I am happy to report that this will be my last trip to this Facility. Its a shame though, because its really a nice place for the girls to play Volleyball. The problem is that the people who put on the tourneys who work for the Four owners are extremely rude. I am surprised that they dont have dogs sniffing bags at the front door. The concession Nazi was in full force today. I have had my backpack checked/asked if I had brought any outside food in three times and I have only been here two hours. I have been told two times where I can and cant stand. They have all the parents jammed up in the middle aisle like a Southwest Airlines boarding. They were only using 1/2 of the building today (wonder why?) and I was standing on the other side of the bench in the picture below trying to get a breath of fresh air. When I was then tracked down by the #1 Curmudgeon as she pointed to the sign that I must move once again. If you can explain why parents who have to be in your facility at 8am on Saturday need to be treated this way I would welcome a follow up.Goodbye Fast Track Volleyball on Hempstead Highway in Houston, I will not miss you!

I was very UNimpressed with their tryout system. I heard several girls say they never saw anyone looking at them. I never saw notes being taken about girls during the tryouts. If you were new to the club, they most likely didn’t pay attention to you. I knew one girl who had made a team for Skyline, a much more organized and competitive club, and didn’t make any team for Houston Juniors. The building is hot inside and too big with no seating on one side to be able to watch. I will not pay for my daughter to attend any camps or tryouts there in the future.

Great facility! They have put a lot of thought in making it a great place to train and compete. Always clean and friendly faces to greet you! Great location, plenty of parking, and awesome court space. Best in Houston in my opinion!

The club only cares about money.I had argument about my daughters placement. I emailed to the management. The lady asked me to call her. I followed her instruction, and explained to her. She said she would call me back. Two days later, she called me back, and asked who I talked to. I said the coachs name. She said ok, then hung up. Then my deposit was cashed. I called back to ask why. She said that I accepted the offer in the last call, and she was in a meeting, all members in the meeting heard it. Are you kidding me? The argument was not solved, how could I accept any offer? Do you always make private phone calls in a meeting? I told her it was not true. Then she didnt reply any more. I sent several emails. All were ignored. We left the club even though we had happy time (not many but we did) before. I was hoping to solve the argument so that we could stay in this club. But, since money is the only concern for them, Bye-bye, HJV is no longer my choice.

I really liked attending this facility by far one of the best layouts and very clean. The court # are on the ceiling just fyi. The concession stand had really good snacks and a good selection of meals (hamburger was delicious). The park and ride next door is used for overflow parking and is very convenient and easily accessible.

We were playing a tournament at this facility and were told very rudely by a man that if we did not take some snacks outside we’d have to forfeit the tournament. He repeated it multiple times after we had already agreed to his terms. All they sell at the concessions is junk food and that’s all they allow us to eat, I’m sorry if I’m trying to eat healthy and play my tournament as best I can. Would not come back

The facility is great! Ample parking, clean, big and kept up. Plenty of courts and equipment. Having access to their wifi is convenient during long practice nights. Also their TVs are always available for anytime the Rockets or the Texans are playing! My daughters has played for Houston Juniors for the past 3 years. We are very happy with their services, training, professionalism and continued dedication to their players development. The coaching is top notch!!! My daughter improved tremendously due to HJV’s coaching, guidance and resources. On year two my daughter decided she wanted to play college volleyball. Working with HJV’s leadership team we implemented a customized training program for my daughter. This included speed, strength & conditioning training from their in house CSCS certified trainer, Alex Poole. We focused on improving my daughter’s fundamentals, really focusing on her mechanics and learning the correct techniques. Coach Jeff, Lauren, Kara, and Tara all have made a great impact to my daughter. They are kind and show great care for her, however they also due a great job of holding her accountable to her continue development. Their director, Stephanie Rhodes, runs a great club!

First off, the facility is outstanding...beautiful building, accessible parking, and nice courts. Now, we get to the staff and operations. This is the reasoning for my low rating...the facility management. The staff is completely incompetent in the way they manage their no outside food or drink policy. Players cannot bring in snacks, they allow some liquid containers but not a cup of ice, and some people are allowed to bring in sports drinks/ water and some are confiscated. They are very inconsistent in how they manage this. They tell you that you must purchase food from the concession stand, but I dont want my child consuming junk food. The line for the concession stand during tournaments is at least a 30 minute wait and you end up missing the action. I was targeted simply because I had an old McDonalds bag stuffed in the cup holder of my chair, and the (director?) came from across the facility to tell me I had to dispose of of it, even after I told her it was trash. Its either one way or the other...you cant police this poilicy half the time, and let it go other times. If you have an opportunity to miss a tournament at this facility, please take advanatage...until they get a new competent management staff and have firm rules, I WILL NOT BE BACK!

This establishement is beyond greedy, and worse how they treat their guests coming into play at their fascility. My daughter was playing a tournament there and I wasnt there so I packed her healthy snacks like fruit cantaloupe they checked her bag and confiscated her cantaloupe. She doesnt eat consession food during tournaments and sometimes players cannot take a full lunch break due to refing games they dont have time to go outside and eat their own food. This place is purely rediculous. They have a bad Rep in Houston for how they are so militant with their guests
