Gorgeous place, me and my crew mates shot a mini movie here called something in the woods, we heard a owl! We also saw blue jays flying, we went down to the beach to end it, it went well. This park is amazing and we hike on it every day.

My favorite place. Since Im working from home I come here almost every day to practice guitar after work.

There are excellent views of the Long Island Sound and the Nissequogue River. There are walking trails in the woods and along Sunken Meadow creek. You can if you want hike over the creek to Sunken Meadow SP beach.The inner parking in season requires a Smithtown Resident Permit. There are launching ramps for boats with floating docks. In season there are restrooms available with attendant.

My favorite place to unwind! This is a little haven in kings park. My kids and I come here to watch the sunset and just chill out after dinner some nights. Also been here during the day and had a great time fishing, in the water and just relaxing.

This is one of my favorite spots! Serene, quiet, beauuuuuutiful views, love the trails. I recommend wearing pants if youre hiking (keeps the ticks off)...Highly recommended and best kept secret!

Biked there from syosset train station, after a few miles was a beautiful site to see! will hopefully go back in nicer weather!

This is one of my favorite places to relax, walk, take photos, etc... has an amazing view and looks different every time, its very safe, people are polite, sunsets from here look stunning, has hiking trails that lead you to Sunken Meadow, you can see Short Island very close on the other side. Lots of nature. Perfect to meditate. Perfect place for Fishing.

The bluff place is a great place to get out and take in the sights. My family enjoyed picking up sheiks and eating in the shallow waters by the sound. We also had fun relocating ahead of the off tide. There is plenty of space to spread out but still do some people watching.

Beautiful place to watch the sunset tonight. Ive been coming here for over 25 years to enjoy the nature, beach, and to watch the dogs run around and have the time of their life, and Im not even a dog owner. Love this place!

Peaceful and beautiful, especially at sunset. Great for boating and kayaking. Access to Nissequog river. Be careful of dangerous currents at times other than low tide! Must be Town of Smithtown resident to visit.

Serene....calming...quiet...beautiful view of the sound

Beautiful place for the family and dogs BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL allowing your kids to swim by themselves. The current from the river and the sound will suck them in seconds. The water becomes very deep all the sudden and the current will not let you get out. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to hangout and walk around. It has a trail off of it to hike on. You can just sit on a bench and enjoy the view. You can fish or launch a watercraft from there. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

I had the greatest hikes on this park, sweat like crazy, totally recommend to go enjoy the view while walking, biking, running, what ever you prefer. Beautiful view. For sure going back again.

Beautiful hike all year round the views from the bluff are amazing and the lower beach trail is really nice too lots of birds to watch as well no dogs allowed from April 1st to September 30th which is kind of a bummer

Great place to watch the sunset, or to go for a hike. Its about a total of 5 miles to Sunken Meadow park and back. Not too steep, and its a very nice view. One of my favorite spots to relax.

If you ever wanted a serene yet beautiful place to go to when u just want to be by yourself for an hour or so and relax, then this is the place. Beautiful elevated view of the harbor entrance into Kings Park from the LI Sound. Park your car or motorcycle and just enjoy the views, or you can walk along the trails in the Bluffs and get some awesome cardio exercise !!!!! There is a nice restaurant there too if u want lunch or dinner, and the boat launch is also there for your boat or waverunner.

Lovely views, we went on a hike/walk with LI Dog at Nissauqagh State Park in Kings Park . It was cold and windy but also lovely.

Beautiful place to sit, relax and take in beautiful Long Island!

Only complaint, restaurant is closed!!

I grew up here , swim across the Nisseaquouge river to short beach camping or flying kites, spent many a day going out on our boats. Here is our play land!! You couldnt ask for a better place to grow up !! Fishing , boating , canoeing, kayaking and yes even the occasional rope swing along the riverbank!! This is how we did summer!!

Get here by hiking the shore from Sunken Meadow. Enjoy the view of the Sound. Watch the gulls. Then hike back to your car through the woods.

Ive only come here twice, but I liked it. I walked the trail partially and it seemed like it would be nice during spring and/or summer

Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of options for hiking, beach walking, fishing, sunbathing, boating or just playing around. There are benches in the shade to enjoy the views, lots of docks to explore with the kids and overall a great atmosphere for a summer afternoon.

This is a great place for fishing, hiking, boating, or just strolling the beach and enjoying the warm summer sun. I came here often when I was a kid and have so many excellent sentimental memories of this place! However, there arent many good restaurants nearby .

This place hasnt changed in years , its just as beautiful now as it was 35 years ago !!!
