Perfectly preserved bridge and bypassed now for a few years to keep it that way. The setting is amazing! A must see for history and nature lovers! The bridge and adjacent Rock Mill, which has also been lovingly restored, are easily accessible from a park on the southern side or from a few roadside parking spaces on the northern side.
Fun drive to the bridge. Even though we didnt try it there is a micro brewery and barbeque on site.
Love this amazing place- beautiful
Really beautiful place. Cool history. We went when it was closed so didnt get to see the inside but were going back. It peaked my interest
A nice piece of history
Nice tour open on weekends knowledgeable guides onsite on weekends for the mill and they said they grind corn last Sunday of the month
Little piece of history nestled in the country side. Can walk around when its dry, worth a quick stop if youre in the area.
Was under construction when we was there , was looking great
Fall is the most beautiful time to visit.
Really cool piece of history. Weekends the grinding wheel is in operation. Also a covered bridge. A must see
More than just a covered bridge.
Its a neat place to visit on a weekend or anyday thats nice out
Great place for pics .Love it.
Another great spot for photographers!
Neat historic attraction.
This out-of-the way area is worth a bit of extra driving. The mill itself has been lovingly restored, with a giant mill wheel. To get to it, you walk across a particularly excellent example of an Ohio covered bridge—over a beautiful gorge—and if you proceed down a path from the mill, youll come to one of the nicest waterfalls in the central Ohio area, which will strike you as a bit of the Hocking Hills, only a lot closer than you might have expected.
Nice place to learn about the history of the mill
Beautiful
Very peaceful place. The restoration of the mill building is amazing.
Wonderful place to stop and learn about how things we ground back in the 1800s. Able to see all the upper floors and learn about the history of the Mill
Great and historic
A hidden gem in Fairfield county ! See my YouTube channel for a brief video of the mill in action. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the park is very very small and there is very limited parking
This place is so awesome looking
Ive lived in the area for 8 years an never knew this existed. The mill will be functioning this September and I believe there will be a small museum as well along with the covered bridge. They need some parking.
Small spot with old mill. Short walk down to waters edge. Bridge is foot only.
Beautiful place to walk and have a picnic.
Nice
Sad to see it not used anymore, great rebuild. Waited 16 years to see it again.
Love
It was ok
Pretty!
