did not keep his original timeline and he never called me to give me an update or to tell me that they were behind schedule (which I wouldve completely understood). With such terrible customer service, Ill take my business elsewhere. If your on the fence between Alltronix and some other guy, choose the other guy. It cant get much worse than this.

Alltronix is the best shop in town. Nestor has repaired everything from the electronic ignition on our backyard grill to fixing an auxiliary jack on our daughters car. The workmanship, price and service was second to none. Highly recommend this business!

I had a great experience here. Nestor was very thorough in diagnosing the multiple problems I was having with my car CD player. He tried different approaches until he solved them all. The price was fair and I would recommend trying this place when you have any electronics problems. He also had some very interesting refurbished units for sale- a jukebox, amps, tvs, radios etc.

Called regarding a very some repair, i was told i was speaking with the owner, he was very ignorant regarding a very simple matter. I asked if he could soldier in a micro usb port, instead of saying he could do it, proceeded to ask me if I needed to solder the memory board, this is a piece of diagnostic equipment and part of my business, i found they were quite incompetent and lacked knowledge. Furthermore his inability to comprehend English well caused a bigger problem that could have easily been solved with someone who could communicate better, due to the fact he couldnt understand he became rude and I became irritated. What an awesome job Nester did to fix my security cameras and DVR. All are working and in focus and on my I-Pad. He was so polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. My dryer circuit board shorted out and I was able to take it to Alltronix for a quick and affordable repair job while I waited! I put it back in my dryer and it is working great!

Friendly staff, but a bit slow service-wise. In any case, Ive had a few repairs done here and the repairs were always quick. The prices feel reasonable. $25 minimum charge.

Very professional and nice and fixed my huge LG tv in a week. Id highly recommend if you have a smart tv that zonks out (bc apparantly thats what they do after a few years) then call these guys!

I took my tv here back april/may. When i picked up the tv they said it was fixed paid $160. That night it was doing to same thing. They told me to record what it was doing so they could see, so I did. They told me i had 120 days and i took a couple weeks to get it back to them. They asked me to pick it up because they’ve had it on for 3 days and were not seeing the problem. I picked it up and got it home, had it on for less than 5 minutes before it started doing the same exact thing. They got $160 from me and I still have a broken tv.They were nice people though.UPDATE: It was under my mother in laws name, Lavita Logue

Listen, not only did they make my appt within a day or so from me calling, but they came to my home. Nester was very professional, knew what he was doing and topped it off with extreme courtesy and a smile! I had him back a second time to fix something I did wrong and again..... best service. Read the reviews online and thought these guys would be good place to bring my VCRs in to get repaired or replaced. Got sold a new VCR for $20 after paying $60 to get my other ones looked up, but it didnt even work after bringing it back and turns out it was broken (despite them telling me it worked perfectly). Got that one exchanged for a fourth one which apparently worked fine in the store, but as soon as I bring it home-it doesnt even turn on! And when I asked for my money back for one for the third VCR, they told me they didnt do refunds/returns!Bottom line, Ive spent so much time and money there that I shouldve just bought a new VCR off of Amazon. The fact the two VCRs they gave me didnt even work when I brought them home and the lack of refunds have left me incredibly unpleased and I do not recommend going to this place at all.

Ok, so I bought an older DLP because we are finishing our basement and didnt want to spend a bunch of money right now. Found a broken 73 DLP for $100. It needed a new chip. I replaced the chip ($150) and in the process something happened to the main board. I called Alltronix. He came out right away. Fixed everything in less than a day. For less than $400 I have a GREAT 73 TV. They are fantastic!!! Would use again in a heart beat!

Took my headphones in for repair, never got a quote or an estimated repair time like I said I would, had to take the headphones back in the same day I picked them up because they were not repaired correctly, within a week of picking them up the second time, they had already shorted out. Super disappointed about my favorite pair of headphones.I received a call from the owner about the review that I gave. Since I was asleep, he left a voicemail that I was unable to hear because my headphones are still broken.

Had my tv repaired here. They fixed it in 13 minutes. Heres the thing, I had the tv already torn apart, he made 2 solders, and then I put it back in my car. How much did it cost for those 13 minutes when I did all the work? $40. Not worth your money unless youre loaded or desperate.
