They rig the gaming machines in the entryway. They never pay out! Ive played alot and have won elsewhere several times. Its not simply bad-or should I say wicked- luck! Booze and smokes are cheap. Staff is cool. Owner is cool too but her bottom line always comes first and when you own a small neighborhood business that can deter customers who expect a little something for their loyalty....I used to win. Many did. Now they/we dont. Please dont claim it is a game of skill, as we all know it is gambling local legislation hasnt caught up with. To think the establishment isnt capable of tweaking the odds of payout is just as ludicrous as calling them a game if skill. Nobody plays there anymore, Missy! Its obvious! What does your greed get you? I hope its worth it in the end.

Place is terrible. They sold me a broken can of fuel to refill my torch. Then said oh well if you brought it back the first day you bought it, we coulda did something, but now we cant..... terrible service. You can tell they are losing money and it shows by how they treat customers. Never going back there. And its funny because their employees sell so many drugs and I know it personally so maybe next time theyll treat me better. All good. I reccomend 0 people shop her . You wont get anything worth youre money unless you looking to buy weed LOL

If I could give zero stars I would.Poor ownership and management. Owner and managers go online and spew obscenities and false information. Very unprofessional to see an owner go after ex-employees for rightfully sharing their employment experience. I have heard they treat their customers just as poorly as their employees which is so sad. This place needs to go through an ownership and management makeover.

They have a decent selection of products but they are absolutely price gouging you! These guys sold me a vaporizer for $115. I trusted what they were telling me was true and the product I was buying was extremely high quality. After buying it and doing some research on its functions, everywhere else sells the exact same vaporizer for $35-40. I will never spend another dime at this place with the owners being that greedy. I get a markup to make money but there’s definitely a line you cross when it’s just taking advantage of customer knowledge or lack there of.

In the past that bought beer and smokes here for pretty cheap. On this one occasion I went in for a silicone piece that was very high-priced but the store was in my neighborhood so I purchased it. After I got in my car I had buyers remorse and ended up buying the same for $40 cheaper somewhere else. Needless to say I tried to return the high-priced one..the sales clerk rudely lnformed me that they had signs everywhere that said that they had no refund and no exchange policy. Not one point during my purchase did I see a sign or was I advised that they did not accept returns, nor did the receipt state the policy (I checked before my second purchase at the other store). It was 30 minutes between purchases. They will not see another dollar from me and I will tell everyone that I know about my experience.

Walked in to buy beer and on the way to the cooler this punk behind the counter with his attitude told me he has to scan my ID even if Im just browsing, wasnt in the store even 5 minutes, I told him Im buying beer not browsing. There was actually other customers in there browsing the non beer items, he never once said anything to them. Yeah I have long hair and a beard but I wont stand for a disrespectful punk to stereotype me like that. I have bought from this store several times, not again.

Bought a blowtorch from here that exploded the next day, if you care about your safety dont buy any of the torches they sell.

Got a rig and it broke not even a week of having it and in 2 different places treated it with care and all I did was pick it up. Spend over $200 for it to last a week.

I was stopping through from out of town and running out of juice .If you vape, dont get juice from here. Not sure what vg/pg ratio is but juice is thin and tastes like cough syrup. Now I need to stop somewhere else for juice that will have better favor.

I would rather stop smoking than walk into this store again! They raised the price on the particular items I buy, but never changed the sign. When called out on it they wouldnt make it right. That was 2 days ago, I called today and they wouldnt take a complaint over the phone at first. The first employee was rude but figured the manager would actually be apologetic for the incident. I figured wrong! She was just as rude! I will never step foot in this place again.I must thank them though, you guys are going to save me a ton of money by ordering my stuff overseas now.Update: Response to the owner... the night before when I came in the price was different from what you saw when I called. Maybe check your cameras and watch your employees change the price after they were called out on it. You ask what you could have done, honor the price that was listed when I came in the store. Taking a small cut one time and keeping the customer coming back at the higher rate after that would have been much more profitable for you in the long run.Like I said though, your saving me a ton of money, so thank you.

I have been into Wicked Smoke SEVERAL times, I have never had any issues with the service at all, As for the comment about the ID thing, Do you know how many people come in that store a day?? It is not the employees job to remember every person that comes in no matter how often you are in there. Also the front of the store there is a sign and another when you walk in that says WE CARD EVERY TIME! So it is not their fault that you forgot your ID. I think the customer service is great, the people that work there i feel are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I think Wicked Smoke is not just a hole in the wall Smoke shop, it is a classy shop where you can find almost anything you need at very low prices. I will continue to give them my business.

Wicked smoke requires your ID to be scanned to enter. Dont willing hand over your right to shop and purchase anonymously, there are plenty of other places in Lincoln that dont REQUIRE your identification card to be scanned. What is the purpose of documenting your visit on a computer database???

Never again. Been there about 20 times and maybe once had good customer service. They dont greet you, dont thank you, and act like youre putting them out while tending to you. Terrible.
