Absolutely oozes hipster, so if youre into overpriced coffee, Eddison light bulbs, and and Instagramable scene then I absolutely would reccomend. The barista was such a fun guy to talk to.

My son lives at this place most days. From the time he was old enough to skate to now that he’s 18 he’s grown up there. It’s a great place they have contests, and bring in food for the kiddos on special days. And Skate for Change is something they do as well.

Great place for kids to hang out instead of getting into trouble. Very cool, very affordable skate park with rentals for those traveling without their equipment like myself. Also special deals for at risk youth! Very tasty coffee, and I am quite picky being from the Seattle area. Excellent staff that was very friendly and helpful. I didnt get to experience any live music, but the fact that they have it definitely adds to the beauty of this place. Also they have Wi-Fi and good seating, with people gaming on laptops and hanging out. The aesthetics of the entire place is awesome. Did I mention that they have a skate shop adjacent to the spot? There needs to be more places like this everywhere in my opinion.

Quaint Coffee Bar and music venue with a skate park attached. Came down from Omaha for Andrea Von Kampen and had one of the best drip coffees I’ve ever had! Sound system was perfect for the small venue. Just a few blocks away from the UNL dorms. Imagine they’ll do well in that location.

Excellent place of challenge, exercise, and social interaction. The lessons are very reasonable and a good experience. The open skating is rather exciting.

One of the best places to skate, drink coffee, and meet creative people. Sat nicely to the University of Nebraska-Lincolns campus, and just a shot away from downtown. Grab some coffee, skate the ramps, skate downtown and come back visit the skateboard shop which is also located in the same building as the Bay, Precision Skateboards. A lot to do here for skateboarders and the community, and in a sense a place to be for Midwest skateboarding.

Great coffee shop with a fun work space. Theres also a really cool indoor skate park and great indoor venue. Even if you dont skate, stick around to watch skaters of all ages practice their craft. The Bay is part of a wonderful, community focused nonprofit organization that provides promotes music, art, and other entertainment and workshops to all of Nebraska, as well as safe, creative outlets for children. This is a true gem in Lincoln.

Awesome place, I had never been there I accidentally went on the wrong Thursday for the food pantry. I apologized and was getting ready to leave when they went out there way and got a few bags of food for me anyway. Then gave me a tour of the facility, hands down the nicest place Ive ever been in for are local youth. Music, Art, Coffee and Skate Boarding and a friendly staff. YOU GUYS ROCK !!!

We love The Bay! Staff was very friendly and my two boys had a blast on their scooters. The hours were a little frustrating being as we came from out of town much earlier in the day but it was worth the wait. The coffee was outstanding! The Barista was shy and timid but the latte she made was one of the best!

Amazing place! Great coffee shop, awesome little skate park and Precision Skateboards for gear is attached. Amazing staff. If you have young kids or your older and want to try skateboarding, skate school at the Bay is the place to go. Check it all out! Its 100% worth it.

I was at the Love the Locals event, it was outstanding. Great people and great vendors. Ill be looking forward to the next one.

Amazing place. Never seen anything like it

I was traveling to Lincoln from Omaha to work for the day and the place I had planned to pump breastmilk for my 3-month-old baby fell through. I asked the barista, rather sheepishly, if they had a place I could use for a few minutes. He jumped into action and the whole team evacuated their office for me and didnt seem remotely phased by the request. The tea I had was delicious. The space was beautiful. But their approachability and kindness made a lasting impression. This is now my go-to coffee spot in Lincoln.

Fast service with unique coffee experience. Lots of tables and chairs with tons of outlets. They also have separate conference room that can be closed off. Staff is friendly. There is a skate park inside.

Great place with a great mission

First time here and it was very enjoyable. Great atmosphere and coffee!

While the park isnt that big (in terms of the size of the equipment) with everything being small to medium in size, it is still very usable by all levels. Beginners will find that not too many things are intimidating, intermediates will find themselves right at home, and advanced will find cool lines and angles to do cool stuff.All in all, a good, well though out park with friendly staff that is doing a lot of good in the community though programs ran from the building!

Been once so far, got a special coffee that was a bit pricey but good. Dont mind paying extra since this place is non profit and gives back to the community.

Positive safe environment for kids caring staff ive seen so much progress physically and with esteem since weve had classes!

A true community center that caters not only to kids that skateboard but kids who feel like outcasts. Dont know too much about their charity work and after school workshops but the coffee is pretty good. Good lighting and vibes to read a book or just browse the internet while your maintance guy is at your house.Get the cold brew, always a great indicator of how much they care about their coffee.
