Had a great burger there. I asked for a burger that wasnt one the menu. The waiter told me no problem. It came out just as I ordered. Very tasty. Fries were bottomless and good. Had a great lunch!

Always friendly staff. Prices high, get a 30% off coupon from their website and show it on your phone. That will give you a good price.

They generally have what you need, and are usually clean and organized. Just expect to wait in line for a little bit. Nothing crazy.

This large craft store has a good variety of supplies for different needs. To me, this is the best art store for painters, lots of selection for paint brushes and canvas, even sketch books. Their supplies for bakers, jewelry makers, and scrapbookers are also extensive. The Michaels app provides useful coupons.

I always love shopping at Michaels. They have such an amazing variety of everything you can imagine. I bought these beads during one of their fantastic sales, as well as some foam and magnets and googly eyes for a potty training chart for my toddler and a model wooden car and a paddle ball he can color himself! They have so many gorgeous already crafted items as well and I always look forward to shopping there.

Was amazed they were open...not all the shelves were full but sure was nice to be able to go in and get some stuff for a project!

Great for small scale crafts or specialty crafts. Can be very pricy depending on the project you are working on. I suggest looking for coupons on RetailMeNot or signing up on their website for coupons before shopping here or wait for a promotion on the specific items you need. I purchased 2 medium sized custom frames with matting and it was over $400... About a month later they ran a 40% off custom frames...

I love this store. Get into their rewards program and get extra coupons. I always find more than I was looking for, especially new craft and decorating ideas.

This store is definitely more geared to decoration and crafts than fine arts. Some items in fine arts are available, but choices are scarce.I do like the variety of yarn. Im a personal fan of their charisma line.Customer service is good here, and they do their very best to prevent long lines.In my experience, when there is a hold up, it is usually due to the customer, not the cashier.

Ive always been an artist so of course I love any art supply store the Lakeland Michaels is especially good because theres a lot of floor manager and regular manager there that will do whatever they can to make your experience a better experience. Ive also seen many times and work with you to attempt to get your prices as low as possible. Great selection and you get way more help than at Hobby Lobby

Probably one of my least favorite stores. They are so disorganized and the customer service is terrible.Ive have been in there no less than 4 times with buggies and get to the register to only be told go to the other line that is 4-5 deep (im closed).Im not doing anything, Im leaving have fun putting the full cart back up.The manager could care less, she even shut down on me on one of those visits and what makes me made is they dont even apologize or call for help!! Poor customer service no problem Ill spend my money elsewhere.SHOPPERS beware!!

Im not sure if they deserve one star. I waited in line for 35 minutes this morning and yesterday it was 20 minutes and they forgot the cheese on the egg mcmuffin which made it dry and little taste. I go there because its close to my work and the only drive through open. Im done going there now.

Check your receipt, twice Ive had a woman not use my coupon, but didnt tell me or give the coupon back. If the item doesnt let you use a coupon, let the customer know. I would have used the coupon on something else. The 2nd time I went back to the store and the manager handled it well, she has excellent customer service skills.

This is a good store to find many different crafting materials and specialty items. I have one complaint and that is that they overprice a lot of floral arrangements and some items. I have worked at craft stores before so I know the real price for the overpriced items and arrangements.

Theyve changed their layout to where its not as cluttered like before. Quickly found what I needed and checked out the Halloween decor while there. Lots of new stuff.

Halloween is here and Michaels has all of the decorations. Very friendly staff. The store is clean and stocked well.

Even on a casual drop by I get way too tempted to start a million hobbies. I seriously almost bought a toy loom made for young kids that was on sale just to make my own work laniards (the sale price made the loom cheaper than a box of laniards!). Tinkerers beware.

It was a bit dirty which Ive rarely seen at any Michaels and the selection was somewhat smaller. Ill probably go back but only if I absolutely have to.

Michaels is my favorite craft store. They always have useful sales and great coupons. I just wish the staff was more knowledgeable. I had a bunch of sale items as well as a 15 dollar item. I used a 40% off coupon and it took off 40 cents. The woman was arguing with me that it DID take off the 40 cent coupon. I ended up not buying the item.

Staff is always friendly when I come here. During my last visit, the coupon I had was not valid but they offered another one that they had available. Some items can be a bit pricey but utilizing the coupons is a huge help! Store is also very clean and organized.

The worse framing I have ever had. Frames did not have correct wire hangers. Person said I forgot to tell you. The matting was not even on both side and top/bottom.: awful. Would not recommend especially at prices charged. Surely better options in Lakeland.
