The lady was an old gal, she was exceptionally rude! She yelled at us for multiple things. My friend recieved a phone call while in the store and the chick behind the counter kicked us out because she answered the call. I dont know what of business has someone working who snaps at there customers. But I refer so many customers to that store. That was the first time I took my girlfriends in that store. Not anymore. Never again. Everything is too overpriced. Go to Spencers. Better customer service. Also there isnt an old snappy b%$#* at Spencers.

Upon entering the location this particular time I was idd for the first time ever Im 37 years old and have probably use my 10% military discount there in the past spent hundreds of dollars, but apparently its company policy all of a sudden to ID all people who walk in even if the gray in their beard is clearly showing. Though I was just there to look for a gift for someone else in the future Ill stick to online shopping or something you have completely lost my business at least at that location because this is never been a problem before not even at that location I think its more of a employee policy than a company one because previous employees have had common sense.

I went in there today for a basic bullet. Traveling and forgot to pack for myself. Went in there and everything was dated, old and outrageously expensive. The woman didnt seem to care that I was even there. I asked about the prices being over priced and she got an attitude. Hell before that she seemed to have an attitude when I asked her a question on the wevibe that is only $199.99 that I got from We Vibe themselves... theirs is almost $500... or the cal exotics G-kiss that is at most 19.99, their price was 53.99!!! Their old and not body safe toys should be checked. I do not recommend this place. First time toy owners will be sold bad products that are grossly over priced.

Extremely overpriced like all the other reviews are saying. Also very dirty...water damage thats visible, etc. I wouldnt feel comfortable bringing my girlfriend in there.

Not my favorite place. They mostly cater towards lingerie and videos. Staff is friendly though. Just not a big selection and they have very steep prices.

EXTREMELY overpriced. Selling We-Vibe Syncs for $497 when they should be $200. Plus many other toys priced way above retail value. Consumers beware.
