Took a machine sewing class with Rebecca. I love that Ashley set up the center close to the state line. So people from both KCK & KCMO can easily attend a workshop. The center is wonderfully setup and a great addition to the neighborhood.

I recently took a visible mending workshop at KCTAC and absolutely loved it! The space is so beautiful and clean, and many of the tools and materials you need are provided for you. With their excellent social distancing protocols I felt very safe and comfortable; everything was sanitized ahead of time, there was hand sanitizer provided, masks were required and classes were limited to four participants to give everyone enough space. Ashley was an incredible instructor and very knowledgeable, in addition to teaching a bunch of general techniques she also offered a lot of advice that was specifically tailored to the individual items and projects that we brought with us. I can’t wait until the next class is announced, I will be signing up immediately!
