Absolutely one of the worst trailer parks you could live in Johnson county. Management is absolutely horrendous. They have a rule where only two adults can live per trailer, so if anyone has a decent size family that has more than two adults in it this place would refuse you. They have literally the worst staff when it comes to mowing the park, grass in the road, grass in your driveway, grass all over the side of your car, grass all over the side of your house.

Nice little community. Cheap place to live. Management is reasonable. You can sell back your trailer hassle free. But if there is a tornado youre screwed because you have no protection or places at the park to go

Nice area, went to visit a friend of mine. Peaceful housing location for people who love quiet atmosphere, peace of mind and heart.

Poorly managed park, lots of drug issues, and expensive rents for dumpy trailers.

Have lived here for a year and enjoy the quiet, the maintenance and responsiveness of management.

A nice and quiet place to live and grow children

They only allow two cars no parking on street and if you have kids they have to move out when they are 18 only 2 adults in house. They dont clean the streets right in the winter and they plow right onto your drive way after you have cleaned.

Lot rent went up almost 300 dollars. Some rundown old trailer homes.

Not a frendly place if you are from another country, is really Sad I leave there in 2012 and never had an issue, but things change
