Great place to visit. The rides are nice. The beer is cold. And plenty of good food to eat. Really a nice place for kids and adult kids. ;)

The sign outside says masks are required, but most of the people at the counter and self service areas dont have masks on, the cashier has her nose out of the mask, and the employee I asked about masks said they only encourage masks but dont enforce them. This is why this state has such a high number of covid cases. Stupidity.

Got a chance to watch our grandson and son enjoy them selves. The place was better than I had expected. Employees polite and courteous. We really enjoyed our visit.

I would highly highly highly recommend not signing up for their unlimited play. Once this company has your credit card, they wont stop charging you. I cancelled my membership (that was not under contract anymore) and they continued to charge me for three more months. Their customer service only works via email ( I requested them to call me in the first 4 emails, and they refused, stating that they only respond via email). Doesnt seem like a bad place to go, but whatever you do, dont sign up for their monthly play and give them your CC info. You will have to cancel your card to get them to stop charging you.

My family visited urban air for the first time today. It is the best park in Jacksonville thus far. Definitely the best variety of things for kids to do in addition to the trampoline park jumping. They have plenty of event space for parties. Check in was a breeze. You can do the self service option or walk up to the counter. Pricing is also competitive compared to other nearby indoor parks.

Recommended for all family. My toddler love it!

Place is BUSY on Saturday afternoons but it is busy cause kids love it. Reasonable prices for similar venues. Great place for elementary to middle school kids to burn off energy and have fun.Take your kids here if you want a quiet night at home!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR MEMEBERSHIP THEY WERE OPEN MANY HOURS, NOW THEY WANT ME TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR A MEMEBESHIP NOW THAT THEY ARE ONLY OPEN FOR 4 HOURS DURING THE WEEK, THAT IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO WHEN I BOUGHT MEMEBERSHIP. NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL. EVERYTHING IS REMOTE VIA EMAIL. HORRIBLY MANAGED

Overall it was great experience for my child. We attended a birthday party and the service was good. We stayed for a few hours after the party was over and eventually made our way to the snack bar. The food is nothing special and the employees seemed unorganized. It took awhile to place our order and it was even longer waiting for the food to be prepared. We will be back but will avoid the snack bar.

Since opening during the covid-19, Ive visited 3 times. They have always cleaned and non participating guest had to wear masks. As of today 8/15/2020, i cannot bring my kids here again. They have not cleaned once and you have adults and teenagers that are not participating, walking around without masks. Teenagers attempting to play with regular shoes on. The entrance side of the mall is open and random people are walking into play area and they definitely dont have control over what infected person is roaming among any of us. And this is the one in polk county...lakeland. I felt safe before....but no more

This place is awesome and the staff is absolutely amazing! Went there with a group of 40 kids and had such a great time! Chuck and Marlon went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of the staff were also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We certainly will return!

Great for the kids. Not going to lie, I had fun also. Plenty for most age groups. My 4 year old had as much fun as my 8 and 11 year olds. Plenty to do. Dodge ball, rock climbing, zip line and jumping to name a few!

My kids had blast, was easy to find in the Lakeland Mall. Have a really good deal if preordered online. Worth it your kids will appreciate it.

Really nice indoor location attached top the mall. It had several activities for kids. If you are looking just for a trampoline park probably not the place as the actual trampoline section is rather small. Warriors course, zipline type area, high ropes course, jungle gym, climbing tower. Tons of activities my very active 2 year old was entertained for hours.

Took my preschool nephews and they had a blast. The indoor park as imaginative features for all ages.

Urban Air is so much fun. I take my 2 & 4 year olds here on playdates. They play in the ball pit, knock each other off the balance beam into the foam pit, jump on the trampolines, climb thru the kiddie play ground, climb the mountain to go down the slide... Great place to use all the energy kids have an abundance of. Not all activities are covered by the base price. Be sure to know what you want to do so you can buy the right pass. Well worth it to buy a membership if you can get there often enough. Outside food not allowed.

Theres a safety locks that is broke on the second floor I let a team member know that work there and they told me but yeah its just broke and they did not fix the problem or make it any safer any kid could just walk to the gate and fall off the second floor onto the concrete and I do have pictures

Favorite place to take the kids and I can play too! The prices are good for amount of things you get to do. Definitely worth spending time there. I took ages 4-8. Very clean facility, employees monitoring kids playing at all times.

Pizza is actually pretty good! The ball pit under the obstacle course is the main attraction. A lot of bounce areas too and they are unmonitored so have fun with double bouncing. Prices are reasonable.

This place is really cool and so inexpensive!! My grandkids had a blast!! they had alot to do and a few video games. I like the massage chairs for the adults. The food was pretty decent and inexpensive. We will definitely be back.

I previously gave this place 5 stars because we loved coming here. Im updating this review because we decided to book our daughters birthday party here. It was a huge mistake. There was a huge lack of communication with our party. We paid the deposit at the venue but never received a confirmation email. I called and left a message on the party line twice before I was able to speak to someone the third time. I was concerned that we didnt actually have the party booked. They sent me the confirmation email, but never followed up again. My party host never called, the number of kids was never confirmed, and on the day we showed up it was obvious they had no clue who was in charge of the party. The party host gave away a bunch of our bands and socks to kids that werent part of our party or on our list (we were not charged for those kids) they were just sitting in our section. When it came time for the cake, we ended up passing out cupcakes and cake and cutting it ourselves. Maybe my expectations are too high, but this is what most party hosts are in charge of at other birthday party venues in the area. We were also disappointed that the birthday girl didnt get any special attention. The mascot came out and greeted some birthday guests, but there was no picture moment or attention to the birthday girl. Also, the t-shirt that it says was included in our package was never given to her. The venue itself is nice and the kids did have fun. But, as a parent it was a nightmare to plan. Since Urban Air is the highest priced birthday venue in the area, I expected better service and actual communication. I spoke to the manager on duty about my concerns. He verified that we had not gotten a phone call or sent the confirmation email (obviously assuming I was lying about it). He apologized in a very oh well, these things happen sort of way and I was dismissed. We were extremely disappointed!

My great grandson was there for his 7th birthday . He loved it and so did his friends. It was expensive but really a different event for parties. Lots of excitement for the kids .

Employees are NOT knowledgeable about safety regulations. They do NOT care about you or your children’s health and wellness. 10 year old boy recently is hospitalized due to ALL ignorant staff that did not secure him properly. The workers tend to always be too laid back and act like teenagers. No care. No enthusiasm. No consideration. No clear speech. Disgusting. I will never bring my child here ever.

Kids love it here,lots of different things to do, but it does cost extra if you get more than a basic jump pass, I believe its $10 more for the air obstacle course and zipline and rock climbing. They offer specials certain days or times on the website, and they are good deals, I definitely will plan accordingly next time.The staff is consistently friendly, observant, and do a good job.The pretzel from the snack bar was very good, they carry basic concession food, and some wine and beer. I find the lighting annoying, but it doesnt seem to bother anyone else.

Liked this place well until I needed to cancel my childrens membership due one of my childrens on going health issues that have gotten worse. I had to call several times to get in touch with somebody. I was then told to just send an email with Doctors notes. I did this! Long story short nobody called me back after 2 messaged. They only canceled one membership, and I absolutely cant take any of my children with the other one so sick!!!! Not happy I will have to just do a stop payment.Ive sent e-mail and still no response! It was however auto -drafted out of my account!

Had a wonderful birthday party for my 8 year old daughter at Urban Air. Place was clean organized, friendly and most of all FUN!! My daughter, her brother and friends had a great time. The price was very reasonable for 12 kids for a table party. Our host Leila was so patient, attentive and sweet... what I loved about the party is that it didn’t feel rushed and the kids had a great time... plus the pizza was delicious! Thank you Urban Air for making my girl’s party such a success!!

I took my kids here today. I read the reviews before taking the time and saw the one below where the guy talks about the place being unsafe and unsanitary and was somewhat concerned but had been wanting to check it out for some time so, we went. First, the facility is clean as a whistle. Not a smudge anywhere. Second, the attractions look to all be in very good order. I scrutinized them very closely since I had read the review and saw none of what this person describes. Zero. When I asked the staff about rules, restrictions, and guidelines, they all were knowledgeable and helpful. I went in the ball pit with my children and the balls were clean. I NEVER write reviews but, after reading Clydes review and then visiting the establishment, I am amazed that people are allowed to represent a business so falsely - this person obviously has interests or ties with a competitor. MOST IMPORTANTLY - WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL BE BACK!!!

Took my 12 year old and 10 year. The place itself is a lot of fun. However, it was chaotic. Employees lounging around, not much monitoring (specifically the Dodge ball area that is supposed to start a new game every 5 min). Teens making out in the corners and dressed as if going to a party. They were everywhere! Not participating, just hanging out. (urban air requires special socks and none of them had them on). This was on a Saturday afternoon so I felt it should’ve been a PG place to take the kids. I would suggest lowering the price and limiting play time instead of charging so much for unlimited. Too many people there at one time

Chuck E Cheese on trampolines. Kid oriented with about a thousand trampolines, a ropes course, a zip rail, a snack bar, an obstacle course and a platoon of employees around to keep everyone safe and the lawsuits at bay. My 4 year old grandson had a blast, not so much for his creaky grandpop, but well worth the trip. Plan on at least half a day.

I have the monthly pass. My kids come every day. Theyre sweating when we leave. Its a great workout for everyone, especially kids.

After an accident, you would expect employees to be rigorously re-trained. And yet we visited yesterday and saw a young boy on the aerial obstacle course with the bottom of his harness wide open. We told customer service and it was dealt with very quickly, however the first thing we were told is She is new. Um ..shouldnt NEW employees be even more freshly trained than old employees who may have become complacent in their jobs? Especially in light of recent events? There seems to be nobody over the age of 20 working here, no safety officers walking around and making sure employees are doing their jobs. I wanted to give this place the benefit of doubt- accidents happen- but it appears that there is a much more serious lack of management and training plaguing this centre, and it is simply unacceptable. Its too bad that I dont feel safe bringing my family here anymore because the equipment is beautiful.

Honestly it’s not a bad place to go but, the sky rider i forced to go down after starting to have anxiety when looking over the edge, the employee forced me down it and it was not a pleasurable experience i wouldn’t recommend going there. Also, my siblings where told they were on it three times and after telling my mom, she asked management and spoke then she talked to the workers about it, when they went back up there the workers of the ride talked to my siblings about being “snitched” on. Those workers are grown adults and if they don’t know to properly do their job then, they shouldn’t be working there at all.

Great place for the kids and adults too. Has a family restroom which is great for dads with little girls, so they dont have to take them to the mens room. They sell pizza and beverages, but if you like something else the mall has a food court with lots of options, just go thru the mall entrance (no outside food or drinks can be brought back in). Apparently staff is trained to handle kids with autism because they were very patient with my kid and they gave him his extra time to finish obstacle course and werent rushing him out. Parking is free. Entrance is free, you just pay if you will be jumping and doing the obstacles. Lots of seat for parents to chill and wait for kids to finish playing (just keep an eye on them since entrance/exit are open and you dont want them little ones running out with someone else). You have to buy socks $2.50 each pair, I will save my socks for the next visit because we will definitely be going back again soon lol. You pay one price for full day, unless its full capacity (rarely) and they will give you 2.5 hours, which is more than enough time because after 1 hour my kids were exhausted lol. Today we celebrated my birthday and we came from orlando and our family from north port and our host was the best he was funny nice Generous but other then him all the workers were so rude to people today they closed at 11 and they started closing at 9 there was nothing to drink or to eat there was a I asked her can I buy a drink she said yes go up to the cafe So when I went a Told me we don’t have cash we only accept card so I got a card when I went back a Said were closed I was trying to say that guy told me to go get a card but she just said Be quiet we are closed I called the guy and he said yeah weee closed

We enjoy our self. The check in was slow but when we got in there it was great. They had drinks and food also.

Great for kids BUT when it comes to ordering food, make sure to do so as soon as u get there or else you will wait an hour or 2 (no exaggeration) for your food.

Overall fun, cheap, and not too crowded, trampolines are nice and each activity is cool. 8/10 since some of the kids there are looking to get hurt or mess other people up on purpose.

Very reasonable prices, considering that there is no limitation on the amount of time you can be playing. Friendly for all kids. They even have areas for children 5 and under. My 3 year old was playing safely without me having to follow him through the entire course. Comfortable seating, decent sized party rooms, rock climbing wall, concessions, 2-3 arcade games, massage chairs, kid-friendly music. Overall, my boys enjoyed themselves.

We celebrated our sons birthday here. It was our first time. The place is amazing . Our host was Kyle and he was absolutely amazing . We could not of ask for a better host. He was friendly and very helpful and polite. We will definitely request him again.

Took my 3 year old on Wednesday and he had a blast!! The place was empty which was nice & the staff was friendly and interactive. He especially loved James(I believe that’s his name lol) The price was reasonable & I was able to do everything with him. He played for 3 hours so I definitely got my money’s worth! I paid $ 35 for the platinium package, for my son I could enjoy the attraction of the Virtual game and this game was out of order, The cafeteria was a very bad delay for them to serve, I ordered a chicken sanwish and chicken wings, and it took longer one hour to leave the order

Within minutes of arrival of her very first (and very last) visit, my child was injured on the zip line at the Lakeland, FL location today due to faulty equipment and poorly trained/indifferent personnel. #neveragain.EDIT: The caregiver who took my child to this establishment did not file a report before taking her out of there. Interesting that the workers present did not bother to report her face slamming into a wall either.

It was all good and exciting when we entered until we decided to purchase some food the employees in the snack bar doesn’t know what they are doing we waited 1hr and 5 mins. For a order of fries and nachos when we approach the stand to verify the order we found the employees drinking soda and hanging out with a group of people disregarding the orders when we asked one of them they just ignored my wife until my wife got very upset we got our order it was sitting there for a while COLD and this is poor business practice your employees need to get on the ball with proper serving and customer service we decided to take the order not wanting to wait another hour

They need to stamp the kids hands and the parents so its safer and the staff needs to watch the areas better

We had our daughters 8th birthday party here and it was so much fun!! Our party host was attentive, the manager came to check on us several times, and most importantly all the kids had a blast! It was the easiest birthday party weve ever done, and I would definitely recommend it.
