My wife and I traveled all the way from New Jersey to have this shop do our Cross-Stitch art frame. Boy did it come out beautiful. We have received so many compliments. I had several pieces of art re-framed here in the Fall and they were beyond amazing. They spent a lot of time helping me pick the border and frames for several water color paintings that have been in the family for a long time, and I really appreciated it. They care a lot about the quality of their work and it was super clear in how they cared for my art. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They came highly recommended by my mother, who was a collector of many different artistic styles. They did a wonderful job preserving a pair of antique needlepoint that had been exposed to smoke from a defective space heater. They rematted the pieces and did some minor damage repairs for a reasonable price considering the expertise required. Thank you so much for a wonderful job and holding on to them for the ridiculous amount of time it took me to come in and pick them up.

I had an old, delicate, handmade item from Fiji that I wanted framed. I wasnt even sure it could be done. As soon as we spoke to the owners they knew exactly which mat and frame would go with the piece. Also they took the time to explain how they would mount it so it would be preserved. The end result looked like the whole piece was purchased in Fiji. The island feel came across in the framing. I would highly recommend using them for ANY work of art or collectable!

I had to ship a package at the UPS store which once a dollar for a piece of tape to close a box, a small box at that. I went next door to the frame up and asked if they could help me out which they probably did even though they had no expectation of a sale. Thats what I call excellent customer service. I will definitely go out of my way to come here for my framing needs in the future
