Clean gym, beautiful and inspirational quotes on the walls and well designed environment. Trainers are kind and great motivators. Christian perspective and values are always present. Everyone is kind and lovely. Classes are awesome! Debbie Brown and Maria Estrella are wonderful leaders and trainers!

Very clean, nice restrooms. The indoor playground is really big and open to the public. The party room is available for birthday parties and looks like a fun time.

Terrible costumer service and closes at 5. What type of gym closes so early? Basically you pay more for less hours. Website it broken half the time too. Worst membership ever.

We had our kids birthday party here. The place is great. So much to do for all ages. The guests like it so much. Anyone looking to have a party here should book it for after hours to make it a completely private event (with nominal extra charge). All the staff members were also very cooperative. I would suggest to people to book 2 slots if they want to spend relaxing time with the guests and have fun themselves.

We rented their party room/play area for our son’s birthday party. All of the party guests raved about what a perfect venue it was for the event. Large room with tables & chairs, an amazing play area, games, and bowling. So great!

Great atmosphere and super clean

Half of me selfishly wants to rate this one star so the best-kept fitness secret in Houston doesnt get out...But I cant because this gym IS AWESOME.Never have to wait for equipment, great classes, great trainers, all the facilities you need for the most part. The locker room isnt the nicest, but it gets the job done.Its not the nicest, fanciest, but its also has all you need without any of the hassles. Everybody is super nice and the atmosphere is great. No pressure, no meatheads, it feels really safe.Hours are constricting on the weekend but you can make it work.You cant beat the price. $25/mo is an absolute steal.Also special shout out to Beccas spinning class because she somehow makes an otherwise difficult experience really fun!

The gym is always clean and there is always space for one more in the classes. The instructors are great motivators without yelling at you. The price is unbeatable.

Great Price and open to the public. You don´t have to be a church member to use this facility. It is smaller than many other gyms and some of the class offerings are limited, but the price cant be beat.

This is a really nice place to rent for your child birthday, or a bunch of guys want to play basketball, they even have a bowling alley, there prices are great as far as renting these areas.

Great staff and the equipment is pretty comprehensive. Not quite as full as a 24 hour fitness or LA Fitness but it works out really well for my needs and my schedule.
