This place is so awesome because you can do alot of things here. It also got some very beautiful views some will take your breath away and some other ones will bring a big smile to your face. You can have fun with the canoes they do some events year round. Or you can simply just come and ride your bike looking at all the beautiful plants,trees, and bayous.. very beaauuuttyiiifffuuuullll..

Very nice historical building with an industrial aesthetic. Its a unique space, perfect for events.

Great non profit group! Host good events, own important land, do good things.

It is a fun experience because I work different festivals and meet different people.

I only see this place. Never seen it inside. They remodeled it, even though i dont know why since it floods in Houston way too much. Place to walk down with stairs & sidewalks by the bayou. Tons of homeless stay here, so be warned. Doesnt smell good just for that reason.

Course is in ok condition. After work is complete this should be very nice 9 hole course. Each hole has an alternate tee box.
