Was a great stay, even during the pandemic. Place was exceptionally clean. Neighbors were nice. Pool was well maintained.Golf course was in good shape.

BUYER BEWARE! While the initial booking fees look low and it looks like youre getting a good deal, the property sticks you with an additional $23 a day resort fee. This isnt exactly a resort as much as a big condo complex and part of the resort fee charges you for parking. no one in Palm Springs charges for parking. Im going to Palm Springs because my mother is dying, not for a vacation and Im not going to use whatever resort amenities are there.In addition - there is a 7-day cancellation max instead of the usual 48 hours charged by most hotels. They charge your credit card at this point. I didnt find out the details about the additional $180 theyre going to charge me until 5 days out. I called the property to request they either cancel the resort fee or cancel my reservation and they refused, even though Im staying for 8 days. I called Agoda, through whom I booked this stay, and they couldnt do anything either. I am furious. For this price, I could have stayed at a much nicer place.I am seriously upset at this point.

We liked being in a resort. But our unit was in the old, low rent area. Units are owned by low income families w/ lots of family members coming/going all night. Lots of car traffic w/ young men, loud engines. Water next door ran almost constantly from 8:00 am - 8:00pm. Loud water mixing valve which made it noisy. Felt very unsafe in this low income housing community- not at all a resort feeling.

Was a nice sized condo for a group of 6 adults. Everything was provided in the kitchen. Sofa bed not comfortable, but thats normal for a sofa bed. Very reasonable price, would book again if needed in that area.Pool right outside our door for kids.

HORRIBLE HOTEL. Do not come here. We had a pleasant stay but when we left we were charged $350 that we didn’t authorize!!! We left a measuring cup and spoon out and didn’t vacuum (hello, they don’t provide vacuums) and they told us we left it too messy and made up lies about us so they picked an arbitrary number to charge us. We told them we would pay the 100$ in incidentals that we signed for upon arrival even though even that I feel is unfair. But they decided 350$ is the number we must pay so now we are spending time fighting this. What was supposed to be a fun vacation getaway is turning into a headache. Now I’m reading reviews where I’m not the first to be charged extra for an unfair reason. And not even authorized! They are thieves don’t risk going here you won’t know how much they will decide to charge your card!!!

The services were good. The vacation townhome was little dated but clean. Very spacious for a family of six.

This property was fine with the exception of the WIFI, at times not working at all, sometimes sketchy. If you require WIFI for work/education, DO NOT COME here.

I personally want to give the managers and the team a heartfelt thank you for their service and help. I own a unit very close by. They went above and beyond their job. I was in a bind and the manager was ready to leave her shift. She stepped in with one of her team members and HAPPILY took care of the issue on hand. I was so surprised by her help and kindness. They really made my day!

This resort was wonderful! The suite was spacious, bright and clean, and was equipped with everything a person could need. All staff was lovely and the grounds and facilities were terrific.

Nice location, but the condo smelled real musty like it had been wet. The resort fee was extreme. the internet barely worked and would not operate the iPod especially upstairs. Watch the golf balls because they hit you when you open the door and step outside.

I was very shocked when I realized they rent units out as if it is a resort but the units are actually in a residential neighborhood. The neighbor next to my condo had trash and fold up chairs in front of his unit. The units were next to the one we rented was in need of updates and paint. They also charge $20 (resort fee)per day. I have never had this charge before. We rented 4 condos in December from different resorts and this one was not kept up on their grounds or amenities. This is not a crown resort.

Rooms are dirty and things fall apart when you use them. Rooms not updated, feels like Im staying in a smokers 90s hotel room. Golf course is usually in moderate condition. I feel gross when I stayed here..

Clean and nice 2 br condo,small kitchen with everything you need. Draw back was twin beds were not comfortable, backed to busy street so alot of traffic noise at night

Loved the location, very beautiful. For a team of 20 young U14(2006) Boys with 5 in each room including chaperone it was more than enough space! Boys, chaperones and coaches were super Satisfied! Thank you Santos FC Galacticos (Oregon) Team is very satisfied since all games were only 10mins from resort and we came back as Co-Champions ️

Check in and check out was my only issue, the clerks both were dry, not friendly. They work with the public and you would think theyd be a little friendlier

My first impression was not a good one at all. The directions were not ideal. I get to the main gate and security didnt make it very welcoming as he made me feel that going through this his gate was not the correct way to go. From there, when I arrived, Michael didnt seem to care about my comment about how my impression of the place so far wasnt great, sort of brushed it off. He never explained the WIFI login instructions, he just handed me the key gave directions to the location and said have a nice day. For two days, I was not on your resorts WIFI. I contacted tech support twice and it took the second time for a tech guy to call me back. When he did call me back, he states that he will call be back in 15 min....2 hours later I get a callback stating he was taking his dog to the vet and the vet took longer than expected. A simple text or a call stating this would have been appreciated. Then when I receive my temp check text (as I would call it) to see how my stay was, I rated it a 5. One of the employees at the resort respond on why such a low rating. I explained the above reasons plus in addition, we had not gotten a person to switch out towels and trash. My resort was from Fri-fri and I had gotten there on sat. I was supposed to receive service on Mon. By the time I get the text, it is now Wed. They stated that someone was sleeping on the couch and she did not come in. This was true about my son sleeping on the couch, but Michael stated that as long as there is DND sign on the door, then the cleaning lady would come in to take towels and trash. She could have AT LEAST came back later. When I responded back, again, no one really took my concerns seriously. Told me again to have a nice day. Then to finalize, I was told that I would pay 140 for the week in fees, however, I am seeing more like 180 and I will be calling in to speak to someone on that as well. I received,Overall, my experience at the resort was not the best. I would not recommend anyone to come due to experience I had, plus the resort was too busy with people that lived there (which I was TOTALLY unaware of) and it didnt seem kept up to date on the housing.

It is a beautiful property outside. Its part of a golf course and that is well maintained. The unit we were assigned was dirty and unkempt. There was hair on the sink in the tub and on the towels. There were toe nail clippings in the master bedroom carpet. The whole house needed new paint and some maintenance. Overall not worth the price

Needs updating. Outdoor entry had cobwebs and soot in doorway. Inside,: Stale odor.Uncomfortable chair (needed a support cushion as well as soda. Steep stairway. Hard to climb for elderly; especially with luggage. Light in master bedroom needed a bulb, TV so small, suggest that it should be on wall in order to view clearly. Bathroom toilets were lower (pre-school level) than standard ones. Understand townhouses were older, but they needs overhauling.I dont like to write negative reviews, however this needs to get to those in charge.

The place looked like low income, welfare housing. Nothing has been done to this place in 30 years.Formica pealing, bathtum gouged, faucets rusted.

Super nice people work here (Nolan and Mike) but its a very basic condo in a nicer area of Indio. It had a small pool and bbq area right in front of the 3 units we reserved.

Very clean, comfortable room that was well appointed. The property was quiet, and very secure as it was gated with 24 hour security service. Pool and Jucuzzi area was clean, and inviting. Coke machine was sold out of most selections for the duration of my visit, that was a slight downer. Im sure there was other machines located elsewhere but I wasnt that disappointed to seek them out

Shower had no door or curtain? Dead roach at front door. Location difficult to locate on property. Inside property was alright but definitely not to a resort level.

Vacation units were interspersed with residential units. Uncomfortable feeling of not belonging in someone elses neighborhood.Accommodations were subpar for a Grand Pacific facility.

In a good location and the lodging has its pluses, however there is much that is not customer friendly. The office closes at 7pm. Theres no workout facilities. The bed was absolutely horrible. It was hard as a rock and left me aching in pain each morning. I could feel the springs through the padding. The main bedroom and bathroom were cramped.The living and dining room areas were comfortable and well equipped. The housekeeping service was fast, efficient and unobtrusive.My home resort is not far away in Palm Desert and was sorely missed this vacation.

We have stayed at this property twice before. We were very unhappy with the quality of the unit. The furniture in the living room was worn and uncomfortable to sit on. The beds also were not comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms need updating. The trash bin outside our unit was over flowing with trash for days and when finally picked up much of it was spilled onto the road. There are so many units occupied by permanent residents it did not have any feeling of a resort. I think Grand Pacific should discontinue affiliation with this property.

Close to my parents home. It’s a condo - 2 bedroom, full kitchen and pool.

If you like fire ants and spiders chilling with you in the unit, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful big rooms very clean I always stay there

The water heater made a very loud dripping sound for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. Approx 3am-4:30am. And the landscaper came to trim the trees right outside the bedroom window at 8am

We have stayed her twice and it’s a great place to stay, instead of a hotel, it’s kinda like being at home and we had privacy.

Pretty outdated, but clean.

Where do I begin? The room was outdated and poorly renovated. The cockroaches were having a good time though. The $2,000 Trek bike that we brought down to ride was taken the first night right off our bedroom on the patio. Security was not helpful even though the complex states it is a Community neighborhood watch. Informed by neighbors that it is a bad place to leave anything unattended at all.

This place is a beautiful desert resort. My only comment would be that i was expecting two bathrooms for the 2-bed town house but it was just one bathroom and a toilet downstairs. And that was clearly stated on their website; i just assumed it would be two.

Nice rooms good size for the price you pay no noise at night like you hear at other hotels considering our room was next to the pool

The location was more impressive on the outside. I was disappointed once I arrived to find a room that was outdated and had substantial water damage in the bathroom. Also disappointing was the fact that the place is hard to find and it took us almost an hour to find it, even with the help of a GPS. The windows were not insulated either or the faucets and shower head water conserving models.

The location is in the desert so it hot. The condo we stayed at was outdated, but VERY clean. They had a working central air system who have helped beat the heat and a pool steps away. There is plenty of things to do nearby and grocery stores and food are close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to be visiting again soon.

This place is not very good for vacationing. Its very difficult to get to. You have to travel west on Avenue 48 then turn left on Monroe. This is the only entrance and exit to the resort for nonresidents including people using the resort. But the actual resort is terribly hard to find once you get in and all the way in the back. Plus you have to over a ton of speed bumps. The biggest slap in the face to me is that the resort is right next to a gate but you need to be a resident to get in or OUT. That is the stupidest thing in the world and registered to me that they do not care or want guests. This might be a good place to live but not to vacation.

Went for a 50th anniversary event for family. But the club house was amazing. Along with the grounds. The scenery was beautiful

The place was nice, had a wide screen TV, the cable had almost no channels to select though. They provide wifi although it is super slow. Laundry only takes quarters so it was pretty disappointing not to be able to do laundry without a trip to the bank.

Ok, but too small a townhouse... Indian Palms Intervals feels more spacious with one floor and looks newer.

Its a pretty good place to stay. The houses arent that large, but theres definitely enough room, and the pools are clean.I really dont have any gripes about this place.

Arriving at night the resort wasnt the best looking place even with my low expectations with the rooms being so cheap. We stayed in two rooms over the labor day weekend with 4 other couples and we had a great time. The rooms had everything that we need to cook and gourge thr beds wete fairly okay but little bit on the uncomfortable side. What the guys likrd the most was having a decent golf course with very friendly staff for us to drink berrs and play golf. The pools are a little below average I would say. Overall cant best the price! !!

Rooms and structure are amazing. However one of the pools was closed for construction and the other wasnt clean. Restaurants was closed. 3 stars overall.

Very beautiful place but they arent taking care. One pool is not working and the other is very dirty, restaurant is close until September and the hotel doesnt have breakfast.

I thought it was a nice place but the bedroom mattress was not comfortable & the bedroom tv needs to be udated to a modern flat sceen.I thought the place was clean and nice but I could hear other tenants cursing across from our condo. That was annoying and embarrassing to me since I had my grand child.

The main issue here is the damn toilets honestly. Whatre these toilets meant for damn toddlers? Toilets are so small, I know I will have to face a challenge everytime I wana poop. I will need to grab my penis so it doesnt touch the water, smh.

The only reason this resort gets 2 stars is because of the housekeeping staff. They keep the outdated, poorly renovated place clean and do it with a smile. We had no problems getting in and out with the transponder but you are SOL if you want to go for a walk outside the gated community. I had difficulties getting into the laundry area because the lock was broken and needed to request assistance twice - still no lock fix. There are 2 plastic chairs on the patio - both filthy, no cleaning tools and no table. The BBQ was filthy and very old - even after cleaning I wouldnt eat anything that was cooked on it. I felt as though I was at a race track with the traffic noises on Avenue 48 and the street in front of the condo. Today we came home to find that a new box had been put on both TVs, a good thing you might say. Well, it would have been great if they would have determined that the change had left the TVs operational which is not the case! The bedroom TV works but the one in the living area does not despite my husbands valiant attempts to get it working! Notify the office you say ... Tried that but it was 5:15pm and they close at 5:00pm with absolutely no way of contacting anyone after hours.I could go on but needless to say this is the worst experience we have had when trading out time share and I will never recommend this place to anyone.Oh, and what is this resort fee supposed to cover? I think they should pay us to stay here.
