Great place to go and have fun with your dog. Other dog owners are very nice there and get along well. So do the dogs lol

What a huge dog park! Clean with tons of space for the dogs to run around. Separate area for little dogs as well. There is a fabulous kids playground too!

Its a big, its well maintained and theres parking. Pretty good for a dog park. 5 stars.

Best DC area dog park, period. ️It’s big with two fenced in play areas (the smaller area is comparable to the larger section at Shaw or Kingsman parks downtown), it’s stocked with poop bags, there’s covered benches in BOTH areas, a porta potty for the humans, and parking in the playground right next to it.Only potential downside is limited parking, but coming from the city I’m used to no parking.

Great park with great people and dogs for my dog and I to socialize with. Best time to go is between about 4:30 and 7:30 on week nights, theres almost always a crowd there then to really tire the dog out!

Large enough so dogs can stretch with a run. Has never been crowded. Water is available. There are 2 areas. One for smaller dogs. One for larger dogs.

Best park in the College park/Riverdale/Hyattsville area in my opinion. Always a good crowd and hounds as well. Very spacious and there is dog training equipment.

Nice big dog park, only issue is there are always puddles. So bring a towel for your dog!

It is a wonderfully large open space for bigger dogs to run around in!! The smaller dog pen is also very spacious. People are always checking on their dogs making sure they behave and advising the patrons that are less knowledgable about dog behaviors. A great place to take a dog!!

Its the best dog park in the area. The fences are high. Lots of room to run. Almost all the patrons are super respectful. Our dog loves to visit and cries if we dont stop when we drive by!

This dog park is hit or miss due to the pets owners. More often than not, we can bring the dogs and they have a blast running with the others in the large dog area. however, there are some pet owners who bring their unaltered dogs and start issues or are caught surprised/unable to react appropriately when the dogs start acting up.I would give Heurich a shot, but always be prepared to cut your visit short.

The park is ok but the people arent. They bring their dogs expecting them not to play with other dogs. So, if youre not gonna let your dog play, just dont bring them.

Great park for off the leash play. Very popular, you get to see a variety of dog breeds. Owners are nice and dogs get along pretty well. Lots of space for running! Also has water fountain so bring water bowl.

My dog loves it here. Its a good twenty minute drive from our home so we dont make it there often. But lots of space for him to run around and mingle.

We are the neighbours of the park and havent been for over a year, but it was great as always!. New dog owners & didnt see any old faces, bit overall it was fun & introducing our new puppy to the park as well.

My dog, one of my sons, and myself 1st time at a dog park....we all loved the experince and sharing time with other dog owners that you can tell care for their pets. Wonderful experince.

I went recently and the grass was high. There was alot of mosquitoes and bugs. Otherwise, it was a nice park and friendly owners.

Pretty awesome dog park. We came on a Sunday around 5PM with our 5 month old Black Lab puppy. By 6:30 it was a full on dog party here with around 20 dogs playing. The dogs all played well together and people were friendly too. A few times when dogs didnt get along owners did a good job separating their dogs. The park is spacious with separated bigger and smaller dog areas. Theres good facilities here too with a water fountain, a GIANT water bowl, and a number of ability course obstacles. Our dog had a great time here and will go home tired tonight. And well be back when she needs to get some play time in and use up some energy.
