Litterally the nicest playground in the AV. I was surprised how nice the park was. Tons to do for the kids nice to run around. Biggest slides Ive ever seen in a public park also

Park is nice with a playground for the kids and baseball diamonds. Problem is the folks that visit here. No one picks up their trash which is a shame. Unfortunatley some people do not care about cleaning up their own mess. Can have a rough crowd at times with pitbulls waking around.

Nice big park. Beautiful view. slides & more, even has a water fountain for kids to play in. Big place to play soccer, football, skate around. Etc...

First of all the children always have a great time. We feel comfortable sitting, walking etc at the park its peaceful and enjoyable and friendly no one gets in your space.

While there are many positives about this park, such as the BBQ pits, the splash pad, the really tall slides, there are some downsides as well. I wasnt too fond of the Flies, but I guess thats only natural with an area that has water. I wasnt too fond of the smell from the recycled rubber ground in the play area. While I admire the use of recycled rubber, in the blistering heat, the smell can be too much for some. I wish there was a shaded area that people can sit under near where their kids are playing instead of hanging out in the heat. Overall, this is a decent Park.

Quite park, very relaxing. only two problems is more shade for the sunny days and restroom needs TLC. so i pray i dont have to go......

Is a park mixed with a mini water park which is a match made in heaven for children, I suggest you bring some extra clothes to get wet in Summer!

Love to go walking here and even better they have little work out stations set up so you can work out while youre there too. Plus they have a splash pad set up during the summer for the kiddos, my granddaughter always has a blast at the splash pad. The playground equipment is nice and safe and the kids have a variety of playground equipment to choose from.

Really nice park. Has a lot for everyone to do : lots of shade, greens, kids area, work out equipment, etc. Love that place.

Great park. Lots of shade. Clean and safe play equipment for kids. And even a spray waterpark for the kids to cool off when the temperature is really hot.

BIG SLIDE PARK is what my kids call this place. We love the water feature during warmer days. Soccer here too. Big space, rolling hills and open, big trees.

Its a beautiful park and nice for the family, but the only thing I dont like about it is parties with inappropriate loud music.

This is a nice park. Its big and has a lot of playable areas for different age ranges of kids. There is also a splash area which comes in handy during the hot summer months. There are fields and courts to play any sport. It is a larger park and there was a bit of trash in the playground areas so it might be hard for it to be kept up.

Its a clean park and my kids love it there.

A really nice peaceful park at the edge of town.

Nice place for the FAMILY, CLEAN lush green grass, the play area for the kids was nice along with the water feature. Parking was close to the park, it also has plenty of shaded areas. We enjoyed ourselves.

Pretty good park, lots of greenery and plenty of room to roam around. A definite perk is the water play during summertime.

My daughters love the slides there a lot of room to play and they even have a water space for them to play. good for walking your dogs or just play any sports

Fun place with a splash pad thing going on. Love the playgrounds here plus the shade. My kids love it a lot more though

Its actually a nice big park but the people at times are too much and questionable. Its not nice having to hear racial slurs about mexican children from a grown woman in front of all the kids. My kids are half mexican half filipino so needless to say we got out of there before it got ugly.

Fun place to take the kids. Especially in the summer. They have a water park. Kids enjoy it. Great space to play sport or even take a nice walk

Great space for family friendly fun. Im not sure why they turn the splash pad off at 2 PM in the afternoon when its the warmest part of the day. That makes no sense considering some parents are just getting off work in the afternoon and want to take their kids out.

An excellent Park which has not yet been ruined by hoodlums. Tierra Bonita is a well-kept secret of a park. If you were looking for privacy and space this is the place to go. I have never seen more than a few people at any given time.Located on the outskirts of Eastern Lancaster, this spacious Park is a nice place for privacy. One can barbecue here and have a nice family outing without being disturbed, by the inner city problems inherent within other parks located in Lancaster.Theres a nice playground for children, with an amazing 3-story tubular slide. What I would do to give a kid again. 3 softball fields well-groomed, and I have yet to see any softball games here at this park. If you have baseball playing children or teenagers for young adults this is an excellent park to play over the line, without worrying about hitting a baseball into a house or residential truck

Nice park especially when really hot. Has a water play area with cool fountains to stay comfortable in hot weather. Large grassy areas for all types of activities.

This is a pretty cool little water park for the kids they enjoy it without having to spend money.

This part is really nice, well maintained, cute little water park like for kids, cool play ground for large and small kids, could use more sitting arounds through out the park, and more trash cans through out the park

My kids love this place. Its like your own free water park! The kids can swing and play to dry off then all of you can go for a nature walk with the dog in the beautiful green grass. This is the best park in Lancaster

Park is well maintained, and the playgrounds are large as well as the field space but the restrooms could use some revamping

We should have a water park in Sunland for the kids to enjoy the Water Park.

Its a nice, clean park. I take my daughter here, her and her friends love the playground equipment, I like it for the work out equipment along the walk way...

LOVE IT.Come here all the time, its so peaceful and spaced out. The Best park out here best play equitment the kids love it especially summer time the kids can get wet under neath the sprayers. Lots of shade to lay under. FIRE station directly in back .

The only problem of course is the restrooms needs to be cleaned but other wise this park is a great place for family and friends to meet up at and have a good day

Good plce to work out. Nice fields for football, baseball, and soccer. (Only wish there were a basketball court..) Great for adults and kids of all ages.

It was a beautiful place I had a lovely time.

Last time we were here we decided to leave early our son couldnt really enjoy himself I was shocked it looked like some one had purposely laid glass at the bottom of the slide area and around the stairs I was spending most of my time picking up large shards if glass while my child and another small child were running around rather then enjoying playing with my child so I gave up warned other parents and we left

Water park kids had so much fun

Water play place for kids, loads of picnic places, exercise equipment and baseball fields. Only drawback is typical public bathrooms that are not in the best conditions.

Very nice park, one exception, multiple dogs off leash. People are quick to say their dog does not bite. If it has teeth it bites, it is your animal I dont have to like your animal.
