Loved the concert we went to, very disappointed with the venue.First, I will acknowledge that when we bought tickets it was for the Hutton Brickyards and the venue changed. My husband attempted to email and find out if there were seats here as we live out of state and have never attended a show here. He got a non-answer, to which he responded and never heard back. For the record, there are only seats. Two points that made this a terrible experience- you cannot bring any food or drink (including WATER) into the theater. Ive been to some upscale historic theatres and even they allow water, so this was ridiculous in my opinion. Also, there was nothing stating we couldnt take pictures or record sections of the show on our tickets, but this is a rule of the venue. And they employees were absolutely savage about it. So much that it was disturbing our ability to watch the show & they werent addressing us as we werent attempting to record anything.Definitely would not go back as there are better options.Lord Huron did put on an amazing show and Id love to see them again.... anywhere else.

Beautiful building. Third time attending an event there. Very nice staff. Comfortable seating. Better parking facilities would be nice. I do understand these were public lots.

This review is of the venue for a live music performance, not the band which was amazing (lord huron)! However the venue left a lot of be desired for a live music show. Im sure it would be better for movies, opera, comedy show, etc where you would be sitting. However the theater style seating is not very conducive for live music where you wanna be on your feet, maybe moving around/dancing, etc. Cant really move around too much in the seats and for people who like to get up close its a real bummer unless you can grab the front row. Also no alcohol in the seating area, you can only drink at the entrance which was kinda weird and again not a great atmosphere for live music. The band was originally supposed to perform elsewhere which would probably have been better suited. I doubt I would ever attend another music show here (unless theres absolutely no other way to see a favorite band).

This place has a great venue of shows to offer. Last night I saw comedian Lewis Black. I was a great show for a very reasonable price. This place does alot of charity works for people and kids that are interested in the theater arts.Staff is mostly volunteers that do a great job. They are overly pleasant and helpful. This May, Frankie Valle and the 4 Seasons will be performing here. This is probably the 6th time Ive enjoyed a show here. The only negative thing I can say is the parking is not always close, but they do have attendents that stay until the last person leaves.I highly recommend that you see a show here. You wont be disappointed.

This venue is very nice, its historic, and very clean and well maintained. Parking was right next door if you get there early enough. I only had an issue with the seats, very narrow and uncomfortable. And if your snadwiched in the middle its tough to get up and out for restroom breaks.

I went to the UPAC in Kingston, NY to see the Steve Miller Band along with Marty Stewart. Both bands were great and the acoustics of this venue were very good. This place was fully staffed with people to help you find your seat. They have a bar if you are into that kind of thing.Everyone was friendly even when they told you not to video the performers with your cell phone. This reviewer had a great time and will return to see another show soon.

Always have a good time no matter what type of event. Good acoustics and seating means theres truly not a bad seat in the house. Recent renovation work as well as facility updates have only added to the overall experience in a positive way. Look forward to many more shows at this local landmark venue.

Beautiful interior! The staff were friendly and the view from seats was clear. This was our first time attending an event at this venue and would definitely return for future events! The parking can become overcrowded, but luckily there are residential areas where you can park and walk for a few minutes, not terribly far. There is also one or two local eateries if you are looking for a quick, cheap bite.

Went to see Whose Line is it Anyway? I have been to UPAC many times before for music acts, which were generally awesome. I couple things were wrong about one. The sound just wasnt clear, which is tough when the show is based on quick wit, puns and other things you must hear to enjoy. Also, sitting on row U in the orchestra, I found myself at the same level and directly behind the gentleman in front of me. He wasnt especially tall and Im not especially short, but I couldnt see 80% of the stage. Great show nevertheless, and I will still return for awesome acts (just avoiding that same seat/row).

Nice smaller sized theater. Saw a comedy show. Long lines to get in since they scanned, searched bags and locked up everyones phone. Plenty of staff around to unlock phones and keep the line flowing to leave. Parking lot attendants kept order while parking and leaving the lot. A pleasant experience.

My husband and I brought our two younger children children here to see The Nutcracker, and we all had a wonderful time. The theater itself is just the right size to see the show from everywhere.
