Clean nice trailer park but would like to see some kind of a map near the entrance so you could find where youre going easily without having to drive around

They made up excuses to get me and my family out when there are propertys that look like trash.

Definitely one of the best trailer courts in the area. Lot rent of $335.00 includes free basic cable service, grass cut, trash removal, snow removal, tree service.

Inexpensive local trailer court. Its streets are well marked and wide, however it pays to know where one can or cant park. Many of the trailers in this park are older and a bit rundown, which contributes to the somewhat seedy appearance of the park. Lots are fairly small, leaving trailers sitting close to one another.

Nice and clean they have speed signs all over for the kids to play and pet walks

Modern manor is a nice place when you come in the people are all very nice and there are no bad people hear they check y out background so if you have kids no worries if you arw leaving th em by them selves.

Clean decent trailer court. Has security and keeps everything looking fairly nice.

Has gone down hill . People have zero respect for others around here . They never turn the car stereos down at night . Boom, boom the bass . Lots of trailer break-ins and they dont tell anybody anything .How long tell the next homiside here?

You have people who yell at your customers that come in that get to use the motorized carts and told how to put them a way when finished but you guys have people to put them away I should not have to do that
