Played the Disc Golf course here. It was great! Easy to find your disc and a mixture of easy and challenging holes.

Clean, with parks so popular with cool whether it was big enough for a lot of people to be there without being crowded.Splash pad was clean and fun as well. Lots of options for kids.Surrounding area was nice! Would def recommend

Well maintained, beautiful natural landscaping and easy access. Very picturesque. Disk course is a nice mix of short and long, easy and challenging drives. Very nice large playground for the kids close enough to walk or can drive to it with free spacious parking. Restroom facilities at both the disk course and the playground.

Great place to take your kids. They did a great job upgrading this park from when I was a kid. There is a water area that kids can play at, a park located nearby, a well kept baseball field, a decent Frisbee golf course, and a boat launch site if you want to go down the river and do some fishing.

This is directly behind the splash pad area. Plenty of parking. Nice, clean playground and swings for kids of all ages. Small sidewalk that goes all around the playground for parents to walk while watching their little ones. Nicely shaded which is a huge plus for the summertime. It has a shaded picnic area with plenty of tables and an extra separate building for bathrooms. Open space next with trees where my kids liked playing hide n seek.

Love the water.it was nices.sitting feeling the wined blow..was nice.and it was peaceful. And can bring your pet..also have a deck to walk on..and dirt trails to walk down...and was able to take some nice photos

Grate place for all the little ones. I bring my little boy there every day almost everyone is always friendly and always other kids there for my little one to run around with

The new park is awesome! I just wish all the swings for the babies were higher. So when you swing the taller people dont get their feet stuck also the toddler chairs with the harness could be put a little higher too so their feet dont hit the ground when they try to swing.

Nice playground for the kids with a splash pad. Other side has some nice open spaces and frisby golf course. Trash was minimal and grounds looked well taken care of.

Parents to kids gave me the stink eye when I went to cool off in the cool water. Its not just for kids people.

Its a great place to take your children to or to go alone and clear your head

This is a great little splash pad!! Theres also a playground but it wasnt open yet- Im assuming it got damaged during the hurricane or they just wanted to update it The bathrooms were real toilets and super clean. The door locks werent mounted at the right level, so they didnt work. The toilet paper rolls are difficult to get to roll.There are water fountains!Some of the splash pad parts are interactive and my kids loved it!

Loved playing the disc golf course, seems like a great park besides it as well! Kiddos splashing in the water park seemed to be having a blast!

Im going to miss this place. My sons very first real experience with playing in a park. He loved the splash pad and would throw a fit as I carried him away from here. Its clean! The only thing Id say is you have to be careful where you step when you go into the grass because those pesky fire ants will get you. (The photo was taken on the playground!)

Ive been coming hear for since I was 7 (Im 32 currently) best place in Jacksonville to go wander and clear you head. Watch out for those reptiles and keep our green clean!!

Great for kids, completely new playground area ( almost open) and splash pad, my kids are happy here for hours. Also bathrooms with outside showers to get sand and dirt off.Also features disc golf and trails by the river.

Very clean and well maintained. The facilities here are also in good condition [bathrooms water fountains etc.]

While the park is very nice, it has the best disc golf course in town!!! A full 18 holes with a full compliment of shots needed to excel. Definitely check this out!!

I like the variety of terrain here! Peaceful walks in the wooded area.

My family has gone to Northeast Creek Park since we moved here. Its within walking distance so it made it easy to walk the dog to the park and walk the trails near the river. The new playground has been a favorite of our son as well. Makes for a great Saturday morning routine to walk to the park, let the pup run around and then go over to the playground and let our son play.

Great splash pad but tends to be crowded. Seems to be very well maintained and clean despite the crowds. The new handicap accessible park is very nice. My daughter loved all of the features. Definitely a great park for kids.

This park has it all! Splash area for the kids. Swings and slides. Nature trail. Frisbee Golf. Boat ramps.

This is where me and my husband run/walk. We go there 3 times a week. Its very pretty and always a bunch a squirrels you can watch. There are some trails and a ball field.

Really didnt seem like there were very many different water features in the splash pad but there was enough to keep the age group there busy. A new playground is really nice looking but it is not open yet. The old tan playground is in the distance behind the new colorful one.

I was visiting my grandsons. This park is so nice. My son and his wife take the kids there frequently.

I helped build the bath house, so you guys can have as much fun as my son did.

Very clean, a nice place for the kids to play. There is a water feature there that the kids really enjoy. The picnic area was in really good shape and the bathroom was well stocked and clean.

I love the place... I play disc golf with two guys sometimes three guys every single Saturday and we always enjoy yourselves its free its fun and its challenging... Theres a splash pad for kids across the street great fishing and I never see a problem over there

New playground is great! Not a lot for kids less than 2, but great variety for kids 3 and up. Lots of climbing options and various levels of slides. Interesting tactile and sound features, and even a 4-seat merry-go-round. There are 4 types of swings: 2 classic swings, 2 of the plastic molded zero-G swing chairs, a large disc swing hanging from an arch, and 2 Expression swings (I had to look it up on the manufacturers website) with a little kid seat facing a bench seat to swing face-to-face with a parent or older kid. The whole playground has a nice shredded rubber base, too.

The new playground equipment is awesome! I adore the parent & me swings for the Littles!

New playground is great. Only issue is temperature of equipment because there is no shade on it. So be careful for little ones on hot days.

Great park. Covered pavilions are great for events; there are plenty of trees to picnic under, a nice new playground, ballpark, disc golf course, a boat ramp, and a trail for walks along the water.

Splash pad, ball fields, nature trail,and most importantly the boat ramp. The city has done a great job keeping it all up.

Great park, has a very interesting set of holes. Lost a disc there a couple of times and weve always had people call us to return them. Hole 6 has a mud pit, suggest playing around it, not over it...

Great place for frisbee golf, walking the dog, nature hikes,fishing..just to name a few things. Public restroom available next to picnic area. Park is inside the city limits, close to Camp LeJuene

If your fishing use worms or live bait of some sort

Used to be an amazing path to walk by the water. After a couple hurricanes... not much left of the paths.

I lived in the area for several years and loved it. It was so convenient for my boys. They could walk right out of our back door to the park and I could watch them from my kitchen window. There was also a nice cookout shelter with grills and picnic tables. We utilize it quite often for friends & family gatherings. Not to mention the river! My neighbor and I would fish there a lot! That was the fun part of it all. The entire park always felt very safe and comfortable, even strolling the nature trailJPD has always maintained a strong presence in the area. Id recommend this park to anyone. Oh, there is tennis courts also and well-maintained restrooms. If only I still lived there!!!!

I go here every Sunday at noon to LARP with friends. Has ample space force it. Come on out if you have the time

The new Splash Pad is amazing! The only thing is, there is no shade. So I would advise bring an umbrella or something. And of course the park portion of Northeast Creek Park is always amazing and absolute classic my kids love it.

Great place for a kids birthday party. Plenty of room, and cool off in the splash pad.

I play softball here. Fields arent very good, poor dirt in the infields. Plus there is a sewage treatment facility next door, so it always has a scent to it.

Good for playing pokemon go or just enjoying yourself outside.

Great, got to see a dog training camp horns to halo. Took my german shepherd puppy and he loved it. Got to see a man fly his own drone that he made which was awesome!
