I have been going to family fun center for over 10 years. My family and I still love this place. Very clean and helpful staff. I also love that all the arcade games work,as most places have technical issues with all the games. The play area is wonderful especially for the littlest ones,its huge!

Went with my daughter and her family and played miniature golf. Nice course. Then we went inside had pizza, which was very good, and the grandchildren played some games.

Love this place! Took the girlfriend and son and we had an amazing time. Wonderful staff and a secure play ate for the kids to have fun and be safe. We will be continuing to come back for years to come!

My kids always loved it here even now at 14, 15 and 16!! I also have a 4 and 5 year old now, they love it as well!! For me growing up taking my s to the s counter was better than the games themselves!!! It sucks how they have it on a debit card now..but thats just me. My children still love going here and so do I!!! Still going to give it 5 stars!!!

With all that is going on in the world (COVID) we were skeptical, but have gone back 3 times in the past few weeks with our 4 ur old and you will notice a worker constantly cleaning after people use machines and funtasia is absent all balls and appeared pretty clean as well. Great place and handling Covid well .

We go there to putt-putt golf!! They recently got all eighteen holes fixed. We were doing two nine holes, for eighteen holes. I won a Mohawk Hat. Steve won Dominoes Set. Nice Time!!

Always have a fun time with the kids. They have Funtasia(playground area), arcade games, and mini golf. My kids love it here.

Its a good place to have a local getaway with the kids where you can let them have fun without having to chase them. Clean and well-kept.

We used to go there every other weekend before the coronavirus pandemic. This past Saturday was our first time back since covid broke out. My boys participated in the Halloween event. I was surprised to see customers in there without masks and the people that worked there as well. Only one worker i saw had a mask on and he worked the front and golf window. When we leave our house, before we enter anywhere we have our masks on. I will think twice about going back anytime soon.

I feel its ridiculous for the grown adults to stand in front of a claw waiting for it to be filled then when the machine was full of prize tickets, they empty those prize tickets out by playing game after game while kids are standing waiting and I mean waiting until they got the majority of tickets out leaving nothing for the kids waiting....there should be a age and prize limit there....you cant control being considerate of others but I feel this is for kids not grown adults being competitive and greedy!

Very clean and safe place to take the kids. There is a play area for toddlers and a larger play area for older children. The snacks and foods that are available are inexpensive and the quality is better than what one would expect. They have outdoor putt putt golf, and an indoor game room arcade with available games for those of any age. It is a fun day trip for the days in florida when the weather is rainy, or too hot outside.

Being a child of the 70s and 80s I know a thing or two about arcades. But this place is so much more. They have a whole childrens play place inside known as Funtasia. They also offer minataure golf, lazer tag and a lazer maze. This might sound funny but the food is good and the prices are so cheap. You can get a huge pretzel with nacho cheese sauce for a buck and change. If you havent taken the children go and let them have a blast. You will be glad you did.

So fun! The putt-putt was very cute and they have tons of arcade games with reloadable cards for tokens. We came here twice during our 2-day visit to the area because my son loved it so much! I do wish theyd paint or decorate the outside of the building some, because it looks worn-down, but otherwise fun, fun place!

I came in today with my kids to play some games and we had avery fun time! The food was good and the staff was very nice and had smiles on there faces. When there was a problem with the game they were very quick to fix it. Very well trained staff. The only problem I had a problem with today was the manager sitting on her phone at the front counter. The other employees would try to get by her but she was in the way with no intention of moving. One of the girls was trying to get a hold of her and before acknowledging her she finished up what she was doing on her phone first. That was very unprofessional to do that but also very unprofessional to have your phone out in front of customers. But all in all it was a very good experience and definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

We absolutley love this place..For $100.00 I can got 3 kids game time, lunch and snacks, blazer tag for 4 of us, playground time and mini golf. Its hard for kids to kill time now with all this plandemic stuff going around so this was a good option

The games are supper fun to play. the workers are all vary nice. I brought a group of 9 there and we all had a lot of fun.

I came in earlier this week and my daughter wanted a prize that needed a manager. The employee began looking for the manager and finally came back and apologized that they couldn’t locate the manager. I was astonished. I stood there for another 14 MINUTES. A short Hispanic lady finally came in from outside. She didn’t offer an apology or explanation on what had taken so long. After speaking to her she reeked of cigarettes. Incredibly disappointing experience.

We did mini golf. We always enjoy it. Was a little busy on the green. But everyone was still enjoying themselves.

This place has fun for the entire family. Theres an 18 hole miniature golf course, childrens play area, arcade games, lazer tag, a pizza restaurant, and it also has an ATM located indoors.

Its an old family fun center; its a classic and they have some new games in there. Didnt get a chance to play them but the air hockey. its shabby, but theres nothing wrong with it. Pretty waterfall in the golf course area; need to make sure theyre golf ball tunnels are cleared out before closing every night or in the middle of the work day. Everything else is fine to me.

We love it! It has great food, games, and you even get to have fun with your family! And that’s what their space is all about!

We take our grandkids here, clean, safe, helpful staff, great pizza for lunch. They have a great indoor play area for littles ( cool a/c ) and a huge gameroom, laser tag and mini golf. We have been several times and consistently a great family atmosphere, an asset to Lakeland.

Hidden little gem! Its clean & fun for kids. $10 large pizza, about $5 for our 3 year old to play in play area. We were there for about 3hrs or so. Perfect! We definitely will be going back again.

Way better then chuckie cheese.. the game better and the Pizza!!! Is the best no lie so cheesy and crunchy!!! for a family of 5 1 large and 2 small pizza and a pitcher for 30 buck the best.. love the pizza!!!!

OMG this place is so much fun! My grandkids had so much fun, I thought they would be too young to be able to do anything but they kept asking to go so I gave in and took them. I was so wrong! They are 3 & 4 yrs old and they had the best time! Any younger and they wouldn’t be able to do most of the stuff here but 3 & up they will have a blast! I recommend this place to everyone!,

I only went to the mini golf area but that was well built albeit very simplistic.

Absolutely love this place. Been coming around once a month for the past year or so. Prices for arcade games are very reasonable and ticket payout is respectable as well. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Machines are almost always in service and if there is an issue staff seem to be there to help. Prizes in the redemption area seem to change often enough so its worth it to save tickets for something better if theres not something you want right then.

Great place for fun with the kids or cute date night. The mini golf is easy for small children but still entertaining enough for people of advanced age. Arcade has all different types of games and they have a new card system so kids don’t have to try and hold onto coins and tickets. The system does have some issues where it doesn’t work all the, but love the idea. They also have an epic indoor play place and laser tag for kids which is a great option for those too hot or rainy Florida days. I had Birthday parties here as a kid and love that it’s still going strong and I can now take my nieces (or husband) here to have a wonderful time!

Sometimes you just have to win, even if it is a small victory! Ready for the challenge, your up just hit the ball not the cars! Favorite games? Easy.. Deal no Deal, Space Invaders and the water shooting zombie thing. That is alot of fun. Honestly, Im an easy target trying to hide while wife and kids aim for the kill. Kids adore the fun zone, and they love you for picking up the foam balls to shoot you oh Im out hey you go get more balls so I can shoot and Pizzzzza! Bye!

Wanted to take my girls out for a fun evening and not break the bank. This place was perfect! The putt-putt course is a must. Creative design with enough difficulty to keep everyone busy. Laser tag and a laser maze we also fun. Great games you play with a card and the tickets are applied electronically which is convenient. We had a blast.

The balls for babies needs to be cleaned. Birthday party staff should be trained to smile its a party after all. Just no interaction with the children at all.

Many games didnt work after taking the money off the card to play. It was not managed very well. Some of the staff was avoiding the customers. It was still fun .

Love taking the kiddos here. They always keep it clean and always keep new games coming in. Food is good and reasonably priced. The only thing Ive ever had a problem with is they wont let you bring in one gift for your kid if you dont rent a party room. I understand that they would like to make the $150 but we normally have a birthday party for our kids on the weekend. So if one of their birthdays falls on a week night we like to let them here and let them open a present. Well when we took our 6 yr old up on his birthday the young man at the counter told us to take the present back to the car. I get they cant have people coming up and having a whole big party at one of the tables in the dinning area but one present isnt gonna cause any problems.

I took my son here to Family Fun Center when he was little now I get to take my grandson. We played against each other in several games, I think Ive lost my touch though because he beat me at most of the games. it was nice to get away for a little while and do something fun with him. They have made lots of changes to the games they have but they do still have some of the classic arcade games.

Has been a fun place to take the kids for many years. Mini golf is fun an the kid zone in the back is a blast for any kids. If you go frequently keep your card or your charged a dollar for a new one. Prizes cost quite a few tickets.

This place is fun but if you have older kids expect to be done in 45 minutes. Me and my kiddo hit this place up and we were done having fun within 45 minutes! Dont get me wrong it is fun place to take your kids but its a time killer not quite an afternoon of fun. This also a great place to through birthday parties for smaller kids. It should be bigger!

Extremely clean and fun place for the children

We had our 9 year old daughters birthday party here this year and she had a blast. We chose to use the party room first with the pizza and cake, then do the organized events, and finally let them have at the arcade areas. She and her friends all had so much fun, and most of the parents commented later that their kids fell asleep on their way home.

Tons of games!!! Love how many games there is to choose from. Staff is all teens however, so service is not so great. As they are talking or dont know what to do.

We went to Family Fun Center on the last day of school for seniors in Pasco a couple of weeks ago. We started out with putt-putt. The course looks like it could have been nice at one point, but the water all around was dark green and dank. There was a bloated dead turtle floating in the pond. We worked our way around, and near the end, there was a dead bird in the middle of one of the courses. It was dried out like it had been there a while. I have never seen a dead animal on a course, much less two. I told the employee at the window, and he just kind of shrugged and said thank you. It didnt seem like he cared at all. I didnt even finish the course. I would give it one star for the putt-putt, but I am giving them two, seeing that we did not even go inside. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But... the outside was so gross that we just left. We didnt want to chance what was on the inside, much less get food or drinks from a place that had bloated dead critters on their main attraction.

Always a fun place to visit no matter your age! Friendly staff and always a clean atmosphere. Also good value for your money and the food actually tastes good. This has been a joy since I was little and its still fun for my children now that Im grown. Weve also had several birthday parties here and have never been disappointed.

The last time I visited here was back in 2015. It was my best friends birthday, and we were celebrating his birthday at this arcade. There were lots of games to play, the pizza was delicious, and the employees were nice! I wish to visit here as often as I wish, but I live on the north side of Lakeland.

This was a perfect activity for a cold windy day. My two boys who normally get done with a place in 30 to 45 min are on their 2nd hour of playtime. The indoor jungle gym is 5 bucks for 4 and younger 7 for older but it is well worth it. There is a network of jungle gyms and slides with plenty of space to run. A small ball put and climbing wall for little ones. And air blown ball shooters on pirate ships that all the kids love. The price of food and drinks was very reasonable. Nachos and pretzels 1.99. Drinks 1.49. 10 pizza 3.99 Etc. The staff was very friendly as well. Theyve covered all the bases to a great experiences, good prices, good food & entertainment, & good customer service.

The pirate ship in funtasia where you shoot the foam balls was the best part. As an immature father of two boys, this made for hours of fun and laughter! Thumbs up to the fun engineers on that project!

Had a great time with miniature golf. Didnt get to check out the rest of the facility. No issues or complaints but also nothing positive that stuck out in regards to customer service or anything, which is why I rated 4 stars. (5* should mean over and beyond expectations, better than competitors)
