One thing I appreciated about this store was the care and love you felt from right when you stepped in. Had a fantastic experience with Ali and Tamarah. We found the perfect piece at Orca.

My wife and I stopped in on a cruise, happened to walk in the store. The owners were very understanding of the budget we had to work with if we were to buy anything. They were not pushy at all, informed us of the options of payment plans, etc. Best of all, if we said, no or not today to something, they simply said, okay. let us know if you change your mind, and left it there. We walked through other jewelry stores, and the workers were constantly in your face, trying to force you to buy the most expensive piece in the store, didnt understand the word no; not this place. Orca Jewels made great recommendations for jewelry, and we ended up getting a reversible necklace (silver one side, gold on the other) and a set of pendant, earrings, and ring, all with Northern Lights Topaz, all for under $200. I love this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I purchased a ring made from a local Haida artist and a turquoise bracelet at Orca. Lavin, the owner, was very helpful and gave me a great price on both pieces. I have actually worn my ring every day since purchasing it in September 2014!

Bought a morganite and diamond ring at Orcas Jewels in Ketchikan on 28 May. The ring has only been on my finger for a couple of hours, and already lost one of the diamonds. Poor quality! How am I supposed to get it fixed?
