I wanted to get away to celebrate my birthday. We booked three nights and extended an additional night. We stayed in the studio king villa and we brought our Corgi, who loved it just as much as we did. The Villa was beautiful. However May I suggest a walk through before renting the room. The closet door was off it’s hinge thank goodness it did not fall on me. You can tell the room was vacant for sometime, because there was a little dust on the furniture no biggie but something to keep in mind when renting vacant rooms. I also extended my check out to 12 and was hoping to check out at 1pm, but when I contacted the front desk Nick said he would be able to accommodate the extra hour for an additional fee and put the room out of service. I declined that offer after all I paid for an additional night and did not feel it was appropriate to pay more just because I wanted to check out at 1pm. This is my feedback but loved the place itself. We plan to come back again.

This place way exceeded my expectations. I didnt want too leave lol. I will definitely be booking a longggg stay next summer. They have everything you need and the staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Anything I needed or asked for was brought in a timely fashion.

Very friendly staff, immaculately clean throughout, beautiful villa we stayed in with more space than I expected. Indoor pool area was beautiful and clean. Very nice workout room w new equipment.

This was a great getaway. The staff are very attentive and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you happy in all areas. I really enjoyed my visit and plan to return. The manager Nick and associate Kenya far exceeded my expectations. The Eden Resort is impeccably clean. Superbly decorated and offers first class customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and updated. He room was very nicely kept and clean. The front desk staff was nice. The price for a suite was great and room was very spacious. I was a little disappointed because I purchased a balcony room but being on the first floor, there is no balcony. It was just a sliding door with some chairs and it wasn’t closed off by a gate so I didn’t feel safe with my kids at night. Also it was raining and the deck from above was open and the chairs were wet.

This is a beautiful hotel that has in and outdoor pools. We have stayed numerous times and loved it. We had a little glitch with Covid Pool Rules this time and the food in Arthur’s restaurant but overall it was a good clean place To stay and staff is very nice

A 4 star facility (with price tag to match);a 2 star experience. The name Eden Resort may conjure up images of peace, tranquility and relaxation, but thats not the reality here. Its a gorgeous place, nice pools and all, but its teeming with young families, i.e. kids, and where there are kids, there is chaos, especially when parents who wont parent allow them to do as they wish. Dont expect to go for a relaxing swim. Kids at the pools (and their parents) treat it as if theyre in their backyard pool, and theyre there from the time the pools open, until they close; Eden offers NO adult swim hours. If youre are the early to bed type, know that Edens quiet hours dont begin until 10pm, and kids running in the halls is always a possibility. It is what it is, but dont be fooled by the name.

This spot has been our family’s favorite getaway location for over a decade. I recently stayed at the Lancaster Marriott hotel, downtown, and was gravely disappointed in my service, perhaps because, although I am a professional, I was dressed casually, and was one of only a few people of color, on site. I’ll be staying at our family’s favorite Best Western Eden Resort, in the future.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. We take this family trip every year and we usually stay at another hotel in the area. This year we decided to spend the extra money and stay at Eden “resort”. We would have been better off paying less money at the regular hotel. We are paying full prices even though we don’t have access to half the amenities because of COVID. The manager Ahmed told us that they are short handed because they couldn’t get their employees to come back. The coffee machine in the room is probably 10 years old. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. There weren’t enough towels so we kept having to ask for more. When we brought up our problems to the manager he gave us some free breakfast coupons. Considering free breakfast is one of the amenities they advertise, I would this this was insulting. They also are allowing us to have a late check out. Like I said before. We would have been better off paying 100 a night at another hotel than paying 300 a night here and only getting half the benefits.

Eden Resort has been a family favorite destination for years until our most recent trip.We started off with a meal at Arthurs, which was great! Nothing to complain about with our meal. However, this is the extent of our positive experiences.The room was nice, but they could use better sound proofing. We were met with very loud and rambunctious children running through the halls late at night and no enforcement of quiet hours from the staff (although this should fall under common courtesy).We also experienced crowded pools and little-to-no enforcement of COVID-19 safety guidelines. The outdoor pool, although only by appointment, was overly crowded to the point where social distancing wasnt possible. Being a place where masks cant be worn, they need to do a better job of making sure people are behaving appropriately in the pools. Children were running (and even biking) around the pool deck; screaming; kicking and spitting on others; jumping and diving when there are rules that clearly state thats not allowed; and generally making the environment unenjoyable. Meanwhile, the parents were too drunk to care.In addition, the pool was not as clean as it normally is. The water was cloudy, filled with bugs, and even had a mask floating through it! Oh, and as a bonus, there were no pool towels for the majority of the day.We want to love this resort as it has so much to offer, but we wont be returning any time soon, and we would advise others to do the same.

Great place to stay! The indoor and outdoor pools are both super nice and the whirlpool inside is delightful. The rooms are very nice and you would never know that you are right off of a bust highway.

We had a great time as usual. The whirlpool wasnt working on the day we decided to use it but someone came out to try and fix the problem. Other than that, the people are super friendly, its clean, and so close to everything. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

Went there last week and we loved it. When my husband and i travel with our 3 boys (ages 9,6 and 14months old) we want always make sure to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We did. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. It sucks we had to make appointments for the pool but it was due to Covid. We are already planning another visit.

The resort is very nice. I’ve actually been going here for over 12 years and always been satisfied. However, I would recommend going some place else during Covid-19. The website isn’t transparent with certain things during the pandemic. They lay out the rules for the restaurants and recreational activities, but they aren’t transparent regarding certain room selections. We paid extra for the poolside room where typically there would be direct access to the indoor pool. The pool rooms aren’t spectacular and could definitely use updating, so selecting this particular room is strictly for convenience to the pool. However, we couldn’t open the door to access the pool from our room and was notified by the front desk that all poolside rooms are locked due to the pandemic, so they can monitor the traffic in/out of the pool. Understandable, but should be disclosed. I felt robbed of the extra money I paid. If this is the case, there should have been a highly visible disclaimer before paying an extra $30 per night for absolutely nothing when I’ve could’ve purchased a better looking room for cheaper. It’s a gimmick if you ask me. Also, the pool was not very clean and you couldn’t even smell an ounce of chlorine. The room felt very icky with bare minimum cleaning during a pandemic. The comforter in the room had black moldy looking spots. To top off the experience, the safety of the hotel decreased dramatically. They don’t require a room key to access the doors on the resort until like 10:30 pm, so kids from the neighborhood come on bikes to play basketball or hang around. Very shocked. I really can’t stand being critical especially since I’ve basically grew up going to this place and it’s like nostalgia for me, but it was a huge disappointment. Especially considering that I came here to add what I thought would’ve been a great experience to my YouTube Hotel Review channel. Such a waste of time and money.

We stayed 3 days. The suite was roomy and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fire place barely had a flame. When we went outside to enjoy the fire pit, because the hotel is situated next to a highway, the traffic passing by was so loud it was not relaxing. The balcony also had no chairs.

Had the privilege to stay 2 times at this beautiful resort. Both times I enjoy myself. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly. I truly felt like I was on vacation so close to home.

I really like this resort. The pet friendly accommodations are very nice. I have found the prices to be reasonable and the staff friendly.

Rooms were terrible with poor ventilation system (changed rooms 3 times but still not good). I had trouble sleeping because I didnt feel safe since all the floors had molding smell and cant even open the window. I only gave 2 stars because service was good and outdoor swimming pool was great. Dont recommend indoor pool as they were very dirty. I will never go back to this place.

The people are wonderful. Pool is gorgeous. The only thing Id change is the beds are too hard and the pillows too soft.

Ive been here twice in a row for a religious event (I have NOT stayed here, however).Conference rooms are snazzy, the facility is VERY clean, restrooms are high quality, and the dining is pretty good from what I remember.

This hotel is very clean and nice/elegant. However, if you have a very sensitive smell, stay away from the rooms facing the indoor swimming pool. The smell of chlorine and cleaners increase during the night since they are doing maintenance to the swimming pool, and I found myself feeling sick with the smell. Thankfully, next morning we asked for another room and they were very quick changing us to another room. For some reason we didnt have any garbage can in the first room (#340) but the next day, when we got a room in the second floor facing the events salon, we found more amenities: garbage can, two soap bars (instead of just one in the prior room).People at the front desk were exceptionally nice and professional. Kirsten texted us following up during our stay.

My husband and I stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed our time there. This place is absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is that we couldn’t really enjoy the pool time because there were too many kids in it so we only went in the hot tub for 15 minutes and left. I’m perfectly fine with the kids at the pool, but there should be a time frame where the kids are only allow until certain time and then the adults can go in and enjoy the pool as well at least the last two hours of the pool schedule.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, I think the suite was over priced.Beware; the walls are very thin as the guest across the hall were really loud and inconsiderate as they made noise all night.

Very Beautiful Hotel! Everything from the sanitary TV remotes to the very comfortable beds you can tell the staff really cares about the wellbeing of their customers. Pool and hot tub was always checked and cleaned every morning which I never saw with other hotels that I stayed at. Very convenient location to everything in the area from downtown Lancaster to Amish country. Highly recommend this place and my sister and I will be back with our families!!!

Great place to stay, I always stay here when I am in the area; however, this time was not as thrilling as my prior experiences. The room needed more attention, the mattress def needs replaced (very uncomfortable), I am used to Eden being a very clean place, but this time there was poor air quality in the room and a subtle unpleasant odor. I expected my villa to have a washer /dryer but it did not, and when I alerted the staff they wanted to charge me over double my rate to move to another villa that had one.... H to the NO.... Anyway, I have not given up on them completely... but Eden Resort, lets get it together folks.

I must say that this hotel is top notch amazing, comfortable, professional, clean (even the indoor & outdoor pools, kid section, golf, ping pong and other areas) and even though we are all dealing with this pandemic a lot of fun. I would like to share with you how ANITRIA and AHMED were very hospitable and professional with my family of 4 needs as well as our additional request to stay another day at the hotel. Usually hotel put a bandage to deal with an issue, ANITRIA dealt with it above and beyond. They truly represent the hotel very well and we are so glad from our arrival to stay in the Villas to our exit of the hotel they made our experience so rich that we will be back next year with additional family. “You don’t get a second chance on a first impression” and our first impression under such difficult times was blown away with amazement. Very kind, thorough and careful workers. EDEN Resort you are fortunate to have these individuals work there; they made our stay we say again well worth it. Thank you!!! And God bless you both and the rest of the staff.

Pricey, but beautiful! Such a fun place to come for the champagne brunch. The pools are nice too! Good memories made here, holds a special place in my heart. Also, Arthurs is SO good. The staff have always been so nice and helping to create a wonderful experience.

AWESOME WAY 2 STAY A NIGHT OR 3 SOOOOOOOO COMFORTABLE

Eden Resort was beyond our expectations! Decided to celebrate my mothers 90th birthday there with a few daughters/granddaughters. The staff was excellent in every way from check in until check out! Attentive, caring and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with all they had to offer. We will be back and we will pass the word that when traveling to Lancaster Eden Resort will not disappoint. Thank you each and everyone of you who helped makes my moms 90th birthday extra special.

Beautiful property, fabulous for events. Food was terrific, drinks were well made. Nice pool, employees were very helpful, and friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked with necessary items. Definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Aliyah at the front desk even texted to make sure we had everything we needed. They are really trying their best to keep everyone safe with these new norms. Got a great suite with lots of room and balcony. Kids loved it! Pool times need reservations because of social distancing practices which was much appreciated. Only thing that I would say is that other guest are not as respectful and really take advantage of the place. Pool drinks are great but not when you find them in the pool. Great stay overall.

Not sure if it was the time of year, but it was not as clean or as roomy as depicted in pictures, very outdated,website does NOT cleary advise the mandatory $250 hold (because of Covid-19 I was told) for nights stay., very disappointed by less than friendly staff (front desk). Not even a fresh hot cup of coffee for free...if this is a resort , then they should research the definition!

Beautiful resort. Very nice rooms. Lots to do in the area. We got a named suite which was gorgeous. $225 to $250 per night but worth it. Pool and spa area nice

This hotel was beautiful. We stayed here for a work function and the staff were all very pleasant. The villa was very nice and spacious although we were on the bottom level and I could very easily hear the floor upstairs everytime someone moved around. It did wake me up in the morning. There seems to be a lot of activities for the warmer months and I believe it would be a great place to stay with children.

This hotel is above excellent especially in this Covic19 time the team was amazing, honestly the whole reservation thing for the pool was well done (nothing can be perfect all the time:) but they nailed it . Wayne is my favorite guy there one of the kindest person you will ever meet he is a Five star class act. The staff is great an friendly. Cant wait to get back an enjoy my time there with my family. My husband and I have been coming here for years, we are locals. This is the first time ever I have been truly disgusted, first we were met with a $250.00 hold which was not explained prior to our reservations being made. After check in, we find out all use of amenities must be done so by appointment only which was also not explained and of course those time slots are all booked up which is a huge reason why we even booked here. We preordered dinner to our room at 6:20 for 7:45pm at 7:15 we called down asked if we could have it sent up early, it’s now 8:26pm and we still do not have our food and we called to inquire about it we were met with attitude. There are no cups in our room, and only 1 pillow, for a queen size bed, not even a sheet of paper to write on.... I will add this was supposed to be a get away for our anniversary night! Wow Eden! As I write this still waiting for our food! Not to mention the room for the night cost $ 177.00! The food we ordered cost, approx another $100.00! Disgusting!

We found ourselves contemplating calling out sick from work the next day just to spend another night here! Beds and furniture are very comfy, the room was spotless, staff was great! My only complaint would be that you could easily hear the hall noise in the room, we had a suite so it wasnt a big deal when it came time to sleep, but in a regular room I could see it being an issue. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean hotel. Nice amenities - indoor and outdoor pools, a water play area for kids. Hot tub, playground. Our room was clean and very nice. The Sunday brunch while more than I might like to spend was outstanding with everything from strip steak grilled to order to Crab cakes and so many breakfast and dessert options. Staff was polite and helpful. There are plenty of people around too you dont have to go looking for someone who works there. Grounds were very well kept. I really only have good things to say about our stay.

Wonderful pool and play area for the children. Always super busy and hard to get chairs around the pool. Dutch wonderland and Hershey are both close by. Discounted tickets available for purchase through the front desk. Great for a group trip! Pool side service is a great option. Not happy with my visit this time because my child I believe got lice from the bed during our short stay. Not sure if they change the linens daily. Need to be careful and recommend bringing your own pillowcases which I will be doing on my return trip!

Many guests are not wearing masks and staff are not gently reinforcing this rule with the non compliant guests. Even maintenance is riding around on golf carts without masks. I dont feel safe here

Beautiful hotel! Attended a womens retreat here and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and modern decor. Bed was comfortable and there were four pillows on the bed! Front desk supplies anything you forget! Food was delicious!

Room in the villas. Room was gorgeous but you could hear literal words from the room above us, and the stomping of the guests was horrific. No sound proofing at all in the villas. Ruined the entire experience. Block 5.

Just got back from mid winter vacation Feb. 2020. Were a family of 6 and I just have to say we had an awesome time! The grounds are clean and beautiful, the staff were amazing and super friendly, they were all over our kids from the minute we walked in the door! The fire alarm went off while we were there and the staff brought the kids blankets while we waited outside (it was 55 degrees) then they came by our suite with a bouquet of balloons after we got back inside! (everyone was safe - someone was cooking some food in their room and set it off) Suite was spacious, comfortable, clean and really affordable. We went with another family of 4 and they also had a great time. Theres plenty to do on and off campus. Great clean and heated indoor pool, nice whirlpool. Definitely going back!

My stay here was excellent and I love this place..lovely staff and I really I’m impressed with “nick “ the gentleman who’s at front desk ..he’s the best so kind and respectful..!! This place is AMAZING from start to finish! You feel special from the wonderful customer service to the food they put so much care into. The rooms are 1st class and spacious. I am beyond impressed

I was at the Eden Resort today for Fathers Day for my husband. The day was wonderful until around 4:30 when a group of 8-10 people came to the pool with multiple float type toys, and water guns. They left things strewn across the entire area. They were swimming in shorts and T-shirt’s with holes in them. The final straw was one of the women was swimming in a pair of shorts and a white tank top. Once she got in the water, her entire breasts showed through her shirt. It was so offensive we had to leave. For the upscale resort that Eden claims to be, and the room cost, this was totally unacceptable for a family resort.

I stayed here as this was the host hotel for the conference I attended. My room was booked 3rd party from my employer. When I checked in I was kind of sad that I didnt have a room in the main building but rather in the villa right next to it. Can I say I was PLEASANTLY surprised! This was even better as I thought I was missing something but not at all! I felt like I had my own space without having to worry about people on opposite sides of me. I dont have photos of the conference areas but it was comfortable and accommodating. Staff was nice and polite. I definitely plan to be here again next year for my conference. The only downside was what appeared to be a villa that had caught fire at some point and there were minor detours to get around it, otherwise it was an awesome place to stay!

Excellent!!!! This was a Christmas present for my mother a trip to sight n sound. She wanted to come down Friday so we could see somethings so I booked this hotel/resort. Excellent resort!!!! Friendly staff clean rooms and grounds look lovely. My mom is picky and this place really impressed her!! Thank you for helping me make my moms Christmas present special.

My wife works there. I was just picking her up to have lunch together. The times we have stayed there though have been great. Two restaurants on site, both very good and the Sunday Brunch is incredible.

This hotel has not enforced any Covid restrictions on their guests. Upon our visit in July we saw large groups renting expensive villas. They were walking all throughout the resort without masks. They also packed an empty restaurant/hall with over 70 people when they ordered food and had no masks. The manager “Maria” did absolutely nothing. But she had her housekeeping staff telling my 11 year old with delays and sensitivity issues he must wear a mask. Pennsylvania law says you don’t not have to wear a mask if you have a health condition. The Manager Maria thinks it’s funny to just ignore guests complaints while her outdoor poor is packed with dozens of people with no masks or social distancinng. We will never go back to this resort or any Best Western property.

You cant go wrong with the Eden. I am from Lancaster so we stay here when visiting family. Have stayed both in the summer and winter. Our kids enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms are spotless and the staff is always great. Never had a problem. This will continue to be our go to choice.

I loved everything about this property. such a well kept place. Beautiful decor and ambiance. The staff was phenomenal and the housekeeping was spot on.
