My family & I had a blast today! We felt safe & the staff was so welcoming. We have a 3 year old so we prefer to go from 9am-10:30am because the crowd is a little lighter. There is so much room to spread out & our 6 year old begs weekly to jump.

Great 1st impressions.I took a group of us to get out as being stuck inside during the Covid thing was driving us all crazy, We decided to check out DEFY in Lakeland to stretch our cramped muscles and have fun, It was great and everyone was super welcoming, One of the good things is that they are currently not super busy so if you go you have tonnes of room without coming in any close contact with anyone. Our entire group were wiped out after 2 hour but were already planning their next visit even before we had left. Great Job Chris and staff.

Everyone on staff tonight was phenomenal! I didnt catch their names, but it was three lasses on register, a lass and a lad in the cafe, and two lasses on the jump floor were all very accommodating to our group (roughly twenty people) and were super friendly and helpful throughout the night! Major props :)

Went in Friday early and the young kid and the manager was awesome even let us bounce an extra 30 min. Definitely worth the money and we will be coming back. Only downside was we returned Sunday the 11th and the staff this day wasnt so great seemed like they didnt wanna work. But you still have a customer because Friday was top notch service.

We love coming here. Really fun for the kids. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars, is because of the lack of cleanliness in the restroom. Please clean them more frequently as this place is always packed.

The kids loved being here and it’s a great place for us to hang out out of the heat in Florida. Plenty to do, everything was kept sanitized and under control. Not too crowded

Awesome first trip! Sam was my guide and did an amazing job of explaining each product line and what I would get out of it. Mandalynn was also of expert service as was the Bronze Stallion!! Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable staff and wonderful customer care and service!!

The staff was very polite and helped with an issue that they didn’t have to help with. The only reason I marked 4 stars instead of 5 is that they want you to sign waivers that release them of ANY liability, even if it’s their fault. And should you have to sue them because they won’t do the right thing, the waiver says that you are required to pay their attorney fees. I’m not giving my rights away to a place with the potential to be dangerous if everyone doesn’t do their job correctly. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful to this point.

The park has a lot of bouncing variety for anyone who likes bounce heavy parks without arcades. I would recommend this place highly.I will be coming back here for sure!

The kids had fun but honestly the check in process is very disorganized. You sign a waiver and fill in information at one kiosk and then you have to wait in a line to go pay at the front desk.When I got to the desk I was told she couldn’t find me by my birthdate so she told me I had to go back to the first kiosk to fill out a waiver.When I got back to the kiosk and typed in my information it said I had already filled everything out.When I went back to her at the front desk she was able to find me by my phone number. I don’t know why she didn’t ask for that the first time but it was so chaotic I don’t know if it was really her fault. They could really make this a much smoother and easier process by letting you pay at the kiosk where you fill out the waiver.

Rachel was very nice to my son today. Isaac talked and Rachel listened patiently. I love all the employees there and Rachel is a great addition to the team. Great job everyone!!!

Super cheap compared to others like it. Kids seriously cannot get enough. We leave and they are already asking when gonna go again. We drive from Poinciana 34758 just to enjoy this trampoline park once a week.

This place is amazing, the manager Chris was super kind and helpful! I was thinking about doing the homeschool membership and Chris told me about all the plans they offer and helped us choose one that fits us a little better. Chris was also out on the floor talking to kids and even did a gladiator battle with me son!

It was great for kids but old people like me not so much. I attended my granddaughters birthday party there. Good for parties.

This was our first experience with a trampoline park and my boys LOVED it!!! Everyone was very nice and there was so much to do!! My 7yr old and 10yr old never got bored which says a lot! We can’t wait to go back!

The Orlando defy is better quality and Has friendlier and more helpful staff. Lakeland defy had limited courses and staff wasn’t as friendly nor helpful. The birthday area was not special nor did staff help make it special. Will not come back to Lakeland and will continue to go to Orlando defy.

Be aware of the scam that is their membership. It was solicited to us that if we paid more we could come back for the rest of the year. It is actually a recurring fee monthly that comes out of your bank account, when calling to cancel or talk to someone no one will answer the phone they tell you to email and no one answers your email. We will never return to this place.

I was just telling my daughter when we left today how impressed I am with the new ownership now that Defy has taken over. The staff is amazing and always takes the time to engage in conversation with my daughter. We have two other trampoline parks closer to us but we choose to take the 40 minute drive to Defy.

Fun place to take the kiddos during these times. Staff follows CDC guidelines and wear mask. People do not have to wear mask while jumping. Prices are a little high but if you go often they have a good monthly deal.

Not following industry safety guidelines. Staff is not supervising and ensuring jumpers are following rules. Larger kids were literally jumping onto my young children. Management was busy buying food and acted like I was an inconvenience when I tried to get her assistance. They are also not observing any COVID guidelines. There is no one enforcing social distancing. There is only one sanitizer station. Customers were not wearing masks, but the company is saying that anyone not jumping must wear a mask. They arent enforcing their birthday party limits and one party had 30+ adults crowded together. Ive frequented this place many times since they opened and this was hands down worse than any other experience Ive had there.

I really enjoyed my time at Defy. It was very fun and all of the workers were very nice. I did wish however that since i ordered my ticket online that there was an experience that we could have skipped the line that took 15 minutes and made us late to our ticket that we reserved. Other than that it was a fun time!

The kids had a blast for the 1hr and 30min that we were there but weren’t able to use Groupon package, gave me an error message that ID needed to be present and the attendants didn’t try to help me figure the problem out or honor the Groupon price so we ended up paying $73 instead of the Groupon rate that was probably $45. A simple suggestion of signing out and back in or even making sure that I was signed in could’ve helped, that wasn’t even suggested and I think that was the issue. All they said was it may be my card which definitely wasn’t the issue!

Me and my family person had a great time theyre the staff was all wonderful and very friendly it was truly an awesome experience.. we did the Groupon deal we was only supposed to jump for 90 minutes and we ended up staying longer than 90 minutes I really recommend this place to anyone especially if you have out-of-town family its a wonderful place to come and enjoy your time with your family

The staff is super super sweet we all had a lot of fun, I was a guest at a birthday party and they even gave us a cart to help get the gifts and everything to the car. Definitely recommend having a party here.

The facility itself was fun but the guy we bought the tickets from kept saying “ that’s stupid” and “ it’s stupid of you” because I didn’t want to do the package deal over 3 months. It was very rude and unprofessional.. if the kids hadn’t been with me I would have told him what I really thought of him calling me stupid for the tickets I picked

Great value for family entertainment. Its a great workout for kids and parents! My kids dont stop jumping and cant wait to get back between visits.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Since Covid has been exposed i feel very comfortable coming to jump with friends because i know the staff has the place well taken care of.The staff are very amazing people and well respectful.

All of the workers are nice and they have very good icee flavors, my favorite thing about the park are their super trampolines which are super hard to find at trampoline parks.

We always have a great time when we visit Defy! Staff is great and there are a variety of jumping activities.

I dislike the employees here. Came for a birthday party, I arrived late. Walked to the birthday room and my son decided to take me to go jumping with him. So we decided to jump and have fun. Then my wife said oh go get some socks we paid with them already. So, I go to the front and asked for the pair of socks and the lady said oh these are for jumping guests, I said hmm I was jumping. I was with my son in the area jumping with him. She said, well your main party host has ran out of socks, you have to purchase them now. So, I walked away angry, moments later more of our guests arrive and were given free socks.

The facility is very clean and well maintained the staff are very polite and very helpful defy is a great place for family and friends to come and have fun

Kids had a blast .. little on the pricey side, but fun. Didnt see alot of sanitizing happening, so felt a Little unnerving about watching my kids use All the high traffic And touch items....

Defy is one of the best trampoline parks. Its huge so it never feels crowded. It also has lot of different activities. They have ninja type obstacle, wall climbing , dodgeball, and tons of trampolines and tumbling mats. My family has a blast there.

If you like trampolines,dodge ball,and foam pits come here they got food they have socks that you can customize to what you want and ahole lot of fun

Absolutely love this place! The entire experience is wonderful from start to finish. The flyer packages are cheap and fun and the socks are colorful and cheap as well

Awesome place to bring the kids for a visit during the summer! This place is clean and staff is very helpful. We highly recommend this place to all ages. Ample parking and located in North Lakeland.

The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would be nice to use the member pass in any Defy location . Sometimes I am by the Orlando area and want to go there but they will not allow us to go with the pass. Overall the place is fun for any ages and staff are really nice .

They will lie to you to get you to get passes. They say you can bring a guess which was a lie. And they say you can cancel anytime which was a lie.

Smaller than it looks online. Not many options of things to do. WAY more young adults than expected which made it hard for the younger kids to do a lot because they were not caring that kids were trying to play on something. Prices were good.

Defy was an amazing experience! My friends and I had so much fun! We jumped for an hour and loved every minute! There are so many options to do there other than just jumping on a regular trampoline and it was incredible! My friends and I are freshman in college and we have been under a ton of stress recently and Defy really helped relieve some of it and give us a break! It was 100% worth our slightly over an hour drive from our college campus to visit! We will be back when we get a chance! The staff are all very kind as well and if they see you having trouble in any way they are right there to help and they have the perfect personalities for the job.

This place is awesome the kudos always have a blast and are always making new friends. The staff is great and it’s a fun environment to be in

So my son received this coupon from school with final report card from the 18-19 school year for being on the honor roll. Note in the photos there is no expiration date. Also note that the school stamp has bled through to the back side. We are here at Defy/2xfinity today to redeem the coupon. We were told We no longer take these. When asked why, I was told because some people copied theirs, so now we wont take any. My sons copy is very obviously an original with the stamp bled through. How are they going to deny something they passed out? Bad business.

We took our JBQ team there after districts and everyone loved it from the 6 year old to even me at over 40. It was good to see I could do all the ninja obstacles. The staff was awesome also. We liked the couches that parents can sit at and watch their kids.

I went to this location on a Groupon, it was difficult because of everything going on with Covid 19, I would’ve hoped to see more sanitation going on, the men’s bathroom had one broken sink and the sink that was not broken didn’t have any soap. So you had to go to the broken sink to get your soap then wash your hands, and that was only possible if somebody wasn’t using the stall. the bathroom cleaning chart had not been filled out the entire day (Tuesday 7/21 at 4:15) I told one of the attendance and they did replace the soap.They did have a thermal scanner as you entered the building but there was no one attending it making sure that everyone was scanned. The staff are more concerned with making sure nobody gets a broken arm then they are with making sure the place is kept clean. This is just my experience. From a functional standpoint the place was very fun and I would hope that management reads this review and can identify And correct the problems in the future and we would like to return if they do.They don’t allow you to bring any outside food in and they do not sell bottled water at least I didn’t see it on their concession menu all they sell are slushy‘s and soda for drinks. I’m not giving my kids slushy‘s or soda after an exhausting trampoline event. I would Like to see healthier options on the concession menu.

Defy Lakeland was such an amazing experience! We jumped for 90mins and had an amazing workout while having tons of fun! The space was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I love that you get pick what color socks you purchase for jumping. I will defiantly be returning soon!

My son and I go here few times a month and the facility and the staff are amazing. Always looking out for the customers and enjoy what they do. Only place we will ever go to jump!

Went to Defy and missed out on getting our slice of pizza and a drink which was included in our ticket due to the kitchen closing. The Manager Marshall was awesome about giving up complimentary tickets and bottles water for the kids. He didnt have to but he truly went above and beyond to make it up to us and we are truly grateful for that. The kiddos had a blast and we will definitely be back. Awesome job Defy of Lakeland.

Its the best place ever! My kids and I love it. Jumping off a platform onto a trampoline then into a foam pit, cant beat that. Its so much fun

First time attending a trampoline (Defy) with my kids and grandkids. It seems as if they enjoyed themselves along with myself. The employees were kind and courteous when we came in with our own socks which were not permitted they didn’t make a big fuss about it, they just gave us a pair of there’s. Thanks we appreciate each and everyone we encountered that evening.

Great place, good fun for all ages

We brought our year and half year old son to jump and had a great time. The ease from checking into to jumping was great!My only suggestion would be to have a closed off area for smaller kids under 6. We didn’t last for our full jump time as we were more exhausted from keeping him safe than jumping. I’ve been to other jump parks where the under six area was properly separated with walls.

Fun place for kids! Needs some type of snacks for kids and adults. Clean the parking lot I thought the place was a dump from the looks of the parking lot. Otherwise great.

The staff was super helpful, and my daughter has had two birthday parties there and she has loved them both. I 100% recommend this venue for your 9-12 boy or girl.

Pretty decent place. Fun with a wide variety of jumping/climbing options but I would not recommend coming in the afternoon if you are older than 16. There is tiny children’s everywhere.

We have probably been to half a dozen different places like this and this is by far the best one. It is probably the largest one and the most fun for adults. This is the most adult friendly one as you can do anything the kids can do and it isnt frowned upon. There are plenty of different foam pits so people can spread out to do tricks. Lots of fun for kids and adults.

The manager Chris at defy today was very helpful, nice, and respectful. Chris was also very caring for his crew. Chris is the best. Go to defy. It is awesome.

Everyone there was super friendly and very professional. I would recommend any parent to plan a birthday party here. It’s great for many ages and their staff is wonderful!
