We had my 3 year old’s birthday party at Pioneer Gymnastics yesterday and everyone had so much fun!! I would definitely recommend it. The facility was clean and we had it all to ourselves so it was easy to follow covid guidelines and spread out while wearing masks. The party host was kind, patient and energetic. Thank you Pioneer for a fabulous party!!

Best.coaches and program ever. My kid was in the competitive team and I will never forget how coach Richard is strict on the practice, organized, professional and wont tolerate athletes wondering around, but at the same time take care of them like his own kids. I feel so lucky to be with them for two years. I just moved to Portland and here things are not nearly close. In Pioneer we sometimes have 3 coaches with 5 to 6 atheletes; here you only have one coach with about 10 athletes. Twice the workout time, twice the expense, but I doubt if they can get half the attention they get in Pioneer. I now truely realize how Pioneer strives hard to make the most efficient practice and thereby have the kids being able to have a life outside gymnastics!

I had my daughters 7th birthday party here and we all had a blast. There was so many fun activities for the kids, they played for an hour straight and worked up an appetite by the time we got the food. The staff was helpful in helping me prepare for her party, answered all of my questions and worked with my schedule. I was so appreciative that they cared enough to help me give my daughter a great birthday party. She loved it so much I’ll be signing her up for classes! I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

Pioneer gymnastics is the best gymnastics facility ever. They focus on all of the gymnasts and want them to all do their best. All of the people there are really supportive. If you want to go to a gymnastics place in Nebraska go to Pioneer Gymnastics Academy!!

Outstanding gymnastics program! Our oldest daughter took gymnastics from Pioneer for several years, and our 2nd daughter just started. I like how they run their business. Honest, professional, and personable!

Gymnastics is a sport which requires a huge investment of time and energy and a huge financial investment. More often than not, coaches and owners receive a small financial return for the 7 days a week 52 weeks a year that they dedicate to their students. Gymnastics is a sport that has a larger overhead than any other sport! And the more students in a gym, the larger the overhead. I cant speak for Pioneer Gymnastics concerning the above of course, but I do know they have an awesome program, excellent coaches who care about their students above all else. If I had children and lived near Lincoln, this gym is where I would send my children!!!

My kiddos love doing gymnastics here, and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. The owner and staff are wonderful and so good with kiddos of all abilities. Only criticism is that the waiting areas could be larger...it gets crowded during busy times.

As the owner of Pioneer Gymnastics Academy and would like to reply to a post by Cody. This person was politely asked to step outside with one of my coaches to discuss the concern of several parents as well as myself. This discussion was done privately away from the other parents that were in the gym at the time. The bumper stickers in question had the words Got Porn on them and were depictions of stick figures in graphic sexual positions that we felt were in-appropriate to be seen by our young students.I will never apologize for being a Christian however this issue had nothing to do with his nor my religious views. My only concern was and always will be the safety and well being of the children in my gym. I felt that the images on his car were completely in-appropriate and un-healthy to be seen by children.

The instructors and parents alike have a tendency to be rude. If your not an upper class conservative dont bother attending. Was told to park in the back row due to complaints about my bumper stickers(private property, I know but Im a non-believer who finds the Christian fish symbol an eye sore and yet those parents didnt have to change there parking spots when I brought this up). Its very hot inside during the summer. Always crammed, like going to a concert. With those annual increases in cost(while we attended for 2 years), makes a person wonder why they havent made more room for comfortable seating both upstairs and down.

I once came here to see my two grandchildren(age 3-5)do a gymnastics class and I was a bit surprised. They do love the class but the facility is a bit small for my taste. I like how the waiting room area can be seen upstairs so no distraction but the entry is so small and they still have chairs that crowd up the entry right there. When I went there, it seemed a bit crowded and smelly for me. From what Ive heard about it, I thought it would be big and nice and open but I guess not. This is not the place for me.

My kids have been going here for years. I have 4 total and what is nice is how the schedule is set to allow me to drop off 3 of them in 3 separate classes at the same time. I can watch all of them from one location.I highly recommend this for busy families!

This weekend my grandchild had a recital here. The owners did a nice job with the recital. He used a microphone, which was helpful as I am hard of hearing. And they had nice music playing and it wasnt overly loud. Good background noise and the kids liked it. Every child that attended received an award and was treated like they won a gold medal which was lovely and my grandkids loved it! Their smiles after the recital showing me the metal is extremely priceless. Here is why only three stars. The seating was terrible. Not a good seat in the house so I missed most of his routine. (I drove 45 minutes to attend) The parking lot was terrible to get in and out of. Not nearly enough parking stalls for everyone that attended. And the stalls they did have were small and crowded. I was quite surprised at how outdated the facility is. And both myself and my daughter thought the gym had a nursing home smell. Not pleasant. I was glad to get outside in the fresh air. And we heard several other attendees making comments about both the terrible view from the seating and the gentleman next to me said the place hasnt been updated since 1970. And we overheard another couple talking that they wish the owners put money back into the business by either updating this facility or building new. I could see from the recital that the owner (im assuming the gentleman with the microphone was the owner) does have a passion for making the kids smile and enjoy gymnastics. I just wished my grand kids were going somewhere that didnt smell and look so outdated. Especially with the price my daughter said she pays each month. To recap: the recital and the treatment of the kids would be 5 stars. The building and the up keep and the smell of the building is why I only gave 3 stars. Hopefully they plan to remodel soon and if they do, I will be back to give it 5 stars over and over again.
