Lancaster California Mayor R. Rex Parris proved his loyalty to the Red, White and Blue by honoring the freedoms our country was founded on this Fourth of July, at the Lancaster National Soccer Center, 2020.Banned by L.A City Mayor Eric Garcetti and told all citizens should stay at home and no one else could be inside their homes. And NO ILLEGAL FIREWORKS.Mayor Parris disagreed. Since the AV Fairgrounds were on lockdown, he found another venue, the Lancaster National Soccer Center. And what an event! The Lancaster National Soccer Center was packed along East Avenue L and 30th Street East with cars, trucks, SUVs and RVs, anxiously awaiting the fireworks and program.Thank you, Lancaster National Soccer Center, for being an amazing place for your amazing city, helping our amazing mayor celebrate the most amazing country we have the privilege to live in.

The fields are in horrible condition for a State Cup tournament. One of our girls twisted her ankle during warm ups. The fields should be in better shape than this for a State Cup. Most elementary school fields are better than this. The facility is decent and parking is reasonable at $6. However, when the wind picks up, its not enjoyable. You should just hope your age group plays at a different venue.

Lancaster is definitely a place u don’t want to go to unless your going to a State Cup Tournament, depending on the time of the year it could be pretty miserable due to the weather. Good luck if ya go and cross your fingers for cool weather and no rain.

Im sorry to say that this place was probably the worst we played at. We played 5 games this season and I didnt see anything that comes close to this. This place is cold and muddy. The ground isnt straight, I saw a goal happening because the ball hit a curve in the floor into the goal. This place also doesnt have a very good ref sorry to say but our game ended 11-0 to them since my team wasnt prepared. Any good ref wouldve ended it at 5-0. Basically dont go there.

I was happily surprised with how the fields had numbers on each goal, so you knew you were at the correct field. And they have a site map as you come in the parking lot so you know where your field is.There is way more parking than needed, but this is a great thing. The only reason I didnt give five stars is, I didnt use a bathroom to tell how clean it was, or try the snack shack.

Great facility, plenty of parking and restrooms. The fields are well kept and great to play on.My only issue and many other facilities have this major problem is the entrance when paying to park. I waited for 15 minutes to get into the field many players were late to warm up. Heres one way to speed up the process HOW ABOUT PAYING WHEN YOU EXIT. THIS WOULD ELIMINATE THE DELAY TO ENTER THE PARK. IT ALSO KEEPS THE STAFF BUSY BY COLLECTING AS YOU EXIT.

Good: Huge soccer center with 35 fields, lots of parking and very clean bathrooms. Bad: extremely windy location, small parking area for FIFA fields that fills up quickly and you have to walk forever from the other parking area. The fields were very bumpy and the grass was cut way too long (5-6). The ball died very quickly on the ground and felt like walking/running on sand. Not sure if the tents with free water refill stations were part of the complex or the tournament, but if your water bottle was plastic, they refused to refill it aand instead provided a lecture/shaming about the environment, then ended it by trying to sell you a $50 hydro bottle. Not sure how or why this place is so revered.

Poor excuse for a national soccer center. Fields are poorly graded - bumps everywhere - and maintained. Grass is dead down the middle of the field and deep on the sidelines and in the corners. No amenities (gas, food, hotels) within miles. Tournament organizers were thoughtful enough to turn off the water fountains so that you had to buy bottled water from the snack shack. Out in the middle of nowhere but still charged $6 per day for parking. Miserable experience overall.

The fields here have taken a turn for the worse. The US Soccer fields in the back of the complex showed a significant amount of wear and tear. Not much effort being put in to restore them either. Peking lot is nice and big, though. Snow caps mountains on the drive in were awesome.

The fields honestly are not in very good condition. The grass is really bumping and uneven. Considering that these fields are used for National Cup and State Cup they are a real disappointment. The lighting seems good. The weather is really awful (so cold) and windy. Like many parents Ive traveled all around California and the western US states for club and DA level games. These fields really dont cut it. The only reason they must be used is because if the sheer number of fields...certainly not the quality of them. I would recommend that they speak with the folks in Casa Grande at Barca, or get artificial fields installed, or go down to the Oceanside So Cal Complex.l to gain perspective/education. Those fields are much better quality.

Super cold in winter, make sure you know what field your team plays because fields 19-30 are on the right and 1-18 on the left. Plenty of bathrooms stalls in smaller building structures throughout fields and main building, but could be more efficient to clean womens restrooms more frequently. Suggest to take plenty of blankets and winter gear, it hailed and rained during our 1:30 soccer game. We left by 2:30 ish-3pm by the 5pm there was snow in Lamcaster. Hot chocolate was great during cold weather. Fields were pretty well kept, but muddy near entry way of main building facing fields and plenty of room for teams warming up, plus younger kids playing behind parent cheering sections. Overall it was pretty cool to see the Joshua Trees so close by and all those solar panels.

Fields use to be in the best condition ever. The lines kn the field of play would always be straight. For some reason they cant seem to make a straight line anymore. The size if the field are always changing their is never consistancy there. Before one side would close down to maintaince and then vice versa with the other side every 6 months. Now grass doesnt have enough time to get patched or regrown. City of Lancaster has not hosted a Major Event since 2009 when FAR-WEST REGIONALS were hosted at our complex. Since then not one location has received the privilege to host that major national tournament. There are newer facilities taking over with state of the art fields and lighting.

Add a trash receptacle at each break in the fence. Palmdale has better and more plentiful trash cans. I refereed a game on field 20 and could not make out the field lines that were supposed to be pink. The rate of water flow in the bathroom wash basins is way too high (wasteful and splatters) and the drains need to be cleared of debris for faster flow. Closing the west fields mid-playing-season without compensating by opening up the FIFA fields so now AYSO cant practice Monday or Tuesday?!? Website and map has no mention of the closure and the schedule of upcoming events only contains history 3-10 months old. WiFi in meeting rooms is unusable due to misconfiguration.
