The aquarium itself was great and the people were very friendly.However DO NOT PAY FOR ONLINE PHOTOS. The site used, picsolve, is a joke. I got 4 pictures and the site will not allow me to download them, moreover after 2 weeks of trying to get a response I still have not heard anything back. Ive sent so many emails that have actually blocked me from sending more This email has exceeded the threshold of the same sender and subject  thats the direct quote from the customer service auto-reply and thats the only reply Ive received so far. Further, the customer service doesnt even have a sea life KC option to choose from in their drop down list. Really poorly done job by that company. From what I understand their app doesnt work either.Enjoy the experience but be sure to take plenty of pics on your own and dont waste money paying for something that wont be delivered.

Love the aquarium. Great place to take the family.
