Adorable park. Parking maybe an issue during weekends, but plenty of parking on site and street.Super cute dog park on site.Kid playground open and has tons of activities for them! Make them burn their energy here!If you are Pokemon go player, plenty of stops and a gym. Had couple of rare spawn catches here.

I love this park! I visited for the first time today and I already cant wait to come back. I got a coffee from across the street (there are a few shops and restaurants). Its a relatively small park, but great for picnics and kids. There is also a dog park here, so it would be a great place to bring a pup, or to sit and watch all the cute dogs walk by! The playground is currently closed, but looks really nice and there is a reading corner as well. Bathrooms are open.

Probably the best public park in Houston with tasteful design and many unique details: a reading spot, a piano, an open grass area, a playground (currently closed) and a dog park. My daughter especially enjoyed the art station with lots of art supplies. Staff are constantly sanitizing the supplies which is a huge plus. Only downside is that no scooters are allowed in the park.

This is easily one of the nicest parks in Houston. Its a great place to bring small children, and its a great place for adults. Plenty of seating and shaded areas. Several restaurants in the park, and many more options nearby. Great place to lay out a picnic or a blanket as well.

We LOVE this park!!! It was tied for the best park in the world with one in Dubai. The childrens playground, activity carts and games inspire imagination and play for all ages. They have a schedule of concerts and presentations too. One day they had all of the NASA scientists out with their telescopes to look at the moon and we got to hold real moon rocks! I believe the playground is closed during COVID, like most are, but in normal times this is a really special park. They are planning to expand with some restaurant/food vendors soon and have a nice dog park in the back corner of the park.

A small neat little park. Hard to find parking even before the evening crowd engulfed is. The mini restaurant had expensive canned drinks poured into plastic cups with crushed iced. Careful with the straws though bc a little pressure will cause the straw to split and could cut your tongue. Small shakes are $5.There is a tiny outdoor rolling library which i would have liked to peruse. The bean bag game was interesting. The water park section is closed but the dog park is thriving.

We saw the tow truck sitting/waiting just off of Lexington/Wakeforest in order to tow as quickly as possible. We also saw two people getting out of their cars and having coffee at slowpokes, whereby the nearby security guard made a phone call and the tow truck appeared in less than a minute. This was a Monday. My advice, don’t park anywhere near the park, and a reminder, the security guards are NOT there for your protection, they are there in order to hand out tickets and harass park goers. (This is obvious when you see the security on their phones or merely sitting in their cars)

Nice and clean with great bathrooms and beautiful environment. It is also very kid and dog friendly and obviously very well looked after. The only big problem is that it gets too crowded most of the times. I think as it gets more and more popular, it attracts more people and at times it is really hard to find a quiet or peaceful spot. If you don’t mind a lot of people, you will most likely enjoy this place. Otherwise you are going to be disappointed because there will be lots of people all around you in this park.

Gem of a park between Greenway Plaza and River Oaks. Since they added the BBQ joint in the park itself, Ive had multiple meetings there during the day since theres ample, socially-distanced outdoor seating. Kirans (one of our favorite Indian places in town) is on the Richmond side of the park, and getting something to-go from there is always a good option, too.

This is a very clean park, and I really like that they have that turf, artificial grass, and they dont allow scooters or bikes or skateboards. They do not allow flying kites either. I really appreciate that because there are plenty of other places that children can do that at without having to worry about kids zooming past the smaller ones and not being mindful. Security Is always nice and pleasant, and theres plenty of room to go and kick a ball with your kid. I like that they have a crafts area although my son isnt interested. As far as things for them to play on it is not that versatile, but it is a good place to kill some time at that tends to be rather clean, nice and the bathrooms stay pretty well kept.

I think everytime I wanna take my daughter to a park, this will be it! It was clean and nice.Update:7-13-19.. everything here is great BUT I just found something that I really disliked. I went there on Saturday and found out they close the restrooms at 8:00pm. That is ridiculous specially during summer time where there is plenty of sunlight still at that time, kids playing and running around. A kid had to go to the restroom and one of the staff members said the parent had to take their kid across the street to a restaurant to take his kid to the restroom. That is just ridiculous.
