The Procter Estate is a park seemingly without an entrance. I guess it is primarly designed for local walkers. You might think that you can gain access from the soccer parking lot, but you would be incorrect. Unless youre prepared to jump a fence and bushwack thru the pucker brush you need to walk back to 1A and travle down the sidewalk until you see the trailhead. Nice pastureland topograhpy with swans.
