Living here since 2007 and is getting worse and worse, dirty streets, lots of unused cars in front of my house, it just to be pretty nice, i’m planning to move as soon as posible, i’m not paying more than 1,000 for a place that is getting so gueto.I feel embarrassed to invite friends over, my street is always full of car’s... no words to describeit’s ugly now.
Nice, neat, relatively quiet given its got families. Beautiful playground, if only folks would stop littering and dropping cigarette butts etc. Too many cars on the streets, I guess that comes with large families
Nice subdivision beautiful homes and clean environment but there are idiots who love to litter. Ive been living here since 2013 and I actually like it diversity everyone gets along. I love going to the bayou makes me feel like Im wandering in nature but along with wild animals they should also put farm animals like chickens, pigs, cattle, turkeys, goats, sheep, ducks, etc so they can increase the biodiversity they already have horses.
I love this neighborhood, been here since it was built 14 years ago. Ive never experience a condoms at the park. If you teach your kids how to be good kids they should not encounter harm. My neighbor is a Fort Bend police officer, Im sure he will keep our neighborhood safe......dont believe every negative comment
