Always have all the blockbusters. One of the best theaters in Lincoln.

A great skittle machine, they serve beer at cinemas in the mid-west and really inexpensive ticket prices with weekday promos - $5 Tuesday and Thursday tickets!

This is apparently the black sheep of the Marcus Chain in Lincoln, the only one without reserved seating and dreamlounger chairs.Still, it has been upgraded to nice chairs that rock and is a very clean and oft well-attended venue.The rotation of films features some popular choices, just not the Biggies.I realize there are many communities that would love to have a theater this nice.Just waiting on the upgrades to reserved seating in recliners.

The service is always great and the people are friendly. Its also the only bargain theater in town! Ask for Eric and hell talk movies; ask for Tina and shell talk the movie theaters in town. Its one of my favorite places to go!

I have to say not my favorite movie theater. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food prices are outrageous!!! For a large popcorn and 2 large drinks price I can by my family of 4 lunch!! The staff though was very friendly and that was a huge plus!!!!

Standard movie theater. Employees are friendly & facility is generally pretty clean. Food/snacks are expensive but on par with every other theater. They allow you to bring in your own bottle of water, atleast nobody has stopped me & told me I couldnt. $5 Tuesdays is a great deal, just be sure to reserve a seat ahead of time.

This is a very good theater. No lounge seats which attract pajama wearing talkers. This is my new go to theater.

A nice theater. The food ordered is promptly served, and the staff know how to deal with crowds. Overall, a great theater. The only problem that I have with it, is that the seats arent the comfiest. Therefore, if you have a bad back, you may want to go to a different theater.

Overall, we had a good time! Friendly people, good seating, not crowded, parking was easy.

They dont have the recliner seats here but, come on, how do you eat popcorn fully reclined‽ Its completely awkward! The seats here are the regular, normal seats. Plus its not weird sitting next to strangers, rather than sharing a couples seat. And this theater has the cheapest ticket prices at any local Marcus Theatre.

It seemed low budget atmosphere. The seats 6.5s. I the seats at the Grand & East Park Plaza 10s.. If I pre ordered my movies tickets online I should be able to walk past ticketers & get mine. I shouldnt have to waiting in line with ticketers waiting to purchasing tickets. Edgewood U have to wait with others who are waiting to purchase. Thats bs.

I love this theater! It hasnt had the upgrade to the lounge chairs so you can still rock in your seat. You dont have to go online to get a good seat. You can just just show up and buy your ticket and find a seat. The staff was very polite and the theater was clean. Cant wait to go again.

No problem with this one, 5 stars is impossible for any movie theatres so 4 stars is the ceiling.

This is a great little theater and its close to home. With 5$ Tuesdays you know what night I go. The place is always clean and the people are friendly. While the seats are not the most up to date recliners, they are kept clean and are comfortable.

Have a Skittles machine to left of theaters 1 2 and 3. U walk in pick your seats go to right and get pop corn and candy if u want.then go to your theater and watch your movie. The sings behind ticket place is very helpful.

Its definitely not a bad place. Its almost like a fine fast food restaurant in my mind; they get you to where you want to go, the food isnt half bad, and the scenery is what it is. The prices are pretty fair, especially on Tuesdays, when the price of admission is only $5. Here, they offer the occasional special events, like an upcoming Kids Dream Summer Film Series, when they will feature many kids favorites, some of which can also quite enjoyable for adults, too.Which is to say... the place is fine, but the movies, as always, are great.

The company is awful, but the employees here are super nice. The building is kept up the best it can be with it being so old and the discount theater.

I really enjoyed this movie theater with the great price of $4 for an adult most new movies I mean dont expect a lot for $4 but it wasnt really all that bad it wasnt like a dollar movie theater with trash everywhere or anything like that I really enjoyed the Spider-Man movie I seen here

Easy access from HWY 2, friendly staff

Its ok, I felt they keep the place a bit on the warm side. Even on a hot day outside.

Went for early matinee, nice people,very clean restrooms and community areas that time of day. Snacks a little pricey, to be expected. Overall it was a good time.

The overall set up could use an update. The seating wasnt very comfortable, and the musty smell of the screening room was pretty bad. Didnt even smell of popped corn in the entire theater. The screen size and sound were decent. Would recommend going to different theater if possible.

I like this little theater. It is reasonably priced and has great membership discounts. It is small and can be a little dirty at times, but the staff are always very friendly and the screens and theaters are in good condition. I especially love their $5 Tuesday deals with free popcorn. It makes for a great date night with my wife.

The prices at the concession stands are outrageous a small pop and small popcorn $12.50. Now come on there isnt even ten cents of popcorn in that little bag. I will not go back

You know why I love Edgewood Cinema? Ive gone there forever, feels like home. Its not remodeled, which makes people not want to go. Because of this they dont make as much money, and they cant remodel. You know what though? I dont want them to remodel because if they do it becomes way more expensive and Im poor. I dont care if its comfy I just want to watch a new movie with popcorn and a soda and my family and friends. Sure theres some staff thats gonna be rude, thats life though...gotta learn how to deal with those people someday, I know Edgewood cinema has taught me at least that. And that you have to be with an adult thats 21 years or older if you want to watch a rated R movie. And that you have to be 17 to do so by yourself. Hope this helped? Hope you guys like it there too, we all know that you guys had to deal with uncomfortable seats at one point in time, all of the Marcus Theaters had them....just this time its $5-7 per ticket...just sayin.

Super odd customer service. The seats are not upgraded. Cant think of the last time I went to a theater and didnt have a plush seat. I went to get my 71 year old dad a beer half way through and they wouldnt let me buy it without his ID. They told me all the needed was his ID. I came back with it then they said he had to come too. I ended up not purchasing it at all. Nobody was at this theater on a thur night at 6:45 or when we left. 5 employees standing at the front all staring at us like we did something wrong. They also make you print out your pre purchased tickets at the register which no other theater does. They just scan your phone. Makes no sense and a waste of paper. Someone came and accosted me at the concession stand bc I hadnt had my ticket printed. Thats how NOT busy the employees were.

Prices at edge wood were very reason able. The movie i saw was very good.

I love this theatre. The most expensive showtimes are only $7.50. Sure you dont have dreamloungers or all the food and alcohol choices, but at the end of the day you go to a theatre to see a movie, and this theatre gets it done. They have plenty of food choices and serve select beers in the tallboy format, I usually get a couple of those, lol. Also, its rarely busy so its good for avoiding big crowds. I hope this theatre never changes, but I doubt that, so I go every chance I get, you should too. Have fun!

We LOVE this theater!!! It is close with front door parking, clean andthe staff is so friendly and helpful. The seats are comfortableand it is not crowded or noisy. Really Like the stadium seating and$5 Tuesdays and Senior pricing. Please dont change a thing!!

Staff was very friendly, great prices during matinee, seats were typical non reclining theater seats with cup holders. Theater was clean, sound quality was good. Concession was typically priced but did offer many options. Over all really great movie experience, Id recommend this theater.

I have been to most of the theater locations here in town, but this one is closest to my home. It is clean and well run. Employees are friendly and smiling. I have had a great experience every time I go here. Cant wait until they upgrade to dream lounger like some of the others. They offer a discounted price on Tuesdays movies. Consessions are always a wallet buster, but the food and drink is always good despite that. Movie prices are always affordable. 2 THUMBS UP.

Its an easy bike ride. Facility is always clean. Lots of free parking. Plenty of places to shop or eat. Seating is still outdated.

This is the theater I go to the most in Lincoln, because it has the best prices. I dont like paying extra for bigger screens, louder speakers, and fancy seats. I dont need any of that, I just want a clean and reasonably comfortable theater to watch movies in. And this place has that. I did take off a star because the aesthetic is a little dated (it screams late 80s/early 90s to me), and because in one of the screening rooms there was an actual cricket doing its thing during like a whole movie, which can be a little annoying. I like crickets when theyre outside, but not when theyre in a theater with me.I would also like it if they added a cafe to their concessions area, for pastries and coffee beverages. I like to go in the mornings and dont want popcorn and fountain drinks then. I would totally buy a scone and macchiato though.

We sat in the stadium seats at the Edgewood theatre and was comfortable. Well worth the price difference of the dream lingers. Would definitely do it again.

I love the seats here and we try to go here to see mainstream movies. Otherwise we will be found at the Ross. I am constantly appalled by the concession stand prices at Marcus theaters. Seriously, it is obscene.

Stadium seating is just better than the recliners at other locations, and the price is better, too.

Nice theater for its age and very clean. They could use a little stream lining at the snack bar. the items they offer seem to really slow things down and are prepared to order. they need to either add staff or figure out a better way to prep items for serving. Overall, good experience though.

Go watch a movie, youll really enjoy it. There are plenty of options to choose from. Do you like action movies? They got you covered. Are you into romance? Films tell excellent love stories. Would your children like to watch an animated film? You bet! Dont forget get to stop by the concession stand for snacks and a drink.

As a senior citizen Marcus used to have great rates. There used to be a $5 fee for a movie for the young at heart on Fridays. We understood that the price went up to $6 this year. We went to a movie a week ago and found out that if the movie we wanted to see was on a super screen they charged $2.50 extra per ticket (whether we cared about the size of the screen or not). So, for a mid-afternoon movie, we paid (instead of $10 for 2 people like it used to be or even $12 for 2 people) $17! Rethinking if the theater is worth it. They installed these lounge chairs that dont work for me either. Marcus theater star level is dropping.

Just wish it was faster to get concessions. Otherwise, is fine.
