This was our first time at sky zone and we will return, at least for my 6 year old son. the toddler part is very limited but my 2 year old still had fun. kristen that checked us in was super nice!!!!

Fun place for kids birthday parties. I purchased a birthday package and spent 450 dollars. I s not happy about the cost considering I got 3 pizzas and some veggies. I provided the cake and only had 10 kids attend. Kids had fun. The thing that really had me was they expect a tip at the end.

I have had very experiences going here. The staff here, for the most part, are great. The prices here are fair, and my favorite part is that there is no arcade or video games!! This means just plain old exercising and playing!! Good old fashioned fun!! Love it

Some really nice workers like Tyler, Jeremy, Caleb, and Jordan and one other whose name I cant remember. Theres one worker who is always rude but I cant remember his name. Aside from that it is a really fun place

I had my sons 10th birthday party there last night. The young men working and helping with the party were both Great! They literally did Everything and kept all the kids together and intertained the whole time! I would definitely recommend throwing a party here. If you do the party on a Friday you get a discount:) Also if any kids have sky passes you don’t have to include them as part of the party and can save $ that way!

A littlr too expensive for what they offer and a little crowded but they do have a limit but it seems it stays full. Overall pretty decent for kids and they even had a few trampoline areas for toddlers. My favorite was the basketball hoop trampoline

Love this place. My son had his birthday here with 18 of his friends. The event was organized, fun and well handled with that many kids. Our host did a fantastic job! This place is clean, safe and professional. Most of all its fun and healthy! Highly recommend!!!!

My 2 kids and their friend all decided to take a trip to Skyzone because of one of my sons can drive now, I thought it was a good idea to let them out of the house and get some fresh air. But oh boy, was that a bad idea. My kids came home and instead of being happy with smiles on their faces, they came through the door with sad faces and looked at me in disappointment. I didnt even have to ask them what happened, they all started talking say how mean and angry the workers where today, and it was the probably the worst Skyzone trip they have ever had. One of the workers they pointed out and said how he repeatedly yelled at them and even threatened to call a manager to the jump area because my 2 kids where caught standing on the orange pad at the dodge ball court. They described this worker saying he was tall with super long blondish hair. But this trip wasnt all negative, because the other workers there were great they said. Such as Caleb, Jeremy, Tyler, and Brooke. Hopefully I can send my kids to Skyzone next time to have a fun time instead of a bad one.

The place itself in Kingston is fun and has cool stuff but the experience really depends on the staff, and it’s a 50/50 Chance if it gets ruined or not. Some of the staff are really nice and cool, while the others are seemingly uptight and rude for almost no reason.I went there once with a couple of friends on a Sunday when it was almost completely dead inside skyzone, maybe only 6-7 other jumpers were there in total. Me and my small group of friends were on the hoops going for all different kinds of shots, having fun and alley-ooping each other for dunks, etc. We were also shoving each other around, clearly joking around because we knew each other. It’s also worth noting we were alone at the hoop, just our group of friends. For whatever reason the worker kept hounding us and telling us to stop assaulting each other, and letting us alley oop each other. I understand the rules are to keep everyone safe, but there was no everyone. It was literally just our group of friends on the hoop so we all know each other, and plus we all signed waivers so that wouldn’t put skyzone at fault even if we did get hurt. We figured whatever, maybe this worker is bored and looking for something to do or having a bad day, we didn’t think anything of it.We then went to the zip line area which once again was entirely dead. We were fighting each other on the jousting bar thing and throwing the foam cubes at each other (no other kids were here, and we were all at the jousting arena not making a mess). All of a sudden maybe a minute later the original worker appears at the jousting area and starts calling us out and saying it was our “last warning” and that he was going to call our families (because our families would definitely care we were throwing foam cubes at each other in a near empty skyzone with no one else near us, right?). We thought he was joking so we took it with a grain of salt, but it was whatever. After that we went to the dodgeball where there was a whopping 2 other kids who looked similar in age to us. Despite everybody in dodgeball wanting to make the teams those 2 kids versus our group of friends, the worker refused. After one game a few more kids showed up and in our second game I threw a ball that unintentionally hit somebody in the head and the worker (entirely different one to last situation) stopped the game to see who did it, and went on a massive spiel on how that was very poor sportsmanship and if it happened again nobody would play dodgeball and everyone would have to leave. The kid wasn’t even hurt and continued playing is the funny part.Overall that was not a very good experience that day. I’ll still continue to go since like I said skyzone is a very fun place with friends but hopefully I don’t have to see or deal with that god awful worker again. Just a general piece of advice for anyone who goes, just be careful with what you do as some workers are great and nice and make the experience awesome, while others like to enforce the rules to the T, to the point of compromising the whole skyzone experience. Only reason I gave 1 star is because of the sometimes strict and uptight workers.

I got the annual pass for Christmas and theyre just the best!

Its clean & the staff is friendly & helpful & my kids love it. The only thing I hate is my youngest cant jump with my oldest & I cant jump with either of them. I get why they have this rule in place so that no one gets hurt but it still stinks.

Kids had a blast and were sweaty and tired after. Definitely get the groupon since its a bit pricey otherwise.

If you have been to launch or altitude this place doesn’t compare. Too many rules and people watching your every move. Everything is separated by age so if you have different aged children they can’t even jump together. I’m a rule follower but I felt like I was getting yelled out ever move I made. My kids were basically afraid to do anything because they were so obnoxious. Never going back.

At sky zone Kingston I met a very nice employee Christian. Sky zone is just a great place in general. I used to go to altitude, but when I found sky zone I decided I will never go back there. It is affordable and great for people of all ages.

It was cool until the toddler time changed from 2 hours to 1.

So good, we got the 365 day pass and visit almost weekly. Lots to do, great way to spend a rainy day, great for birthday parties, too.

While the facility and the setup for birthday parties is great, I really dont know whats up with the front desk staff. I showed up to check my son in for a birthday party and stood in the group line which was empty and had no one at the counter....while the regular line was also empty and we had three workers staring at us for about 3 minutes, that is when they werent playing with their phones. I finally went over to ask someone for help and the girl just blankly looked at me and said oh you need to go back into the group party line. I then had to stand there for another minute with my son until someone finally came over to help us. Whatever process they have for trying to check people in really isnt working. Once youre in its fine, but not a good impression.

With the many activities to do around Kingston, this is by far one of the better places to go. The are a multitude of games for your kids to play, such as just jumping around to a hard obstacle course. There is also a very popular Dodge ball that can be found there to. The service is great, and the pricing is ok. They do have food there, but I just suggest you buy food from the nearby food court. The quality of the trampolines are great, and I have never heard of one breaking. They also have a great sound system there, (bose). This is a quality place to go to.

Kids live it. The ninja warrior park is great.

Super fun place but they do need to be up to date on health allergies when it comes to latex allergies.. they truly need to look into this.. also on there contract it’s states you can not go bare foot but was told to my child would have too because of latex allergy please find an alternative pair of socks for people to purchase.Medical doctors do not suggested putting your socks over a Skyzone latex socks. They do make slip proof socks that are latex free... with all the latex allergies out there you might want to look into these.

We just want to say how much we enjoyed Sky Zone for my daughters party. Our host Hannah was so wonderful from start to finish. Every single staff member was kind and went out of their way to make it such a fun, safe, and wonderful experience. They cheered the girls up the new climbing wall like the greatest cheerleaders. Thank you for making my daughters day even more special!

Awful experience. I was repeatedly told I couldn’t play with my own kids because I am older . Typically parents are older than their kids when time paradoxes aren’t involved. So great place to go if you don’t want to have any fun at all.

Brought my three children here for a birthday party and was impressed with the facility. All of the different areas provided plenty of fun for the kids. They jumped, bounced, climbed, and jousted their way to exhaustion.The place was clean and the workers overseeing everything were fair and friendly. We will be back.

I went there a few times with the kids, and they like the trampolines and ninja warrior stuff. My only complaint is that it is always crowded when we go.

Workers dont enjoy their occupation but instead some at the bar flirt and dont pay attention to the extremely long line ahead of them. However the employees at the check in were nice and on task. I would come here again as it is a fun experience for friends. Trampolines make you fly a lot higher than you would think and might become a safety issue. Prices bit expensive but very fun!

My son had an amazing time for his birthday party. All the kids did. Ryan our party host was awesome so attentive and right on whatever we needed. I would definitely have a party there again.

I usually love sky zone but one employee blew his very high pitched whistle In my ear and I said something but he just laughed. And he kept doing it again and again! Very bad experience! Also my friend was just standing on the trampoline for just one second and the lady said she would have to bounce or rest somewhere else. And that would usually be fine but she literally just caught her breath and the lady was very rude.

Great for kids all ages

Fun place overall but not managed properly. Areas are not labeled clearly leading to confusion about where Group A jumpers are allowed outside the toddler jump section. We went this week when there were groups with children who have special needs however they had very little supervision from staff or any parents/guardians. This led to one child holding mine down on a trampoline and slapping her on the head repeatedly until she was screaming. Staff did nothing to stop this and instead spoke disparagingly to me about having my child in the wrong (unlabeled) part. They told me the “kids have autism and are here all the time and do this all the time”. If kids are being violent repeatedly, why are they allowed back? And without any supervision? My daughter is now scared to go back. Seems to be commonplace with Skyzone’s all over the country, would give 0 stars if I could.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the Kingston location. I had trouble with the locker. I put $1.50 in TWICE, and couldnt get the key out. I went and asked for help and foundout it wasnt working, and just eating quarters. Tessa helped me move to a new locker, and then later i didnt realize that you cant go back in without it relocking (which i think should be changed because that makes no sense), and went to put my glasses away. I only had one quarter, as it ate my money before. I explained to Tessa that I didnt realize, and was out of quarters from the locker prior. Tessa was extreamly nice, fast, and extreamly understanding of my situation. I am writing this review mainly because of her, and how great her customer service skills are. Hope to go back again!

An overall bad time at this “Sky Zone”. I was going for a night on the town with the boys and Kevin suggested that we go to Sky Zone for fun. What we found there was the antithesis of fun. The staff were rude and judgeful towards us and Kevin’s, quote, “atrocious dodge ball skills” and they let their friends into the park for free, ignoring their rule breaking shenanigans. I feel as though the foam pit was repulsive in the fact that Steven found multiple bandages and Kevin contracted some sort of skin disease, known as “tuberculosis.” At the end of the Knight 4 our of ten of my chums went home with some negative loss. And also, our group found a crack pipe in the foam pit.Sincerely,Me

If youre looking for a place to go as a family this is not the place for you! That being said it might be ok if your child is going with a group of friends in the same age group. However for us with a wide variety of ages ranging from 1-50 we spent our entire time there being told we had to stay away from each other. The kids couldnt jump with their cousins due to the age gaps. The baby had to stay alone in a caged pen. The adults werent allowed to jump with their children. The adults werent allowed to play dodgeball at all. When we asked if we could set up a private game with just our family the poor girl told us she wished she could but her manager would be so mad at her of she did that. Several of the staff members were very nice with explaining the rules to us and others, or one guy in particular was just outrageously rude. They should just amend their rule board to one bullet point. Dont have fun.

Great overall fun

Launch and altitude have so much more to offer for a better price. Very dissapointed, the kids were bored within 10 minutes and they separated the kids so they werent in the same group. Also other places allow skyzone socks but they wont except socks from other places!! Socks are for them to make money not for safety. Dont waste your time or money.

I had an awful time. This establishment was very over priced. It was extremely dirty and i found multiple bandaids in my hair and skin after jumping into the foam pit. The most disappointing thing in my experience is how rude everyone was to me and how properly treated i was. Also i believe i now have lice. If you are reading this i highly suggest u never go here. #nasty #runaway

My 8 yr old is at Skyzone Kingston. They have a new WarriorCourse & Challenge Zone that is so much fun! This is the ninja warrior course he has been looking for! Super fun. He is having a blast running from dodgeball games & back to this new zone. Also has a WarpedWall! Will be back!

9 year old loved it, wore him out!

This is not a great place for toddlers under the age of two. Adults are not allowed in the trampoline area. They must stay behind the netting. You cant help your toddler jump or bounce on the mat, even though the weight limit is 300 pounds. It is a very small section - only 4 mats. The pictures shown on their website with the foam blocks is for the older children. Dont waste your money.

It was good until my friend hurt herself

My grandson loves to go play in the sky zone of kingston! so I took my grandson to play between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. today November 25 and we were very disappointed, they announced that everyone who was with the letter B could participate in games coordinated by an employee, so my grandson went to the line and when it was time for my grandson to jump; employee did not let him jump simply looked changed to another activity! and for the second time my grandson went to the line and tried to play and again when it came his turn the employee named QUEEN again ignored my grandson, I politely called him and asked him to let my grandson jump up the spaghetti. the boy simply took the arm of my grandson and took him to an area where he had no children. This is not correct. He was not treated like the other children. The staff just ignore him;very sad !

This place absolutely sucked. If you are looking for a fun time you might want to try shoving your fingers in a blender before going to this 3rd rate, smelly, poorly staffed, and all around over priced funless hell hole. The socks they make you pay for are more of a safety hazard than anything else. The staff was completely rude and ignorant. I tried discussing issues of the staff with the manager and she was completely unhelpful and it seemed the only words of the English language that she could speak were Im sorry to hear that. I felt completely unappreciated as a customer and would like the owners of the overall company to take a severe look at these hooligans they are hiring. They have a lot of work to do if they want people to actually enjoy themselves. So the words I have for anyone who would actually think about visiting needs to look for a different place to go.

I was completely unimpressed with everything about this place. The staff is rude. My 3 year old has autism but loves trampolines. I figured this would be a great place to take him. I tried to help him on the trampoline just for a minute while MAY I MIND YOU he was the ONLY one in there and this staff member told me I could help my son then another young man apart of the staff came over and told me I couldnt help my son who has special needs. My son shouldnt be able to jump too? Im disgusted and I shouldve asked for my money back. I wouldnt take your kids here if they have any type of issue. They dont accommodate for that.
