Saturday 9/12/20 I departed Northeast PA at 05:30 to arrive 30 minutes prior to opening. Even though there were 5 people ahead of me in line, my number came up in the cue under two minutes. Brian, my Pro Shop Consultant, focused exclusively on my extensive and complex equipment and form issues until he had exhausted the material and personnel resources of undoubtedly one of the most professional archery institutions (bar none)! Few corporations will possess anywhere near the depth or breadth of archery expertise - much less the inventory to match. Of course, being the absolute peak of “last minute preseason madness” with a COVID depleted supply chain put even this national treasure to the test. Add to this crazy environment not just the request to rebuild/full tune a 2019 Vertix, but also the FAR greater challenge of deconstructing then coaching proper form in order to have a platform upon which a proper FIT could be measured. In the course of four tedious and laborious hours, Brian had spent nearly half a standard work day bending over backwards to get a novice level shooter a Pro-Level Setup on a bow NOT EVEN FROM THIS SHOP (I am ashamed to admit this fact - but do so to emphasize the work ethic of this establishment!). Please note: this was not some dogmatic “our way is the only way session”. As an over 50 “archer” (used loosely) who learned 95% of my limited skill on YouTube, I was in desperate need of expert eyes to dissect my form - and the lack thereof.I could continue to laud the professionalism, resources, fairness of this world class organization ... but I fear much more and the benefit of this review would be outweighed by its wordiness.Suffice it to say that LAS presents a model of how all service related industries should build and execute their business! Every aspect of this place exudes authentic enthusiasm across the diverse spectrum of this great sport. Finally, in a time where people saying they “CARE” is almost a flag to warn you that nothing could be further from the truth....THESE PEOPLE do not make a effort in self promotion under the guise of caring —- THEY JUST LIVE IT.

This was my first time buying a bow from this place and their costumer service is unmatched. I was there for about 3 hours and the gentlemen that we’re helping me set up my bow were patient, polite, and gave me great recommendations for things to add on my bow to make sure it was right for me. They made sure before I left, my bow was exactly how I wanted it no matter how many times they had to adjust my sight, and many other things. They genuinely care about their costumers. There is not one thing I disliked about my experience here. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new bow.

I loved visiting Lancaster archery store, felt like a kid in a candy store. I could find everything here. Was here to pick up my new compound bow, and was well looked after; just remember to register your name on their iPad at the entrance doorway and they will call for you in sequence (noone notices the sign and iPad because they are just overwhelmed when entering the shop first time).

Awesome experience. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about pretty much everything we needed to know. Jared helped me and a friend decide which bow was right for us, and the ones he showed us were amazing. They also have an indoor range, so we got to try out different types directly. Great place, great people!

Had another pleasant visit for a finger tab n arm guard....Bang-bang (forgive me if I got your name wrong) took the time to show me how to aim with 3 fingers below the arrow instead of the split finger....still learning the terminology! So wonderful to see smiley people.... everyone is so cordial !! If I wasn’t 90 miles away, I would have gone there more often.

Customer service here is great! Today I walked in not having even shot a bow in 3 years let alone hunted with one! The staff was insanely knowledgeable and answered any question I had on the newer updated equipment instantly. They did not push products I didn’t feel I needed. That in itself is a awesome fact. They set me up with a bow customs to me. Allowed me the time to become comfortable and really feel the equipment I was purchasing without rushing me out the door.Highly highly recommend this store for anyone who needs a welcoming facility to get into archery!

Purchased my first compound bow today here. I had truly awesome experience. Every staff member that I spoke with was polite and friendly. The gentleman that helped me pick out and set up the bow was super knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t leave reviews often, but for a solid 10/10 I will. I walked out very confident that I bought an amazing bow that fit perfect and is comfortable for me to shoot. I would recommend allotting several hours to go and buy a bow because they are super busy, but the wait is very worth it, and in spite of being crazy busy the staff remained polite and pleasant. Awesome place!

Drove from 2 hours away, but was worth it. Lancaster is a very busy store this time of year, but my sons bow needed a few upgrades. Logan did a great job and even fixed the D-loop without us having to ask. Great store and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Lancaster.

A buddy and I went to purchase bows for hunting season during the sale last weekend. All of the staff on hand were fantastic, we were especially impressed with Dakota and Darren. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I feel like the store itself isnt a secret to locals, but if you happen to be an avid hunter/pro moving into the area you wont find a better complete package for archery in the state.

Absolutely unparalleled customer service. I went in with no previous knowledge of archery, wanting to get started on traditional. I was helped by Brad who walked me thoroughly through every aspect of the sport and helped fit me perfectly to everything I needed. He even helped me sort out an issue with dominate hand/eye mixmatch and helped me to walk out of there confident and passionate about the sport. I havent had that thorough of customer service ever anywhere. Hats off, great company.

My family of four visited today to get the equipment for beginning our new venture into learning archery. I would not consider the service we received from Jared as anything less than exceptional. He listened to every question, answered knowledgeably, and showed great patience with us as we worked through what we wanted. We had to long wait in line (browsing the shop) but when it was our turn he focused on us until we were checked out. He even helped us get all of the equipment in our new bags, took care of the packaging trash, and then helped us get it all to our car!! Id say they have lifetime customers in us. This was the best customer service that I have ever seen.

Outstanding service. I took my ChillR there to have a cracked limb replaced and expected to hear Id be without my bow for 2 plus weeks, hence missing the best time of year. Instead, the pro shop located and replaced the limbs, replaced a bent cam, and had the bow tuned up and ready for pickup after an hour lunch. All of this on a Saturday! Totally impressed and why LAS is the only archery shop Ill go to.

I chose curbside pickup for my online order due to Covid restrictions and to things I’ve heard about them being busy all the time. Also spoke with Dakota via their chat feature on the website and he was very prompt and helpful with my questions about the process. I waited a few days for my order to be ready for pickup, but they were also helpful when I emailed for a status update. I live very close to another archery shop in the area, but always leave there feeling disappointed. I’ve had nothing but good interactions with LAS and they will be my first choice for archery supplies going forward.

I have always wanted to visit LAS but, its a two hour drive each way so I always put it off. I made it a trip today and it was worth it.Not only are the country roads nice to drive but, once I got there it was like redneck Disney world.I signed in at the entrance and walked the store while I waited to get my bow serviced. They have all kinds of gear and archery equipment. I was happy to find everything I was looking for.They called my name and I received a text letting me know I was up. I brought a new string to be installed on my bow and they got me all set up. Then we paper tuned with a few of my arrows and the guy noticed that the inserts on my arrows were not the correct ones. I dont know how I missed that. He set me up with the correct inserts and a couple of tips on how to remove the incorrect ones.Great customer service. Everyone was friendly.I will definitely be going back even with the drive.Thank you to all at Lancaster Archery.

I took my bow in to have the string and cables replaced. The guy who helped me said I can choose between a $90 and $130, 5 string setup required for my bow. I chose the $130. I picked up the bow this morning and the bill was $158. When I told the cashier about the $130 quoted she said sorry about that but the price is $150 and tax and would not change the cost to the quoted price or even check on it. This was my go to place for archery products but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. If you get a quote for work done here make sure you have the quote in writing

We ordered a new string and cable for my sons compound bow from Lancaster archery. We received a call saying it was in a ready to be installed on the bow. When he got there, after driving an hour, they told him that they had lost his string and cables. So they ordered him a new set. When we went back up to get the bow set up with the new set they didn’t even adjust the bow right. One limb was tightened almost all the way down and the other limb was only about half way tightened down. I re-adjusted the limbs and now the peep sight and nocking point aren’t even close to being right. So now I have to take the bow and a disappointed son to another bow shop to get it fixed. I won’t be returning to Lancaster archery for anything else. After contacting the manager at the pro desk and then talking with the tech that worked on my sons bow, they apologized many times and comped us for the having such a bad experience and for the fact that we had to go to another bow shop to get it fixed. Their customer service is is very good. They do a lot for the archery industry and I will always watch their tournaments on YouTube.

Lancaster has the best selection and the BEST customer service of any company Ive dealt with. If its not right,they will make it right.

I had the pleasure of buying my first bow here at Lancaster archery supply. John aka Bam Bam was most helpful to my sister and myself while picking out the bow most suited for us. We got to test out our bows and John gave some very useful pointers along the way. He also personally made some arrows for us as they were sold out of the pre-made ones (as a result of hunting season starting) and showed us how to take apart/put together/maintain our bows. He also recommended an excellent long bow to my husband that my husband didnt know he desperately needed. John has great expertise in his field, a passion for the outdoors, and didnt push any products. 11/10 would recommend this place and would buy from them again.

Incredibly slow service, and only one out of five employees was wearing a mask and no enforcement of customers not wearing masks either.

Shipping was super fast and nicely packaged, upon opening package got a nice catalogue and pack of stickers for free. Looking forward to continue shopping here.

I was in yesterday, checked in at 11:39 a.m. didnt get a call to be waited on until 2:49 p.m. lucky for me after 15 minuites of waiting i left. I think a 3 hr wait time is a bit unrealistic, you may want to try hiring some more people to help your customers or they will all do what I did and go somewhere else.

I can’t complain, I just can’t find a reason too. Hats of to the staff at LAS. Seriously as busy as they were last Saturday and today they were so helpful and upbeat besides knowledgeable. First of all they are NOT my local Archery Store, and I only ever come here for those hard to get items. But that may change after last Saturday. The guy that put my Easton Axis arrows ( don’t remember his name @ 8:30amish no pun)was detailed and so helpful and went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY Even as busy as they were to help me out. Today I needed eye wear and checked out other arrows, and while I was being checked out the girl behind the register was getting yelled at for how busy it was, and she was outstanding with politeness! I’ll be back!

Good products. Wasn’t pleased with the return policy. Paid almost as much in shipping than the product cost. Every other outdoor/archery website I’ve bought stuff from had free returns. Won’t be buying here again.

I drove 10 hours each way to get to LAS, and every minute was worth it. I was there to purchase a new bow, and Tyler and Jared helped me for over 4 hours over two days to pick the right riser, limbs, and accessories. Never once in that time was anyone at the store anything but courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They were in a word, exemplary.I eagerly anticipate returning once they are through with the backlog of MTO arrows. I know that with the expert help at Lancaster that Im going to get the most out of my shot.Thank you guys.

I tried to order a gift card online but it was down. No issues with that so I called in and spoke to a guy on the phone. Not very friendly at all, ordered a $50 gift card and he acted like he was doing me a favor. No thank you for your order or anything. Very rude customer service.Updated 9/9/2020:. Went in today to pick up arrows ordered online. They were busy but the sign in system works very well. I walked around the store for a while and looked at other items until my name was called. When I spoke to the tech, very friendly and helpful. Assisted with my purchase and it was a very good experience. I will be back.

Reviewing their online services:Up until now my experience has been ok. Recently I tried leaving a negative review on a product that broke shortly after I bought it. I called the manufacturer last year about a replacement piece and I still havent heard from them. Decided its time I give up and decided to just leave a review on the the flimsiness of the product and the way the company handles calls/inquiries. Well so far Ive tried leaving a review on the product 4 times but none of them have made it past moderation.The sad part is that I bought the product in question because all of the good reviews. It seems now that this was because all of the negative ones didnt make it past the moderators! Tried calling Lancaster and Im not sure who I spoke to but he had a flippant and sarcastic attitude about the whole thing.. well you called them a year ago what do you want to do about it now? Well nothing lol but Id like my review published.Definitely going to shift more towards my local shop from now on!

Multiple arrow orders botched. I dont enjoy paying then waiting 2 weeks for delivery to discover they got it wrong... Customer service was good in sending a response to both issues but they never solved anything. Im not going to give them a 3rd try, Im taking my business elsewhere.

The best in the business! I bought a bow there today and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s well worth the 1 1/2 hour ride to get there. The staff is knowledgeable and super patient. They would have let me shoot every bow in the place to get me into the right bow.

Their expertise and service is world class. The store itself is very big with a great selection, and their online/catalog selection is even bigger, with everything you could ever want. I just bought a bow from these guys a couple of days ago and it was an awesome experience. I worked with Jared and he was super knowledgeable, suggesting different bows and being realistic about what I needed based on my shooting ability. I actually live almost 2 hours away in Philly but these guys are worth the drive. There are a number of pro shops closer to me but this is a night and day difference. Highly recommend!

Received my first order yesterday. Sooooo wasteful. All I ordered was some field points and inserts which would have fit in an envelope but instead I got a box the size of a shoebox with bubble wrap and a giant catalog which no one needs with them having a website. Could have charged way less for shipping if they didnt include a 3 pound catalog and a huge box. Clean it up Lancaster!

I ordered $1650 worth of Rinehart targets ......to include $170 for shipping within 10 days. After 12 days and no targets, I called Lancaster to get a status. I was informed that the targets I ordered were on backorder. Nowhere on Lancasters website did it say anything about the targets I ordered being on backorder. Lancaster stepped up big time. They acknowledged their mistake, refunded the $170 and gave me a 10% discount on the entire order. Thanks Guys!!!

Came in and met with Wes, dude was a real dude! Helped me with four different bows, even though he knew it was research, wasnt going to buy that day. Just orderd a target threw you guys over the weekend(sat) shipped my package Monday (from Ca) hoping to get it soon and cant wait to try out my new Rinehart target!! Good fair prices and seem to have a wide selection of archery equipment.

Lancaster Archery is top notch. Purchased all of my bows from them over the years and most recently, had a product return experience.I purchased a new arrow saw and realized that the on/off switch was faulty from the manufacturer. Spoke with customer support and they immediately said they would replace it. They had a new one waiting for me at the pro-shop and it was as easy as walking in and walking out. However, I certainly could not just walk out without taking a look at all the awesome stuff they have!Best customer support, customer experience, and product selection.

Purchased my new hunting compound bow from Lancaster Archery Supply a few months ago. Dustin greeted me immediately with a positive and professional attitude. He got me on the right bow right away and will be going back to Dustin the next time I need anything archery related.

Purchased several items online including an HHA King Pin sight. After receiving I realized a slight issue with the sight and contacted LA. I spoke with a representative named Jim. He asked to email a pic and I did. Ten minutes later I received an email from Jim that he was shipping out a new sight. The next day I had my new sight. Amazing customer service! Both orders were received promptly. Love the sight and will definitely be a repeat customer with Lancaster Archery!

Had to wait in there for about four hours to get three arrows adjusted and they came out broken after I shot decided to call them today to get held for about five hours these guys are clowns no cap

He walked me through each step till I had a complete outfit 2 + hours later and he never acted impatient or that I was wasting his time! My daughter bent the aperture rod on her sight the third day she had it. Contacted LAS to purchase a replacement but Josh in their customer service department said he would just send it to me. THATS customer service you dont get very often.

I purchased a new outfit for my daughter and myself. The following week I was on vacation and had an issue with my D loop and release. Chris took care of me by calling a shop local to where I was and having them take care of me for him. I can’t express how pleased I was with that level of customer service. You won’t get that from a big box store. They earned me as a customer for life.

There was a mishap somewhere along the way on my order. It was supposed to arrive in two days(Friday) but it would end up arriving in 5 days. It was going to cause some very serious issues with a hunt I was leaving for on the day of arrival. I called customer service and Brent was tremendously helpful. Before calling me back, he had already placed another order for me, included a prepaid shipping label to return the previously purchased items when I get home, and had an overnight special delivery scheduled for the next day on Saturday. He made sure he did everything that he could to make it right. They stood by their word and made it right. Great job guys!

Amazing place to get started with Bow Hunting. Bam was extremely knowledgable, honest, and helpful in fitting me with my first compound bow!Long version:I wanted to try bow hunting a few months back and finally had the time to get started today. I came to Lancaster Archery Supply even though it was a 90 minute drive because they seemed like they had the biggest selection around my area. I was not disappointed. Their selection was actually a bit overwhelming for a complete beginner like myself. However, when it was my turn to get fitted, Bam walked me through everything from square one on how to find a good bow for the right price to how to get a consistent shot. Without his help, I definitely would have bought the wrong bow since we found out I comfortably shoot Left Handed!Once, we narrowed it down to 2-3 bows, I test shot all of them and found the perfect fit for me. Even then, Bam did not rush me to the cash register. He took the time out of the busy day to make sure I had the right release, arrows, arrow rest, sight, quiver, and stabilizer. I felt extremely comfortable getting fitted for the right draw length, poundage, and test shot the new set up until it was sighted it correctly. Even the release length was adjusted. I left today very happy and comfortable and I cant wait to start practicing for the coming season.On top of that, Bam helped make my 6 year old feel right at home. We ended up picking a childs bow for him and Bam let him shoot for half a hour at a small target while he fitted and adjusted my bow. He was over the moon happy and we may have a future archer on our hands...Thank you very much Bam for making my first experience a truly enjoyable one! I ended up with a fully set up Bowtech Convergence and I will definitely be back when I improve my skills and need to upgrade!

As a frequent customer I am extremely disappointed to find out that you can not rely on the product ratings posted on the Lancaster Archery Website. My wife and I literally have spent thousands of dollars(our last 2 recent orders within last 3 weeks totalled $1000.00 alone) on this site and the prices and service are generally good but how are we to know what products to actually buy if the reviews posted by consumers are censored. One of my most recent purchases was a dozen Easton X7 Eclipse arrow shafts size 1614 at full length (uncut). I have assembled hundreds of arrows for 3 different archery clubs and my own family and know what to expect. These 5 star rated arrows are very expensive for aluminum arrows but I figured the quality was worth it. I was wrong. 5 out of the 12 arrow shafts are either cut improperly, not straight, by Easton at the factory at the point end or have metal burrs on the point end or are cut crooked along with metal burrs. I know this is not Lancasters fault but I am concerned that the 1 star review of the product I submitted has not been posted. There are more and more websites doing this but I never expected Lancaster to be one of them. Buyer beware I guess.So Lancaster contacted me and said that they could not find the above order linked to my email address. We contacted them and informed them that the order was placed using my wife and my joint account that is under her name and email address. We gave them the information that they need to find the order. The product review in question has still never been posted, it has been weeks since the response to them so they have had ample time to post the review. As I said above, do not trust the product reviews on their website.This is why I have further lowered my original rating.

Wes spent well over 2 hours helping my boyfriend pick out his first bow, and I learned so much. Wes was personable, knowledgeable, patient, didnt force the hard sell, and he able to address my questions as well--so much so that I walked in knowing nothing about archery and walked out wondering if I should have bought a bow for myself.Excellent, excellent salesmanship and service. From March to April 2016, I took Amtrak and Uber from New Jersey to this shop and took part in personal training cource for compound bow shooting. Finally, I decided to buy my own bow, and, with my coachs advice as a reference, purchased the Elite Victory Ninja Black. Thank you for the Lancaster Archery Supply and the wonderful staff who led me to a great hobby.There is one thing to be aware of. Amtrak is not allowed to bring bows. In my case, I was kicked out of Lancaster station by a young policeman and had to return to New Jersey in Uber. 150 dollars...

This place is an archers paradise. The staff is awesome. I stop there every time I pass through. Great prices and deals. They have every and anything you need when it comes to archery equipment. Whether you are going to hunt or shoot competition, out just for the sport. They can fit you with whatever you need. If you want something inexpensive or something expensive they can help you. The greatest thing the staff will do whatever it takes to get you the right thing the first time. Its worthy the trip.

Stopped in about a week ago knowing nothing. Poor Dustin spent about 3 hours getting a bow set up and teaching me the basics! I will definitely be going back.

I can not spend enough money here. Bring your credit card and spend, spend, spend. I drove over 3 hours to get there. The person who helped my son spent 3 hours setting him up and outfitting him with gear that will last for several years. I am looking forward to my next trip and buying my own gear.

The problem is not Lancaster which i bought a lot of things before without any problemsThe problem is Hoyt, first time in my life that i bought a backpack that the straps are not includesI bought the most expensive one because i tought Hoyt was qualityBut how cheap can you be to not include the strap and make the bag the to shortWhy ask for reviews if you censor all those that are not good for youI bought this from you; Hoyt Trad Bow Soft Case#1 To short for a 25 inches riser#2 ad says you can carry it on your back, but theres no straps to do so#3 ad says you can attach your arrow tube to it, but no strap to do soConclusion; you can buy a better one with all the features for half the price

I went to Lancaster Archery, today, with zero experience of archery and a compound bow in my hand. Reid, took the time to show me how to use the bow, safety of the bow, and what was needed to maintain the bow. He was extremely helpful and I left feeling comfortable and excited to begin my archery experience. I plan on using Lancaster Archery for all of my supplies and maintenance. Thank you.

I have purchased 2 bows here over the years and several small purchases as well. The staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and for me most importantly personable/friendly from helping to choose which bow to buy, setting it up, and sighting in. I have also done the techno hunt a few times which always a blast. Stop by and check it out for yourself!

Oct 1st 2019Called in around 5pm after looking at their site (needs work). I live down in Southeast Ga and we dont seem to have any small business or mom and pop shops anywhere near me so after asking around i was recommended to Lancaster Archery through Hunting and Fishing Facebook page. Their site needs some work but after calling in and being walked through the site the representative I talked to was very patient, informative, and seemed down to earth when talking. He wasnt pushy or trying to make a huge sale. He steered me directly to what I asked for and made it as clear as possible for me to make an informed decision on my purchase. I ordered gold tip hunter xt arrows cut to 28 inches pack of standard rage hypodermic broadheads and some target tips. See how long it takes to receive my order. Update/Edit received my order today a day ahead of schedule which Im super pleased about. First thing I noticed was that the arrows did not have the inserts glued in already as I was told they would be. So now I need to order either hot melt or epoxy so i can start tuning. That is the reason I removed 1 start. Paid for precut you would figure a couple seconds extra for each arrows would be considered for the inserts.Not the fault of Lancaster Archery other than why they were so cheap.....(I ordered Rage hypodermic standard broadheads.... I had everyone screaming yelling and warning me not to but I went ahead and touched the fire. tips are dull as you can get and the blades are sharpish but had issue cutting computer paper. Need to look at a different brand and probably go fixed.

I had a bow set up and tuned that I didn’t even buy there and they treated me like I was a top customer. Great place with great customer service! Highly recommend.

Love this place!! They have an indoor archery range which is amazing, and they helped me get the right arrows for my bow after another store told me to buy ones that were not for my bow at all. They are extremely helpful and attentive.

Had a great time at the techno hunt. However, I was not to happy with the rude employee that rang us out.

I drove 2.5 hrs to Lancaster Archery because I was told this was the place I should take my son to buy a bow to start his new found interest in archery. Our sales person name was (is actually because I’m still here, they are so incredible, I have to write the review now because they are that terrific!) Dale. He knows everything you need to know about archery. I mean everything! I cannot say enough about this place. Hands down, this place is the best! I’d drive 6 hrs to come here. He sized my son for his bow. We didn’t even know he had to shot left handed due to him having a dominant left eye. Wow! Just an incredible experience!!! I’d definitely recommend this place and will continue to come back. Wow wow wow!!!!

Great selection, and dedicated staff, which sets them apart from the big box stores. You will not be disappointed! LAS is about total customer satisfaction! If they don’t have what you need, it can be ordered, and usually arrives within a few days. The bow techs are meticulous in making adjustments. Range area allows you to test fire bows before making a selection. Wherever you live, it’s worth the trip!

Came here for a compound bow release ,never was approached if I needed help. Worst customer service ever, Ill look elsewhere for my wares. Seemed like racist atomsphere.

Today was my first visit to the shop. After signing into the ipad I was quickly greeted by John. He was extremely helpful with all of my questions and even let me test out a stabilizer and back bar that he pulled off of his own bow for me to try. I was never rushed and he took care of all of my questions and concerns making time to explain everything so I could understand. I spent 2 hours at the shop and was happy every moment of the visit. Lancaster archery just gained a loyal customer. Thank you again John, it was an absolute pleasure working with you!

Lancaster was amazing at first, but my last 3 orders have been DISASTROUS!!I came to find out, months after the fact, that my credit card information had been stolen not once, but twice in a row through Lancaster’s compromised systems online(2 orders months apart). Received a letter with a haphazard apology, but no discount or consideration at all for such a HUGE inconvenience. I had to change half a dozen auto payments twice due to their lack of awareness and/or acknowledgement of their problems.I figured I’d give them another chance though. With my last order it took three days to get an order out the door due to several errors on their part during the process of trying to get an invoice over the phone, which you have to do just to pay through PayPal. What a JOKE! Finally I received this order and they cut my new arrows 1/2” too long, so guess who has to make an unnecessary trip just to trim arrows before I can resume building these to match my existing.I will never give my business to Lancaster again, and I would not recommend them to anyone who has other options.
