One of the best ways to enjoy this fine little zoo is to plan ahead and figure out which animal youd like to meet. I did this for my boyfriend - as a surprise - and he just about wept with joy. We had a great visit with Newton, their tawny owl, followed by a sweet session with Savannah, one of their many fennec foxes.

They are operating at LESS then 50% of the area. There is only ONE area that is ACTUALLY open.... but they are charging FULL PRICE STILL..... IM LIVID I just paid near $100 for NOTHING AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME WHEN I WANTED TO JUST WALK RIGHT BACK OUT

Great place to just jump! Its so much fun and is actually a pretty good workout at the same time. You do have to watch out where youre jumping as kids dont pay much attention to their surroundings

Love it here. Great for all ages. My 19 months old had a last and it was her first time at a trampoline park.

The party room at the end of the hall had a portable air conditioning instead of central air through the vents. The room could have used portable fans too! It was literally a sauna in the party room.

Kids ages 3-11 really like it here.Any place where young children are having a great time with no phones or tablets is a good place.So it’s a 5 by be.

I Love Get Air. Been coming with my family for a few years now. Im rating them 4 stars because the one thing they are missing and should be Automatic is A.C. in the party rooms. They are small and extremely stuffy. Kids sweat when they jump and a lot of ventilation is required so that nobody gets sick from being soo hot. I will say they did have a portable air fan or a.c. but all we felt was HOT air. Other than that Get air is a Great place for kids, parties. Customer service is always perfect. The young men and women that work there are Great with people!

I like the staff and the space is ok. I have a problem with the grape smell they pump into the place. This artificial fragrance (which is known to have phthalates and all sorts of cancer causing agents) gives me and my kids a headache. Our kids are breathing hard in this space. It would be nice if their safety was a concern more than how the customer associated the space smelling a certain way. I think it’s an easy change to switch to an essential oil of some sort. May be more expensive but at least your employees won’t sue your for harmful exposure.

My kids just live this place and the price is quite a bit cheaper than the other one in the area (for 1 hour of jump time not with a party). I love the m@ssage chair and it takes debit card HELL YEAH

Very nice place for adults and little kids

At first my Grandchildren had a blast! However as it got crowded it was super dangerous and not enough “crowd control”. There were five and more kids on a mat at a time and numerous kids running across mats without regard to others safety.Kids were sitting way up above he mats and drinking water.Where are your employees?I may think twice before bring my Grandchildren again. Such a shame. It would be a fantastic place if only better supervision.

I took my 17 months old baby with kidpass today and the lady who was working at the front, Ashley, was saying, she doesnt see the point of doing kidpass when we were checking in. She was very unprofessional and not welcoming. That was rude that she was saying in front us waiting. The whole area was not clean. I even found someones nail at the big air. My boy had a fun though.

The place good use a good cleaning and some trampolines are in need of repair. Also the referees spent more time talking with each other then actually keeping an eye that kids where following rules. Saw multiple accidents due to them not doing their job.

Good old fashioned fun for kids and adults alike. The addition of the obstacle was a great idea.

We took our little one to a birthday party here. The concept is great and the space is definitely set up to give kids the opportunity to run off some good energy. They had fun and there was plenty of room to accommodate the two groups of birthday parties that were there at the same time. Only thing I might mention is my observation of the foam in the foam pits. Not certain how often it is tended to, but I wonder about how they maintain the sanitary aspect of such a set up. Beyond that, the staff was great, the party room was nicely set up, and the space had lots of options for playtime.

I took my daughter to GetAir for three hours!She had a lots of fun! Taylor was the front attendant at the time! He was very friendly! I am for sure coming back!

We had our little ones Bday party and I just didnt like the layout of the party rooms and the area where all the activities are at. I also didnt like the the fact that they order the pizzas from an outside vendor, so if you need more for your party at the last minute that will be a problem, because they dont have extras. You cant buy drinks here either so you better come prepared, which I wasnt told that. They do have a vending machine though. All the people that work here were super nice but I probably would not have a party here again.

Good place for kids to have fun .

This place was extremely fun, there was a wide range of variety in the things to do there. From foam pits to basketball hoops they seemed to have it all. Long runways to practice tumbling as well. If jumping isnt your thing, they also have an arcade. I would definitely go again.

Great place to take the kids and they have Wi-Fi for the parents. They sell socks with grips on them for 3 dollars, recommend buying them if you go there periodically, my daughters says they do help.

Kids love this place. They will bounce their brains out. Weekends can be busy.

Ive never been there, I called to get price quotes and found out I can only purchase one hour and two hours and three hours I cant buy one week two week or four week passes At a discount thats disappointing for both me and my daughter

Awesome late night jump session from 9-midnight

I used to work at Sky High and have been to Sky Zone numerous times. Get Air is by far the best trampoline park in Southern California PERIOD. The prices are better than most, restrooms are spotless and the staff is pretty chill. Personally, my favorite reason for going to this park over others is that the rules for what tricks you are allowed to attempt are pretty relaxed. Dont get me wrong... the place is very safe and there are court monitors out there the whole time.I love this place because NO OTHER trampoline park with let you practice double flips, or backflip into the foam pit, or to flip off the platforms.Get Air Surf City gives me the freedom to explore new tricks that other parks will not allow in a safe and comfortable environment. If you are into trampoline parks, this place is worth checking out.

Staff was friendly, amazing location

Usually not over crowded, even on a Friday night and all employees are great here. The kids working are a big part of why my daughter wants to keep coming back here opposed to other trampoline parks. We all know that we have our fair share to choose from now a days. Gets some black/neon lights in here and business would go insane on the weekends.

I have a son with autism and I needed his instructions explain to him very slowly. And the guy who helped us was very understanding. We had a great time.

Such a great place for kids to get out some energy. I like to get an hour and let the kids go crazy while I sit and read my book. The kids love it and I love that they are getting in some exercise.

Really cool trampoline park. Unlike some other unnamed places, their rules allow you to have fun without being absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I disliked was that their bounciest trampolines (the little square ones) were too small to do any tricks on and since your not allowed to trick over the mats they kind of go to waste. Otherwise, there is tons of fun to have here with the long trampoline tracks, boxes in the middle, little ninja course, and dodge ball. Definitely recommend this place.

We came for Toddler Time and loved it! It wasnt too crowded and the kids had so much fun! The price is definitely good for this time too.

The staff is amazing here. They are willing to go above and beyond to help out my kids in to make them enjoy this place more and more. I am a manager at the observatory music venue and I welcome any of the staff members to come to VIP because theyre so great with my kids.

I like this trampoline park more than the others because I can see everywhere from one spot. It has a very open layout which is great for parents to watch their kids.

I did not have a good experience with the staff. I had a coupon for $10 per child from 2pm-4pm and they did not honor my discount.There was not a referee monitoring dodge ball so my 7 year old son took a ball to the face.I have been here numerous times and I had no issues but today was not like the past few times we have been there. I was very disappointed in the service. I will not recommend Get Air to my friends or family anymore.

Love this place my kids love it. Ashley Johnson goes all out for you in costumer service she was great with my little who got an owie and Ashley got her a princess band aide and gummies. If you ever go ask for Ashley shes amazing!!!

My 12 yr old son always has a good time there. Weve had a bday party there once a few yrs back. It was ok, but we had to buy the food from their choice of vendor. The place seems clean, but it always smells like feet (similar to a skating rink). They have some games & vending machines for the kids. Parking is very very limited.

Trampoline area is nice, and I love that theres a separate section for little jumpers. But place could use better seating for parents and non-jumpers.

Amazing if you want to take your kids out for an hour just to get super tired and very awesome for birthday parties

Place is great much more room than most trampoline park. Not as many people. Great staff especially considering their age. Clean especially considering the age demographic. The only knock is they could use a few more stations i.e. pugil stick battles .

After they renovated the place its horrible. The flooring is super hard, so when the kids jump off the trampolines they land on hard flooring and it hurts theyre feet, no comfy couches for the parents anymore....and mind you Im here for 2 hours sitting on a hard foldable chair. (Sucks) No where to charge phones so we can record our lil ones having a good time.staff is awesome. Location is great. Concession stand ok. Water fountains are always broke. Restrooms are clean yay!!!We love Tuesdays because its buy one hour get one free!!! Great deal.Just wish they would make it more comfy for us parents. Afterall we are waiting/watching for hours.

Jump around, jump around, jump up and get down!Love this place and was here recently for a birthday party. We were there early for a birthday party in the morning and had about 2 hours for jumping and an hour for the party room. So time wise, it was just enough to tire everyone out.As for the apparatuses, they had basketball on the right, open in the middle, some obstacle courses like tight rope and foam pits in the left and a secluded section on the left.What I didnt like here was that half way into our jumping session with mostly kids, there were teenage boys that decided to take the whole lane in the middle since they were trying to also jump over the large seating area. Though they never jumped over a kid nor did these kids ever told our kids to be out of the way, I just found it odd having these older kids here at the same time as having younger kids. I guess thats just how it works when you have a public tram park.Other tidbits that wasnt enjoyable was the Ipads in the lobby not working correctly when we were going over the waivers. I did wish it was just a paper and I just signed it, it wouldve been WAY quicker!Also if youre not a fan of taking your socks off, you wont like it here. I have to say, this place looks clean enough so I wasnt too worried.There are lockers to rent for I think $2 but if you just come and put your stuff inside the cubby in the open, its free.Jumping here does really work your quads. I know because I ran 8 miles the same day and I came here after. I could barely walk out of bed the next day.By the foam pit they have that semi ninja warrior area with rings, and rope, and these narrow grip climb. I will conquer you one day! I just hope I get invited back soon so I can come here again!

Use to love this place but when i had an experience today that wasnt so cool. A worker today banned me for him first disrespecting me and him and I arguing a little, which got me banned. Its a pretty dumb reason tbh. And thats not it, this guy which his name was KYLER also threatened to throw hands at my friend if he had said one more word, because KYLER had confronted him and somehow got annoyed with him for doing nothing. I hope the owners see this and do something about it because I want them to know how their staff really act. Kids 13+ I recommend you guys not going here.

This place is smaller than the other trampoline parks ive been to. when we came here on a friday night, it was packed with kids. not very many adults jumping here. $12 for an hour of jump. one small little area for basketball, one small area designated for dodgeball (there is always a long line), three foam pits, an area for smaller children and one giant area for open jump. its fairly clean but when its crowded, you really have to be careful not to run over other kids.
