Worldmark Indio is great. The staff is helpful and professional. The cleaning and maintenance staff are doing a very good job. Our unit is immaculate. Almost all of the guests are wearing masks. And all of the staff are wearing masks. The grounds are very well maintained.

This is a very fine full-service resort. Great destinations for families with kids. Lots to do on site with pools, barbecues, and organized activities. It’s a little bit of a drive to Palm Springs, but the entire Coachella Valley is just off the 10 freeway. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Every balcony seems to have a view. The Wi-Fi is poor if you’re planning on doing work... so plan for poor connections. Year around this is a warm location, so bring your bathings suit and comfortable clothes. It’s casual, relaxing and refreshing.

Well set up with not only nice pool area but also little streams/ ponds with ducks around and of course the iconic palm trees. Nice suites, nothing too fancy so not worthy of a 5 star but a overall nice value. Plenty of parking and some covered spots which are a nice touch in this desert. Played the golf course which was very nice and impeccably maintained

It was my first time staying in Indio. This resort exceeded all my expectations. Check in was super quick and the front desk employee was the nicest. Each building is numbered and you get to park your car on whichever building you get so unloading is very easy. The rooms are very nice and spacious, I was in a first floor room so the back led to the walkway where it had a amazing view of a lake with ducks walking by. I didn’t use the amenities because that wasn’t really our thing and with COVID we wanted to just do our own thing without being around so many people because we did notice quite a few people in the pool which is reservation only. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

The location and surrounding amenities are nice. There is a casino pretty close and a gold course as well as some restaurants adjacent. The only low side is apparently for the past 2 or so years during this time, there is a bug called the water boatmen that invades and makes swimming in the area kind of disgusting. These are live bugs swimming alongside you in the pools and there are thousands of them (all those little black specks are the water boatmen). They are everywhere, in the water, on your cars, etc.

Great place to relax. Pretty central to PS, Palm Dessert, La Quinta etc. Love having a kitchen and patio cant get that at hotel! We get out here at least 3 or 4 times a year!

I have stayed here many times. The check in is currently modified to outside due to Covid and is efficient. The pool is open, but reservations are needed. Rooms are nicely decorated. Grounds are also lovely. Location is close to shopping and casinos. All in all a great place to stay.

The 1 bedroom was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry space. Market on site. Amazing view from our room!

Great place to relax in the pool and have fun . Although social distancing was not widely practiced by other vacationing people. I walked away from those not wearing masks. If you like hiking in the sun there is a trail fir hiking about 10 minutes away by walking. Also Joshua National Park is about 40 minutes away as well. Good times!

Staff is very condescending. I was grilled thoroughly by staff multiple times if I was really an owner (I have lots of tattoos and am a brown woman so I dont fit the usual mold of people they see) . The place was a little dusty upon entry. First night here the air conditioner was not working (record breaking temperatures this weekend reaching 120 degrees). Attended a Wyndham presentation and was told upon check in that the presentation would be an hour. It took a total of 2 1/2 hours. Staff made several disingenuous comments on my body concerning my tattoos. There was one point where a staff blatantly stared at my body facing me, within 3 ft, while barring my entry into the presentation room and thought it was appropriate when I made it very clear that I am trying to walk in and was uncomfortable. I have had a total of 5 different staff make inappropriate comments about my body publicly and to my face in the cover of compliments. They were not. Staff here needs to have a competency/mindfulness training. I was fully prepared to upgrade my ownership to Silver, however these several moments with staff dissuaded me from doing otherwise. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with staff service here. However, Christian who had checked me in upon arrival was very sweet, informative, and friendly.

We always enjoy our stay. You just drive up to check-in. So much quicker. You can schedule time in the pool. Also, the weather was pretty good this weekend.

Nice place but be careful our vehicles were left on locked, thought it was a safe place, we where wrong!! Things got stolen from us!! The staff at this resort didnt even care and showed no compassion for the traumatic experience we went through. Cops and helicopters caught the guy responsible. The hills have eyes! Creepy crazy but true.

The 3 bedroom 2 bath room we got was absolutely perfect! Clean and had everything. But the seperate 2nd room I had to get which was a Studio in building 1 was clean and outdated, and I could hear every single little movement in the room next to us including every time they moved in their bed, you can hear the paper squishing of their mattress, loud footsteps of people walking past our door or on the same floor.Everything was very loud. Thin walls. Is building 1 old? Seemed completely different to building 7 where our larger room was.

Awesome resort! Ive stayed at several wyndhams, as we own timeshares with them... And this one might be my favorite so far. Super clean. The rooms are modern in design, and always feel luxurious and homie at the same time. I brought a friend with me and she couldnt believe all of the amenities in the condo - coffee, spices, dishes, utensils, washer and dryer with laundry pads, dish soap, etc.The outdoor area - even in a pandemic, were absolutely wonderful. The pool is large, and we were able to do a fairly good job of socially distancing. You have to make a reservation and only get a few hours, but totally understandable. Better safe than sorry.On-site they have a little convenience store with snacks, toys, goggles (for the pool), starbucks and grown-up bevvies to boot! We will definitely be making this one of our go-to vacation spots!

Hotel was great just customer service was horrible. The whole point of this getaway was to have pool family time and be able to get out and relax. Pool time was only for 2 hours once A-day. How is that okay???? Then u call to make a reservation for another day and they ask u to call early that day to tell u there booked . Ridiculous. Waste of time and money. Hotels should be up front advising pool is open but only with a reservation for 2 hrs a day. I bet many families wouldnt waste there time and hard working money to sit in a room when u can do the same at home for free

Our stay was great even with everything going on during this pandemic. Staff made sure all guest wore mask and levels of cleanliness were taken place. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

The atmosphere was UNBELIEVABLE!! A worker named Nichols was GREAT! He made our stay very comfortable and smooth. He was kind, bubbly, informative and funny! We absolutely loved him! The whole staff was courteous. We will definitely be back!!

This place would have been decent except.... there was no entertainment, not enough swim space for even the few hundred that were there (having to call ahead to schedule a swim spot), no proper security (no cameras and no professional security), trash was littered everywhere (the same trash on the first day was there on the 3rd day), mask rules were not enforced, the rec center was closed (only the shop was open, so they can make $), and really I just dont understand why this place is open other than to steal your money and members points.My experience ended with my car being broke into the first night. There were no cameras on the property and no secured gates preventing people from getting in or using the rear entrance to sneak in. Thats where the security manager suggested they came from. I know Wyndmm is a failing brand, but this place really puts the cake on the topper with failure to provide adequate security and entertainment and is nothing more than a sleezy hotel at this point. My fiancee was very upset as the robbery was discovered around 0900. This ruined her day and made our experience that much worse. We were there meeting family on our way back home to AZ from CA seeing other family and thus had much of our travel stuff in the trunk. That loss set the mood for the rest of the weekend.The staff/company did nothing to remedy the situation or provide a solution for their lack of security on the premises.I gave it two stars as the rooms were not all that bad. My only complaint there is that all the bugs from the outside always find there way in and there were literally 50-100 roaches skittering around in the area behind building 15 and all through out the walkways. Be careful they dont crawl up you feet or cloths and hitch a ride back home with you. Its disgusting. The flys on the inside seemed to multiply faster than we could kill them and made us feel gross when eating our meals. If your on the bottom floor, dont use your porch area for fear of the scorpions and roaches.I can safely say that we will not be coming back to this location and would advise anyone who cares about hospitality, security, and clenlyness to stay far away from this place, and further more this company.

My family has been a Worldmark owner since 2006. Indio is our go to place for weekend mini vacations and we always brag about this place with our friends and family.In this last weekend trip, we got surprised with roaches in our unit throughout the kitchen and some in the bedrooms! Just checking in, I killed 6 in the kitchen and immediately called maintenance. They sprayed the unit but in the following days, more came out. I am very disappointed since we pay maintenance fees and this is the last thing you want to experience and dealwith on a vacation get away. I hope management immediately takes care of this issue.If anyone plans on visiting Indio resort, make sure to check your unit before unpacking.I will update this review next time I visit this resort...

It would be helpful if they would advise you In advance that you can only be in the pool for 2 hours or per day instead of saying that you simply need reservations. We had crying children all weekend, because they couldn’t go in the pool. Also, it would be nice if they told you that ALL of their barbecue grills are closed. Such an inconvenience.

A good location for a family get away or relaxation. Located near a casino, and stores. Nice golfing location onsite. Mini store on site. Multiple duck ponds onsite. Beautiful scenery of the desert mountains. Clean resort and nice staff.

Complete Vacation Amenities, this World Mark is one of California’s Best Family Resorts.Aloha! As a owners, this property is one of the best for families or groups. The relaxing pools, simple lazy river and plentiful of activities for the kids makes this one of our local favorite spots to enjoy. It has an in house Starbucks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained and clean.Plenty of parking spots. Most has covered parking which is a nice benefit. The resort is quiet and has 80’s and 90’s music playing on the background.Overall nothing to complain. Expect for the concierge to pull you to listen to a presentation. Politely decline and that you need rest due to your long travel. Our experience was quite pleasant despite not having to go to a presentation.

Nice resort. Well maintained. Friendly staff. WiFi and cell service are completely unreliable. At one point couldnt connect. Calls to ResortNet ISP were met with a fast busy signal. Not a feasible getaway if you need to maintain connectivity.

This place is really nice specially for families, it has so many things to do inside that you don’t need to leave the place, and I love that the apartments has kitchen so you just cook there and relax!!!! Is not a far drive to Palm Springs maybe 20min and so many thing to do around!!!

It was a great value for what you got. Wish the lazy river and splash pad was open for the kids, but understand these times are different than what we are use to.

The rooms are nice, we love being able to cook our own food. The kids love the pool, jacuzzi, and lazy river, and the staff have been super helpful. My son left his sandals by the pool, and the staff was really helpful in getting them back to him!

Very disappointed that the taxes are so high. We exchanged through rci and on top of that they are charging taxes for our stay. Some amenities are closed but they still charge for internet access. With the amenities closed, they should be giving internet access free.

My worst experience with WorldMark. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the tub and in the beds. The dishes were not washed well. We had to wash everything before using. Last time I was here things were fine but this stay was a complete disaster.

The resort is good, but room wasnt clean enough. Especially doors was never cleaned. I dont know is anyone does control cleaning?

There was a theft at the parking lot on the first night in front of the room. Golf stuffs were stolen.Reported to the office, security and police. Ashley, gm, promised to report to their insurance and they would take care of my loss properly less than 2 weeks. Have not heard from neither Ashley nor insurance for 3 weeks. Tried to contact them in vain with many attempts. Finally talked to Yvonne, gms assistant, to hear the worldmark is not responsible for the thefts since there are 16 signs, I couldnt find any, saying worldmark is not doing anything for the thefts in the parking lot, haha. Maybe the general manager did not know their responsibility on thefts to promise me to cover the loss. Worldmark Indio is a huge resort, more than 500 rooms. Told Yvonne to increase signs, if there are any, to warn innocent vacationers. She refused to show their actual signs, I didnt see any, with improper manners.Be careful if you go to worldmark. They are not responsible for the thefts. They talk to you nicely in front of you and ignoring your request after you leave the resort.

Horrible! Not clean (hair on the bed sheets,breadcrumbs and hair on the towels) . Instead of a coffee machine, they put a blender . Are you kidding me ? First of all its a pandemic going on and cleanliness its what we are looking for in the first place . And then, nobody told me you need a reservation for the pool when i called and asked about it prior to my reservation. They also put you on hold for more than 10minutes when trying to reach front desk from your unit. Staff is not knowledgeable (the manager told me the bowling alley at Fantasy casino its open,its not. A staff member told us there is a restaurant open at the building no 16 ,its not .) It ruined my birthday and initially i booked for 2 nights,but Im leaving after my first .

So much fun! Worth it! Make sure you go grocery shopping before you arrive so you dont have to leave. They have so many thing to offer. Bring your basketball gear. Tennis gear. Swim stuff. Stay more than a day and really enjoy everything there is to relax.

This place is nice. Worldmark always keeps a very clean house and respond to your needs. The pools here are very big compared to other locations. They are following strict guidelines for COVID-19, but not all guests are wearing masks. Watch out for that.

I Absolutely Love this place every Summer my Family n I go for a wk n always stay in the 4bdrm Presidential we pick this size cause it sleeps a lot of ppl but holds back nothing with the design n comfort also the balcony is the most amazing part about it it has a jacuzzi tub BBQ grill bar cart full table and lounge chairs where the family can all get together and not have outside people and noise unfortunately I recently found out that theyre taking out the jacuzzi tubs from the presidential units so Im not sure if my family and I will be traveling there again anymore that was the most important thing to me n my family to have our own personal space versus going downstairs to the jacuzzi with random people our trip is always been about family time and this particular unit and location had everything we needed to have that intimate personal family time we wanted I would definitely give this place 5stars but with the new change Im giving it a 3

Great resort, good safety measures in place for Covid-19.

Nice two bedroom condo. Clean. Pools seem to be kept clean. Baby pool is equipped with a small shaded area. The lazy river is relaxing but closes at 6pm. Pool is suppose to close at 10 but doesnt seem to be enforced as there were noisy young adults until about midnight. Get a chair by the pool early, posted signs say you cant save a seat with a towel but running crowds at 745am beg to differ. Overall nice stay, nice gold course and beautiful weather.

Nice place to relax for a weekend. Clean amenities, secured, friendly staff. Visited for a day, we were happy with our stay. Weather was nice, evenings had spice. Close hiking trails, fun never fails. Brought lots of snacks, will be backs.

Wonderful, family friendly property. The rooms needed a bit of an update, but they were comfy and clean. The pool and lazy river were incredible. They were so clean, and I loved that there was a different music selection on each day. It just made you feel so happy!The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and we were visited daily by roadrunners, hummingbirds and ducks! Having the convenience store in the pool area is genius as it stocked all our favourite beverages, but also served Starbucks coffee and other food.The grills were always meticulously clean. There is a good amount of them so you never had to wait for one to free up.I’d come back in a heart beat. I highly recommend this location!

The condo was spacious and had a nice view of a meandering little man made creek. We could also see the mountains in the distance. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry. The furniture was newer and attractive.We ate at the adjacent golf club restaurant several times, and it was reasonably priced and quite good. We especially enjoyed Taco Tuesday and the $3 margaritas. Be careful; they have quite a kick.There are lots of fun activities in the area. Loved the tram ride up the mountain. Fun street fair on the weekend.On the downside, the condo had a VERY strong odor of urine. It smelled like dirty litter boxes. When we complained about it, they brought in a deep deoderizing procedure that helped a little.

The two bedroom suites are amazing. They have everything you could ask for. We got room 8101 and the pool gate was literally right behind our patio.

Disappointed with world mark locations. the clientele that stayed here was much worse this time. people smoking weed on their balconies. people talking loud and inconsiderate of their neighbors. called security to complain about load neighbors as I write this and nothing was done. place dropping the ball as an owner of a time share disappointed

WM should either offer steep discounts or make it clear that customers can only use 1 pool for 2 hours per day, maximum. All BBQs are closed. The lazy river is closed. Jacuzzis are closed. The only thing you can do is stay inside in the air conditioning. Very disappointed.

Loved the resort, friendly staff and very clean. It has plenty of things to do, activities you can do, including arts and crafts workshops, pools, jacuzzi, game room, movie room, and even a lil market. Beds are extremely comfortable, overall a great experience

Loved this place the rooms where awsome and the amenities where so great.

This is a great great place for kids adults and well maintain. Next time Im going to try to go in the month a February or March or April its just too hot in the summer for me but you know the kids never get hot. But the AC accommodated to unit, and the one-bedroom unit is fairly large so it did its job. We love it very nice resort you wont be disappointed. And bring your children.

This is a beautiful resort, but the people are clickish, The staff is very friendly, and helpful l would rate this resort a 3+.

Stayed for the Indian Wells Masters and the faculty and facilities were great. Loved the area and the amenities. There are plenty of activities for everyone in the resort. It is close enough to town to take care of whatever you need but far enough away to feel secluded.

Great place to get away, well hidden Gem in Indio, excellent place to relax peace and quiet.

We had a great stay at Worldmark Indio! It was just my husband and myself and our room easily couldve slept 4 other people! We loved the different amenities in our room, such as the fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Our room was clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool area! The lazy river is currently closed and you do have to make a reservation to use the pool due to COVID, so just keep that in mind before booking this place. We didnt see tons of other people our age, it is a very family-oriented place, so just know that ahead of time!

Relaxing, quiet, except during the day at the pools, nice Lazy River pool with tubes provided. Our room was a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground level. Loved that we could go out the sliding door to the pool. Absolutely loved the area, lots of things to do and see.

Favorite resort to go to when we need a little break. The Presidential Sweet is always open to us and we are treated like Royalty.

Great place, great amenities, multiple activities and family friendly. Walls are thin or lacking in sound insulation but many other factors out way the negatives. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I could knit pick some details, but overall experience is 5 star. 2 large pools, lazy river, multiple hot tubs and an adults only hot tub, huge game room, descent work out room, tennis, basketball, pickle ball courts and many other features!

Great place. I loved the lazy river. You sit on a tube and just let the current carry ypu in a circle. The hotel rooms looked like apartments. Our hotel had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a bed thelat pulled out from the wall in the living room.

Great CA resort. It has many amenities: Several BBQ pits, picnic areas, spa, mini store, game room, basketball and tennis courts, gym, concierge, many pools and jacuzzi. There are kid friendly sections: playground and mini pools. You can take a stroll on the property because it is a very large property. The condos are very contemporary with amenities: balcony, full kitchens with all kitchen needs, in-room washer/dryer, pool towels too.

Great place to visit The resort offers different amenities to keep you busy. There is a Cafe that makes smoothies, a lazy river, an arts & crafts space. One downfall is the parking in the busy season. If you go leave at night, its hard to find parking when you return.

Friendly staff, clean condos/rooms, nicely kept grounds. Extremely family friendly resort. It is located in a sparsely populated area, with the nearest conveniences of shopping and a variety restaurants approximately 3 miles awayThere were two pools 3.5 foot pools, two large wading pools for kids, as well as a couple of hot tubs. The lazy river was small, but refreshing. There are some shaded areas around the pool, but you will need to arrive early to secure your spot. The desert heat gets very hot, so chairs in the shaded area is nice to have. There were times that the children in the pool and lazy river were obnoxious and causing a big ruckus, creating a less than relaxing atmosphere. The pool staff does not enforce the rules of the pool and lazy river.Other resort facilities I noticed included a tennis courts, basketball court, and arcade for entertainment. There is a spa on site that offers massage, facials, wraps, and scubs.There is no restaurant or bar on site. There is a small market that has a variety of options to prepare your own foods. They also sell a variety of alcohol if you want to make your own drinks. There is a deli with limited options of sandwiches and snacks. They also serve Starbucks coffee and teas, although they will not take Starbucks cards.We stayed in the two bedroom condo. Ours was equipped with one king bed and the other room was two twin beds. There was a murphy bed in the living room that appeared to be queen size. We had requested a room with a larger bed in the second room since we were two couples traveling, but not sure they exist. They pushed the two twin beds together and there was no bridge added in the middle. We had a large crevice in the bed.The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was dim.The kitchen was a full kitchen. There was an ice maker in the freezer and a full size coffee pot.If you are looking for weekend getaway with all inclusive resort conveniences, this is not a good option. You are on your own to purchase and make any foods or drinks other than the limited options at the deli.If you are looking for an adult only getaway from the kids, i would say this is not a good option, as they are a very kid friendly resort and there were many children all over the property.If you are looking to take in the sights in Palm Springs, be aware, this resort is about a 45 minute drive each way.Recommend highly for families for 3+ nights that will be preparing meals in the condo.

We booked a mini vacation for Worldmark Indio and this place is a home away from home. We rented a 2bd/2ba timeshare rental and our it did not disappoint. All amenities are in the unit, TV and DVD players in each room, a CD stereo player in the living room with Murphy bed option included. Were in a quiet corner of the resort, just a short walk away from the swimming pool. Our living room faces a small pond/spring thats very popular with the .

Our favorite get away for the last 9 years! Besides the covid restrictions (limited pool access, no grills, no lazy river, and no game room) we had a great time as always!!

We enjoyed a two week reprieve from the bitter cold Omaha winter here in February 2019 in a one bedroom condo rental. Everything was in great condition in the updated contemporary third floor unit and on the grounds. ResortShare employees were helpful in booking and with modification of reservation, especially Nicole. Thank you Bailey for great customer service throughout our stay. The entire Wyndham staff was courteous and efficient on property as well.We enjoyed golf, the hot tubs during the cooler weather as well as exercise room, family game room and theater. Room darkening drapes at theater double doors would improve experience during upcoming remodel. I found this property to be extremely clean and I am a retired health inspector! The grills were cleaned daily, pools and hot tubs were immaculate as was our condo.We did not require any maintenance staff to fix anything in our unit either. This is very rare thus the award of a five star review.The Wyndham Worldmark Indio is a great place for seniors, couples and families that want to visit the greater Palm Springs area. The Terra Lago golf course is adjacent to property and we enjoyed happy hour there after golf as well.We are looking forward to visiting other Wyndham properties and booking ease with the ResortShare Staff.

Just an amazing location. Surrounded by the mountains and a beautiful golf course this place has everything. The pool, lazy River and hot tub is conveniently located centrally and the game room has a lot of balance for kids and adults. We loved the staff and how attentive they were you our needs. Well be back for sure, we just love our ownership.

Only allowed to book one timeslot per day which is fair enough but the pool gate keepers are letting in extra people so social distancing in the pools is near impossible, at least on the weekends. It doesnt appear that any effort to enforce social distancing is being made. All pool chairs are still available and place very close together. Very few people are wearing masks. Without COVID Id give this resort a 4.5 but they are not doing enough to keep people safe.
