One of the cleanest mobile home parks ! Well maintained by management and always keeping up with the property as usual you might have good and noise neighbors but you can never choose your people next door we have been living here for almost 15 years!

It needs attention and clean up. The lots are rented but apparently the owner does not invest in the upkeep.
