There is A lot of up keep here in maintenance through all seasons. Lit roadway for night walks. Out in Country for scenic woodsy look and hearing the night sounds of the frogs, bugs pleasant to listen to. Improving all the time.

I dont hear very good things about it.

I know finding a place can be difficult to find but if you have kids of any age, I strongly recommend finding another place. There are good people living here but far more bad people and kids. Cops are seen here often. This is no place for kids

Wife used to live there. Manager is very disrespectful. Water quality is terrible very rusty. Should be shut down. Wouldnt let my worst enemy live there.

Doesnt get on work orders very fast

Moved into a disgusting trailer after being told we would get a newer 4 bed. Smelled like animal urine and had disgusting sticky walls. Make sure you take pics, and keep your check list, as they will try to keep deposit for maintenance issues from previous tenants. They wont return calls.

Bad community

I have recently moved into the area and have found that even though the rent is a little higher than I am used the places are decent and fairly maintained. good experience so far.

I wonder if the park owners are gonna replace my tierods or the road in the park 1st?

Trees cut down and left on peoples lawns. Ruts need to be filled in. Other than that I like the park. Last summer I would give it a 5

We live hear and the owner is great him and the staff always fix things when we ask most people say the water is bad will a lot of places have rusty water if u go bye the rules and pay your rent I dont see no problems so the bad reviews are crazyL
